About: I grew up in a family that loved dogs of all kinds! Since I was a child I’ve walked, played, and cared for dogs. Currently I’m a dog mom to two big labs who I’ve had since they were puppies and have trained me well on how to take good care of furry friends. I would love to walk or sit for your pet! I’m skilled with walking excitable dogs, handling reactive dogs, giving meds, and caring for puppies. I can’t wait to play with your furry friend! I’m currently available throughout the day for walks and check ins! I try my best to update my availability regularly to make sure the times listed in Rover are accurate. I treat my dogs like family and will do the same for yours, while also respecting your rules! I’m used to giving my dogs lots of treats for good behavior and having dogs on furniture.

About: I have raised and owned pets my entire life, and ran a pet-sitting service through social media during high school. I’ve continued to volunteer with SPCA during college, and know how to handle shy, hyper, or stubborn pets. My schedule is very open throughout the whole week! I am available for feedings/walks all day except for Thursdays, and available for overnight stays Monday-Wednesday and Saturday-Sunday. I am happy to play with your pets for hours, take them to parks or around your yard. If your pet is more low-key, I’m happy to lay down and give them some pets. I can crate dogs no problem.

About: My family has had dogs since I was 8 and I have always been the one to feed them, take them out, and play with them. I also have always been relied on to care for pets of friends and family. Dogs have been a source of happiness for me my whole life and I would love the opportunity to take care of other's dogs and bring joy to the dogs. I currently am in medical school at UConn and start back up the beginning of September. Thus, I would be able to care for the dogs after work and on the weekends. As a retired Marine and first responder, I'm accustomed to maintaining a structured schedule and being dependable. I have the flexibility to provide walks, drop-in visits, feeding, companionship, and attentive care throughout the day. I enjoy staying active, and spending time with animals is something I genuinely look forward to. When caring for pets in their own home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine to reduce stress and keep them comfortable. This includes feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, litter box or yard cleanup, medication administration if needed, and plenty of attention and companionship. I also keep owners updated with messages and photos so they know their pets are doing well. If pets stay in my home, they will be treated like family in a safe, clean, and supervised environment. I'll follow their feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any special instructions provided by the owner. My goal is to ensure every pet feels comfortable, secure, and cared for whether they're staying with me or I'm caring for them in their own home.

About: I have had dogs since I was a kid and been a cat dad for 6 years. I've pet sit for senior dogs, helped train puppies, and everything in between. I'll take your dog for a short walk around the yard or a long hike up a mountain, whatever your good boy or girl needs. I have been cat sitting for sociable, playful cats and independent, quiet cats. There is nothing more important than your pet's health and happiness I work full time, but I'm available after 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday and from 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. I cannot board animals at this time, but I am more than happy to visit your furry friend in your home. I can offer friendly walks or overnight sitting without having to displace your pet from their environment.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and just recently welcomed two cats into my family. I have been babysitting and nannying for as long as I can remember which would often lead to taking care of their four legged family members as well. I’ve assisted in potty training and with my own pets helped apply and give medications. I am someone who is reliable and trustworthy. I know how much my pets mean to me and have always treated any animals in my care as if they were my own. Right now I am off for the summer and because I work in a school am off on holidays and weekends. Once school starts again in August a typical work day is 7am-3pm. Throughout my years of working with families came a lot of house sitting and pet sitting for them and their friends. I am always respect of other peoples homes and am more than happy to take in mail/packages and take care of plants. I will always take care of your pets like they are my own. I am reliable and communicative.

About: I love animals, and am hoping to become a vet. I grew up with a two dogs and a cat, as well as fostering many cats throughout my childhood. I also spent last summer working at a doggy daycare, taking the dogs swimming and playing with them. I am currently a student at Tufts University , so I would be able to create a weekly routine that fits with my class schedule I am comfortable doing any tasks or chores related to your pet. I am also comfortable helping with medication or any extra needs for your pet.

“Matt and Mary Beth dropped in on Ipo several times over the course of three days while we had long days out of the house. From the initial meet and greet Ipo loved them and we trusted them to take good care of him. They were so attentive and asked all the right questions. After each visit they sent us an update and plenty of pictures of Ipo basking in their attention. Every night when we got home we could tell that he had been taken great care of. About: For 6 years I have taken care of many different dogs. From Goldendoodles to Yorkies, I have cared for and loved them all. I do also have my own experiences as a dog owner. I had a yorkie for about 5 years, a maltese for 15 years, and I currently have a mixed pup who has been a part my family for about a year and a half now. I have had very calm dogs in my house as well as very hyper dogs who need constant energy and attention. I have been around dogs my whole life and I can never see myself having a life without them. Any dog in my care will always be loved and cared for as if they were my own.
