“Steffen is really great with my English bulldog. She is stubborn but he made the adjustment and was patient with her and now they’re great. They walk around the whole block with ease.”

“Jill did a fantastic job taking care of my cats. She was very professional, attentive to any requests as well as the special needs of my youngest and treated my kiddos with love and care every day, including the days when the elevator gave out in my apartment complex. I was initially concerned about a sitter because my eldest is very skittish around strangers due to previous bad experiences with others, but I was surprised to see that she warmed up to Jill right away. 10/10. If ever I need to have a sitter for my kiddos again, I'll be calling Jill.”

About: At home I've been taking care of Ramsey, my small, high-energy, dog for almost 9 years. In these 9 years I've gained a larger a sense of responsibility and my love for animals has grown tremendously. I know how to communicate with dogs and read dog body language in order to cater to their needs and give them best care. As a recent graduate, I have more flexibility in my schedule, I can dedicate ample time to caring for my pets. This includes feeding, grooming, walking, and spending quality time with them to ensure their well-being and happiness. Engaging in activities like playing, training, and companionship not only enriches their lives but also brings a sense of purpose to my day. While job hunting, I find solace and a sense of responsibility in taking care of my pets, creating a positive and fulfilling routine amidst my current situation. At home I make sure my dog cannot access anything that can harm him. I close doors to the bathroom so he can’t access the trash can and I put gates up around the house to areas he can’t be in. During walks I am very careful and aware of my surroundings. If I walk at night, I walk in a well lit area with a few friends.
About: I’ve had several dogs and cats to take care of since I was 5 years old. I have always loved animals and wanted to work with them in some way, so this is my way to do just that. I currently have a cat and I’m always spending time with my family’s cat and dog. I would love to care for other pets as often as I can. I always make sure that the pet is stimulated and getting enough love and affection. Pets need more than just food and water! I make sure to meet as many needs as possible.
About: I’ve been caring for dogs for several years. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and I always aim to keep their routine consistent and stress-free while you’re away. I make sure your dog feels safe, exercised, and well-loved. Pet care fits into my routine—I work full time during the week, but I’m available for walks and check-ins in the mornings and evenings. I enjoy starting and ending my day with some time outside and love spending that time with dogs. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or at a client’s, I focus on keeping things consistent and tailored to each pet’s needs. I stick to their usual routines—mealtimes, walks, play, and any special care. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of the space and make sure pets feel comfortable and safe in their environment. If they’re staying with me, I give them a quiet, clean space to relax, and they get plenty of attention and exercise throughout the day.
“I am extremely happy with Joanna! My dog, Loki had a fantastic time and he was just as happy as he usually is, I could totally tell by the pictures she sent me all the time. I am very grateful for the time she spent with him and how well she took care of him. I will definitely have her stay with him again in the future.”

About: I’ve had pets my whole life and have great experience taking care of them. I enjoy taking walks everyday and enjoy them even more with a dog by my side. Let care fits great into my routine and I am available almost all day everyday these days. During summer I am able to walk more often. I have a mini golden doodle, Nash who is 3 years old. I have a very safe home environment, and often look after my friend’s pets all the time.
“Matt and Mary Beth dropped in on Ipo several times over the course of three days while we had long days out of the house. From the initial meet and greet Ipo loved them and we trusted them to take good care of him. They were so attentive and asked all the right questions. After each visit they sent us an update and plenty of pictures of Ipo basking in their attention. Every night when we got home we could tell that he had been taken great care of. He even ate dinner for them no problem, which is sometimes a struggle. We’re over the moon with how well it went and we will definitely be using Matt & Mary Beth in the future!!”

About: I’ve cared for my three dogs since I was six years old. Growing up with them, I took responsibility for walking them, feeding them, and giving them their medication and baths. I also made sure they had plenty of playtime. I took care of them from their puppy years to their senior years. I also used to watch my cousin’s dog often. I am working part-time but my hours are flexible. I am available any time on the weekends. And can do different times throughout the weekdays depending on the schedule of my full-time job. I follow the owner’s instructions very well and keep them updated on how their furry friend is doing. My goal is always to ensure pets feel happy, safe, and well cared for while their owners are away.
“Jannette and her partner is wonderful. I love the fact that they are always in communication about how my dog Venus is doing on a walk. They take great care of her.”

“Haoran was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to take care of our cats. I truly can not thank her enough. Not only was so great at communicating, she was so understanding of our situation with our rescue cats. She also cleaned more then she had too/more then what we ever expected. I can not say enough how nice it was to come home to a clean house and cats that were happy and healthy and to be stress free about it while away. 😭❤️”

“Samantha was so warm and attentive as a cat sitter! She included many pics of our 4 babies and I felt like they were perfectly safe when we went on our trip. She was also understanding when we had to end our trip early due to an injury. She'll be our go-to for any trips in the future :)”

About: I’ve taken care of pets cats and dogs since I was 10 years old. I love cats and dogs in particular and I have also taken care of rabbits as well for my friend who was moving to LA. I personally trained my puppy using the Suzuki method and I love training and teaching dogs and cats some new tricks in my home. I mostly work private events on the weekends starting from Thursday to Sunday so my weekday is available from Monday to Wednesday. I’m very flexible and understanding of pet parents schedules and I’m very sensitive to pets needs. I have a beautiful apartment that is located across from a fenced in garden area that is perfect for walking. Dogs stretching their legs and having them sniff flowers and relieve themselves. Getting to know your dog and you are my top priority-your interactions can tell me everything I need to know! I am starting my college journey at UConn as a freshman this August, and am looking for a part time job that I love, and that is flexible, so that I may continue to fund my college career! It gives me the ability to keep them following their normal routines within their normal space, and still making sure that they are happy and safe.

We absolutely loved Jersey! She was incredibly sweet, took her time with Paisley and followed all of our notes perfectly. It was clear right away how much care and attention she puts into what she does. Paisley adored her which meant so much to me and I felt completely at ease knowing she was in such great hands. I’m so thankful we found Jersey and will definitely be using her again!
