Alex is an exceptional sitter. She provided updates and communicated clearly throughout Tuck’s stay with her. Highly recommend and will book again!

Took care of our cat and administered her medicine, however was often delayed in sending updates and did not use the report card feature. I sent a message the first evening after not receiving any update by 10pm, and received a 4:45am message notification the next morning with the previous day's update. Guess that's what I get for not activating Do Not Disturb on my phone.

Alex watched our three cats over a few days and was absolutely great! She is very responsive and experienced with pets. Our three cats seemed to do just fine and were comfortable around her. Definitely recommend Alex for pet sitting!

Alex canceled the check in to meet my cat before I left which left me a little anxious. She did complete the tasks that I left her for my cat, but I was left worrying a lot of the time for different reasons. There was miscommunication at the start where she had said she it would be around 10:30am each day, but most days I wouldn't hear from her until I reached out and asked if she saw my cat. When I expressed concern about this, she had clarified the schedule she would follow for the rest of the week which was helpful. It was varied a lot from 6am one day to 8pm the next check in. This would have been fine if it was disclosed before booking. On the last day she came at 5:40am and said his collar was beeping and when I responded at 7:30 when I woke up, she took awhile to respond and clarify if she had taken the collar off or not. I ended up having to pay a friend to drive over and take the collar off of him before she responded. Once again, just miscommunication, but a call would have been nice since it was so early in the morning and somewhat of an emergency. There was also one or two times that she had forgotten to take a photo. Overall, she was great on responding most of the time! She was very kind and did fulfill the tasks I gave her.

This is the 2nd time we’ve booked Alex to care for our 2 kitties. She is very friendly and reliable. She commented daily with us sending pictures each time each time. We will definitely use her again!
