About: Hi paw friends 🐾 I am somewhat new to Rover but I have grown up with dogs my entire life. I have always helped my family and friends care for their animals and I always enjoyed doing it. My husband and I got married four years ago and our little girl is three. It's amazing to see her interact with the dogs because she gets more comfortable and happier each time. We will eventually get a dog when the time is right, but I love Rover because it’s give me the opportunity to still bond with pups. I truly love being around animals. Our families sometimes come to stay with us with their dogs and I get a crazy burst of happiness every time. Life is just better with a dog around and I would love to care and help with your pups! :) I know it can be tough trusting your animals in others hands but rest assured that your pet will be in great hands with me & I will send plenty of updates and pictures 📸🐾 I currently work part time (every weekend). So I am free to take care of your pups during the week and still on weekends when I’m home. I still offer some services on the weekends. I will care for the pet how the owner(s) want me to care for them. They will always bed fed, hydrated, clean, warm, and the happiest they can be in my home. My home isn't that big so someone is always around. I am not an out-going person, I do have a good amount of friends but they all come to my house since I am the mama of the group :)

“Kelsey is wonderful. We knew Kelsey was a good match BUT we were 100% in when our two dogs were instantly relaxed with her . This is not the case more often than not for our Chi mix . Kelsey provides updates when she arrives and based on pictures she sends Milo and Lili are on totally board with their new friend. Even with current higher than normal temps, she is aware of the heat , pavement temp and keeping Lili and Milo in the shade so they do not overheat. Thank you Kelsey! This has been a huge help to us and we appreciate you taking good care of our furbabies. PS our cat, Waffles, seems to be passing on his overly rambunctious love to Kelsey also!!”

About: My family has had dogs my entire childhood and currently have 2 of my own and they bring such joy to one's day. One of my dogs is 14yrs old so I have experience in caring for older pets and my other dog is a couple years old with a ball of energy so if you have pets with high energy, I'm very prepared to either know how to calm them down or match their energy for a day of fun! I work a 9-5 M-F but I'm happy to stop by after work for feeding, walks, or quality hang-out time. On weekends, I'm fully available and ready to be your pets best friend! I take the time to follow all care instructions to a tee and will be respectful of your home keeping everything clean and organized while you're away. Sadly, I'm not able to bring pets back to where I live, as one of my dogs get anxious around other pets, but I'm more than happy to provide care in your home with my drop-in visits which helps reduce stress and keeps them happy and comfortable in a familiar space. I'm available mostly on the weekends as I work a full time job but I can drop in for feeding after work during the week. If your dog needs to be in a crate after visits, I can make sure to do that. I bring a very calm energy so if your pets have any kind of anxiety, I can always make them comfortable and calm them down to reassure them that they are safe and cared for.

About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats since I was a child. I will treat your pet as one of my own! :) I will listen to your instructions perfectly. I take my work seriously and will provide the best care possible for your pet. This includes walking, feeding, playing, and anything else you need from me related to your pet’s care. I am currently working a full time job and am a graduate student, so check my calendar to see when I am free. We should be able to work something out. I am able and willing to take care of your pet on weekdays in the early morning and after work (typically after 4 or 5 pm). On Saturdays and Sundays, I am free all day to take care of your pet. The safety of your pet and the trust that you and I have are extremely important to me. If there are specific tasks I should not do, please let me know. Typically, I will feed your pet as per instructions, play with them, and take them on walks (I will ask you how long of a walk). We will discuss and go into detail on your pet’s care.

About: I’ve been around dogs all my life, and adopted a pug of my own 12 years ago, so I understand what an important part of the family pets are. I’ve watched dogs from 2 months to 14 years old, from an overweight chihuahua to an old Great Dane. Currently I have a labradoodle and French bulldog that I’ve raised since they were puppies. Currently working from home, so I have time to pop in and check on your pups, or dog sit on the weekends if you need. I will treat your pets like my own - walking them, administering medications, feeding them, whatever is needed. Happy to help take care of your pets.

I’m a full-time teacher so I get out of school at four so I can walk your dog then. I work in Hartford so I can also let your fur baby out on my break. Let me know if you need me watch or sit any of your pets over the weekend. Blessings! I live in a large condo association with lots of paved areas to walk. Some elevation and other friendly dogs around here. There’s a large vacant parking lot if they want to throw a ball or frisbee. There is a trail nearby if they want to walk in the woods or on rocks and dirt.

“Elizabeth did an amazing job at the very last minute when I asked her to watch our newly adopted seven month old lab mixed puppy, Rocky. She even had to make a couple of late night visits, to make sure Rocky was going to be able to make it through the night. And then turned around early in the morning to let them out and let him stretch his legs. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am that Elizabeth allowed me to relax while we fulfilled commitment we had made prior to adopting a puppy! We will definitely be asking her, and her sweet son, to visit Rocky and give him some more loving.”

About: I've had pets since I was a kid including dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, fish etc. My neighbors have relied on me to take care of their animals as well as family members. Patience and attentive care for all pets. I'm available weeknights after 5:30PM and most weekends. I don't have any pets at home so I'm looking forward to taking care of other pets and helping others. Some of my pets have been crate trained so I'm familiar with having to put dogs in crates.
