“Anita and her family cared for my super timid dog Poncho for a week while we were out of town. Poncho had never been left anywhere before. He decided to go on a hunger strike and not eat/drink much. I had provided dry food and to try and get him to eat Anita went out and got wet food for him as well as gave him water with a syringe to make sure he was not dehydrated. I’m confident boarding him in a facility with a ton of dogs would have stressed him out more. Anita did a great job trying to make my nervous, quirky dog as comfortable as possible. Thankful that she and her family provided such good care to Poncho!”

I will not be away from the house for more than 4 hours at a time, typically. I have a large backyard and always supervise dogs when they are out playing. Since I do not have a fence I would keep your dog on a leash and take them for walks for exercise or to a dog park if appropriate.

“Loved Jennifer! She was awesome and met me in the park to introduce Cooper to some of the other dogs she was currently watching prior to the stay. She gave regular updates and did a great job with socializing Cooper with other dogs. She is a great photographer and put together an album of the week. Loved her and wouldn’t use any other sitter!”

“Kevin was amazing. My dog, Scruffy is very shy, but he got comfortable with Kevin and his dog very quickly. It was evident that Scruffy had a pleasant stay with Kevin, and he’ll be back soon 👍 Bonus: Scruffy also smelled nice (like himself) when he got home. When Scruffy stays with other sitters, he usually comes home smelling like other dogs for a few days. It was definitely a bonus (for me) that it didn’t take a few days for Scruffy to smell like himself again, haha.”

I received photos & an update within 30 minutes of dropping them off - & without having to check in myself - which I absolutely loved & appreciated. I then received updates all throughout the day which is exactly what I needed! She was VERY attentive to the dogs, asked about/followed their normal routine & updated me if she sensed anything was wrong or if the dogs seemed uncomfortable (one of them was exhibiting signs of an ear infection). I know my dogs were well taken care of and enjoyed their stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and we are so very grateful to Pauline!!!”
