When dropping my puppy off, her house was clean and spacious for Gumby’s stay. She listened to any specific requests related to Gumby. I enjoyed Katie and trusted her with my puppy. “Sean and Jill were great! They helped me very last minute and although I have a semi aggressive dog, they were very welcoming and not discouraged at all. Their house is perfect for dogs as they have a small doggy door. My dog followed Sean right into his house upon seeing him outside so he must have felt a good vibe haha. They also responded very quickly to messages and offered to feed him the same food they feed their dogs. Would 100% recommend them!!!”

I needed someone to watch Sadie from Wednesday to Saturday. Charlie & Sadie were fine with each other so it was a go. I loved how Michelle was on top of things.. she asked me questions about Sadie’s care. Wrote them down & when I picked her up I even got a written report of her stay. Michelle sent me several pictures each day, took Sadie for walks with her Charlie. The pictures were adorable. I felt at ease each time I saw them. I could see that Sadie was being well cared for & loved. I highly recommend Michelle for any care you might need. I definitely plan on using her services again when I’m in CT. Right after drop-off, she sent us a message with photos to let us know how our dog was settling in, which was incredibly comforting. Throughout the three days, she kept us updated with pictures and messages, and we could clearly see that our dog was getting plenty of playtime, exercise, good food, and enjoying time with the other dog. When we picked her up, our dog was calm, balanced, and happy—which says everything. We would recommend Haoran anytime. She has a beautiful space with plenty of room for dogs to play, and she took excellent care of our dog while keeping us consistently updated, which we truly appreciated.”
