They sent multiple pictures a day of my dog being well cared for and enjoying himself with their own dogs. I was very relaxed knowing he was going to be in good hands with this very loving family. I recently adopted a puppy and they agreed to take care of her while I’m at work. I don’t know what I would do with out them. “Our cavalier Hula had an awesome stay with Mecheal! Mecheal has a great fenced in yard, and only takes one dog at a time so I know she was getting all the attention. Mecheal sent great pictures everyday, so we could check up on our pooch. I definitely recommend this Rover.”

“Tiffani [and her family] were such a wonderful fit for my precious Madison. Madison has never stayed any place overnight (aside from home), and my sister and I were extremely nervous to leave her anywhere- when family members were not an option. We went away for 8 nights and needed to ensure Madison was in great hands and loving hearts. Tiffani and her family went above and beyond to not only care for Madison, but make her feel like family. Wow! We were amazed! Tiffani sent lots of wonderful pictures/videos throughout the week and it helped us get through the week being away from Madison. Madison is sensitive and has separation anxiety, but she was loved so much during her week with Tiffani that we could literally see her comfort level blossom each day as more and more pictures were sent. My sister and I wondered if Madison would even want to come home, after such a fun week with cuddles upon cuddles upon cuddles. ???? We we’re so thankful, grateful and satisfied with our decision. Also, we were thrilled that Madison got daily walks each day and had playtime with the kids and (her new Rover lab sister) Mia. ? (Tiff has amazing kids by the way, who are guaranteed to smother your dog in love & giggles). When we went to pick up Madison, she didn’t recognize us and barked because she became so attached to Tiffani and family (haha!- great sign), and she was exhausted from having an amazing week. Now my sister and I only feel bad that Madison had to leave a place she fell so in love with, enjoyed, and where people loved her. That’s the impression Tiffani left on us and Madison. We truly couldn’t have asked for anything more. Tiffani was very tuned in to our Madison. Oh! And, even with us being out of country the communication was wonderful and consistent- every single day. We will absolutely book with her again if we need and she’s available. We are so grateful to have found her. ????”

“We had an outstanding experience Jamelie. This was our first experience using the Rover app and booking with Jamelie and I am happy to report that it did not disappoint. We were growing weary of the kennel experience (the high costs, the ridiculous rules and the lack of attention for our puppy). Jamelie took the initiative to stop by before our booking to meet our puppy and ask questions about his habits, his behavior with other pets, and his temperament. She was warm and friendly, and our puppy immediately gravitated to her, giving us confidence that he would be fine in her care. She was also flexible with the drop off and pick up schedule which I really appreciated. After dropping him off, she sent us intermittent updates about how he was doing, including photos of him enjoying his stay. This was especially reassuring since it was his first experience staying at someone else’s home. Additionally, she was very kind and thoughtful, letting him use one of her comforters as a makeshift bed until we could bring his bed to him (which we forgot during the drop-off). He seemed happy and comfortable at her home, and was well taken care of. This experience exceeded my expectations in every way, and I cannot recommend her enough! I am glad to know we found a responsible and caring provider to watch our little guy when we are away. Don’t hesitate to reach out to her for your pet as well, we know she will be our sitter of choice from now on.”

We received daily updates, pictures, and even went as far to inquire what else she can do to make our girl, Kiwi, feel at home with her. Jaylese prioritized daily walks and playtime for a healthy and happy Kiwi and went as far to buy a stuffed animal pig for her. Jaylese is super kind, knowledgeable, and professional. We will keep Jaylese’s info for the next time we need care for Kiwi and will recommend her to friends and family.”

“Maggie took very good care of Samson, or 2 1/2 year old energetic dog. good looooong walks, lots of cuddling, and he seemed really happy there. Add to that, lots of photos sent to us to put our minds more at ease while we were away. Her dog Moose got along really well with Samson too. I'd recommend her to anyone who wants TLC for their pup.”
