All the humans chatted inside while the dogs got to socialize with each other in the huge, fenced in back yard. There is so much room for all of them to run and play. It's obvious that Luis and Alan love dogs and enjoy what they do. They are also very prompt with communication and they'll send you pictures every day.”

I received photos & an update within 30 minutes of dropping them off - & without having to check in myself - which I absolutely loved & appreciated. She was VERY attentive to the dogs, asked about/followed their normal routine & updated me if she sensed anything was wrong or if the dogs seemed uncomfortable (one of them was exhibiting signs of an ear infection). Aww Michelle was excellent with my Zoey. My chihuahua is a rescued dog and has separation anxiety but Michelle won her heart. I was very confident that Michelle had the skills to take care of my baby while we went on our cruise vacation for 8 days and she surpassed our expectations. Zoey warmed up to her quickly allowing her to get close and second morning already she was following her everywhere. Michelle is very nice , very loving to pets and has a very calm demeanor. I felt so much confidence with her just talking to her at the meet and greet that I was convinced right away that she was the right person to care for my Zoey. She was continuously updating me with photos, videos, text messages and voice messages about Zoey’s progress even starting from the moment I left her there. She also gave my baby her medications for allergy every day with no problem. Michelle is trained in all skills for this job. She took Zoey on walks continuously. I even thought my Zoey wouldn’t even recognize me when I returned because Michelle gave her so much love and attention and Zoey was always giving her kisses, it was so lovely to see on her videos. I recommend Michelle 1,000% to care for your dogs.
We are taking a long trip in December, and decided to book a one night stay with Emma and Marco to make sure that our dog Arrow was going to do well. They were so communicative, sent a bunch of pictures, that I could tell dropping him off that he was very comfortable with them. He did very well on his one night day, and I’m very comfortable and excited for him to be staying with them while on our trip, rather than bringing him to a kennel for boarding. They are such great people, you’ll be absolutely fine leaving your dog in their hands.
We had a hard time finding a sitter near home in Pittsburgh for our almost six-year old Jack Russell, and Georgiana was close-by to our destination and was willing to meet us via Zoom before booking. She was the most communicative Rover sitter we have ever had. I received an update and multiple photos and videos every evening. She was so kind and so accommodating, and flexible when we asked to pick up our dog several hours earlier than planned. Heidi was well cared for and had fun playing ball and fetch in the fenced backyard. I cannot recommend Georgiana highly enough. Thank you for taking such good care of our pup!
Araceli & Uciel are wonderful! Such good and conscientious carers, understand dogs well and especially senior dogs. Our little old guy came home with a pep in his steps and we are so eternally grateful for their care. Her little furbabies are so intuitive and knew how to gently treat our old guy too.
Agnes was such a pleasure to meet. She answered all of our questions and immediately made our dog feel welcome and comfortable. During the stay, she took our pet on regular walks and kept us updated with photos and messages, which we really appreciated. It gave us peace of mind knowing our dog was in such caring hands.
