I really appreciated how she took the time to observe and learn about my dog’s personality to help her feel more comfortable. When my pup ran out of food, Haoran kindly provided her own without hesitation. My dog can be pretty anxious, but Haoran and her husband showed such patience and genuine care. He was always treated like part of the family and I think for him it was just a fun weekend with friends. I will absolutely be boarding Henry with Estelle again and I couldn't recommend her highly enough.”
