I work from home during the day, so while I do need to stay at my desk for most of my work hours, your dog will still have regular opportunities to go outside and stretch throughout the day. I’m able to let dogs out for bathroom breaks and fresh air during breaks. After work, I enjoy taking dogs on longer walks and spending quality time playing and relaxing with them. My schedule allows me to provide consistent care and companionship in a calm home environment.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s safety and comfort are very important to me. I have a fully fenced yard where dogs can safely go outside for fresh air and bathroom breaks. Because I work from home, your dog will not be left alone for long periods of time. I follow each pet’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, and any special instructions. I aim to provide a calm, safe environment where dogs can feel comfortable and relaxed.

Information Georgiana L. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know about your dog’s routine, personality, and any special needs so I can provide the best care possible. For safety, I require dogs to be friendly and non-aggressive toward people. Dogs should be up to date on vaccinations, free of fleas or illness, and generally comfortable in a home environment. Spayed or neutered dogs are preferred and dogs cannot be in heat during their stay. Please also share your veterinarian’s contact information, feeding schedule, and any medications or allergies. Crate training is helpful if I ever need to step out briefly, but it is not required as long as your dog is comfortable relaxing in the home.
A typical day
During the workday I work from home, so while I do spend time at my desk, dogs are never left unattended for long. I take regular breaks to let them outside in my fully fenced yard for fresh air and bathroom breaks, or they can relax indoors nearby while I work. After the workday ends, I enjoy taking dogs for a walk and spending more dedicated playtime with them. If I ever need to step out briefly, I do have a large crate available for dogs that are crate trained and comfortable using one but it’s not necessary.

Pet care experience
I’m a lifelong animal lover who enjoys giving dogs the attention, activity, and comfort they deserve. I work from home, which means your dog will rarely be left alone and will always have someone around. I live an active lifestyle and love taking dogs on walks, getting outside, and making sure they get both exercise and affection. I also have a fenced yard where dogs can safely play and relax. I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions, giving medications if needed, and sending photo updates so you know your dog is happy and well cared for.
Reviews

We had a hard time finding a sitter near home in Pittsburgh for our almost six-year old Jack Russell, and Georgiana was close-by to our destination and was willing to meet us via Zoom before booking. She was the most communicative Rover sitter we have ever had. I received an update and multiple photos and videos every evening. She was so kind and so accommodating, and flexible when we asked to pick up our dog several hours earlier than planned. Heidi was well cared for and had fun playing ball and fetch in the fenced backyard. I cannot recommend Georgiana highly enough. Thank you for taking such good care of our pup!

She might steal your doggos heart! She took great care of Moose! I appreciated all the pictures I received (she is great at taking photos)

Georgie is clearly a dog lover, and Kody took to her right away. He was only with her for one night, but she took excellent care of him. He came home a very happy dog.

Georgiana was so great with Bear! She sent pictures and updates throughout watching Bear, and was very easy to communicate with. Will definitely have Bear stay with her in the future!
