About: Hello! My name is Morgan and I have worked in the animal field for 13+ years! I have had jobs in veterinary practices as well as as a dog groomer! I am looking forward to meeting your pets and you! I am currently a stay at home mom with my 10 month old! I have plenty of time to spoil any pets in my care! I love to get out for walks or hikes or just to play in our fenced in backyard! I have a fenced in backyard for pups to run and play as well as a secure, clean and loving home to keep your pet safe while you are away!
“Anjali is absolutely incredible—the best dog sitter we could ever ask for! Poncho completely adores her, and so do we. From the very beginning, Anjali made us feel 100% comfortable and confident leaving Poncho in her care. She is professional, trustworthy, and has such a genuinely warm, loving personality. We never worry for a second because we know Poncho isn’t just being watched—he’s being truly loved. We honestly can’t imagine leaving Poncho with anyone else. When he stays with Anjali, it feels like he’s staying with close family. We are beyond grateful to have found her and cannot recommend her highly enough!”

“Hailey was wonderful and a dog loving person. She updated me with pictures and took care of Tucker’s medication needs. She will be my first choice when in the area again. She has a lovely home and yard.”

“Anita and Ramesh were so kind and communicative throughout our pup’s 9 day stay. We were a little nervous as this was our first stay with them, but they set us at ease with plenty of pics and vids daily. Will be glad to work with them again in the future!”

“Douglas and his dog Sunny took great care of my dog Chance. He followed all my instructions and had excellent communication. He even sent some nice photos that had me reassured Chance was doing okay. When I picked Chance up he was content, tired, and relaxed, all great signs.”

“Britanny was amazing and helped me a lot last minute to get a pet sitter for my kitten. She usually doesn’t do kittens, but she was gracious enough to take Bowie in for the night. She sent me so many pictures of him having fun and sent me home with some goodies too :) I highly recommend her”

“Yajaira was amazing with my 2 Huskys. They were too happy having so much fun and they well care with yajaira. She take care my dogs very well. When I picked them up they were so clean and smell so good. I recommend 200%. Thank yo you so much. NeXT trip I will count on yajaira.”

“Our dog Rocky loves staying with Kevin and Brian! He comes home tired and we never have to worry that he is safe and happy! He gets lots of love and we can relax that he is in good hands. We have used them many times and will continue to!”

“Ariadne was great! She has a beautiful, clean and well organized home and I could tell she really loves animals. I got lots of pictures while I was away and my dog looked great when I picked her up. Ariadne is also very sweet and likable. I highly recommend her!”

“Paola and her family were very sweet to my dog Winnie. They kept me updated with photos and stories the whole time. Also they never left her alone, which I know can’t always be the case, but was really great for Winnie’s anxiety. I would definitely recommend Paola to others looking for a great sitter!”

About: I’ve trained multiple dogs for obedience & hunting, which I’ve dedicated several months to do for each pup. I have a 10 year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever that’s very well trained and well behaved. I work from home, so I’m here all day unless I go out for something at the store or gym. If gone, I always let the dog roam free and keep the tv on for him. Naturally I play with the pup several times a day. My office is connected to the backyard, so I can throw the ball or play often. I have no issues letting the dog outside whenever they’d like.
“We truly appreciated Samarth's conscientiousness in watching our dog this past weekend. Our dog ended up not getting along well with his puppy and Samarth was very quick to notice this and careful about keeping the dogs separate for the weekend, while also making sure that our dog was well exercised and taken care of. This was a tricky situation - we felt bad that we were so far away and unable to help out and very appreciative of Samarth for his understanding.”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Imam and Jennifer were absolutely amazing! They took my dog on very short notice after my original sitter had to cancel, and for a fairly long stay, which was such a huge relief. They host quite a few dogs, but they manage them so effortlessly that I swear they're dog whisperers. My dog has pretty significant anxiety, and they were always attentive and sensitive to her needs. They knew exactly how to help her feel comfortable, and by the end of her stay I honestly think this had become her favorite vacation spot! What meant the most to me was how much they paid attention to my dog's unique personality. They noticed her little quirks, habits, and preferences, and shared those observations with me. As a dog parent, that meant the world because it showed they truly saw and cared for her as an individual—not just another dog staying with them. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Imam and Jennifer again. If you're looking for sitters who genuinely understand dogs and treat them with incredible care, look no further!”

“We loved Ola! She took such wonderful care of Nara and we felt at ease while away. The pictures and updates were great and helped us feel connected the whole time. We will definitely use her again in the future 💕”

“It was our first time leaving our puppy Misha with a sitter for 2 nights, and we are so grateful to Catherina for her thoughtful care. She was very organized, responded promptly to my messages, and sent photos of Misha at home and during walks. She gave Misha his prescription medication on time, and he had fun playing with Catherina's puppies. We are so happy with Cat's great care, and highly recommend her.”

“If you need a pet sitter - Pauline is your girl!! I can’t thank her enough for hosting my two dogs in her home for the night. I received photos & an update within 30 minutes of dropping them off - & without having to check in myself - which I absolutely loved & appreciated. I then received updates all throughout the day which is exactly what I needed! She was VERY attentive to the dogs, asked about/followed their normal routine & updated me if she sensed anything was wrong or if the dogs seemed uncomfortable (one of them was exhibiting signs of an ear infection). I know my dogs were well taken care of and enjoyed their stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and we are so very grateful to Pauline!!!”

“Kathryn and Jeremy were great, can't recommend them enough. They were extremely communicative both before Bella's stay and during, updating us with pictures etc throughout the day. The couple are very well versed in dog behavior/needs and asked all the right questions to make us feel confident Bella was going to be well cared for and safe. When we picked Bella up she was very comfortable in their home and was resting with Kathryn and Jeremy. If you are looking for trustworthy couple to watch your pup with love and attention, this is it!”

“Christopher was kind enough to take my pup on fairly short notice, which I so appreciate. He was friendly, a good communicator, and sent me updates/photos of my dog every day. I can tell Molly enjoyed her stay and I plan to bring her again on my next trip.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in CT ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
