She was VERY attentive to the dogs, asked about/followed their normal routine & updated me if she sensed anything was wrong or if the dogs seemed uncomfortable (one of them was exhibiting signs of an ear infection). I know my dogs were well taken care of and enjoyed their stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and we are so very grateful to Pauline!!!”

Luckily, Liz coordinated a meet and greet with all 3 dogs beforehand and it went great! We got lots of happy pics of Dexter while we were away, and were so happy that he obviously got as much attention as he did. Needless to say, Dexter came back happy and healthy. She was so kind and so accommodating, and flexible when we asked to pick up our dog several hours earlier than planned. Araceli & Uciel are wonderful! Such good and conscientious carers, understand dogs well and especially senior dogs. Our little old guy came home with a pep in his steps and we are so eternally grateful for their care. Her little furbabies are so intuitive and knew how to gently treat our old guy too.
