I have been babysitting and pet sitting for the past 8 years. I understand dog body language very well. Once a dog opens up to me I understand their personality and routines quickly. Over the years I have taken care of many family dogs and love getting to know each one of them individually. I understand the need for a trustworthy sitter as I was very picky with my childhood dog. I deeply care for animals and see them as pure souls.

If you need a pet sitter - Pauline is your girl!! I can’t thank her enough for hosting my two dogs in her home for the night. I received photos & an update within 30 minutes of dropping them off - & without having to check in myself - which I absolutely loved & appreciated. I then received updates all throughout the day which is exactly what I needed! She was VERY attentive to the dogs, asked about/followed their normal routine & updated me if she sensed anything was wrong or if the dogs seemed uncomfortable (one of them was exhibiting signs of an ear infection). I know my dogs were well taken care of and enjoyed their stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and we are so very grateful to Pauline!!!

I placed my 15‑year‑old golden retriever in Pauline’s loving care for several years, and I can say without hesitation that she is truly exceptional with dogs. My dog was a real member of my family, and after many disappointing dog‑sitting experiences where people did the bare minimum, finding Pauline was a relief. She has a genuine bond with animals ... she gives real attention, affection, and presence, not just quick walks. She understood my senior dog’s needs, respected her rhythm, and cared for her with the same tenderness I did. Leaving my dog with her for several days felt completely safe, and that peace of mind is priceless. I recommend Pauline wholeheartedly. I have a big backyard perfect for playing fetch and I live right next to Stanley Park for long hikes. My classes end very early in the day so I will be home almost all the time. Dogs are allowed to be on all furniture. I will do everything possible to make them feel at home!
A typical day
We will go on multiple walks, lay out in nature, have long stiff breaks, play games, have many treats, run around, watch doggy tv, and most importantly cuddle
