“This is our second time with Julie caring for our cat Pixie and will not be our last. She is prompt about getting to our house to feed Pixie and does not simply feed her and rush out the door when she is done. Pixie is an extreme affection sponge and we love that Julie sticks around and cuddles with our little one while we are away. I always feel so guilty when we are gone for more than a day, but knowing Julie is going to be sitting with Pixie and giving her the attention she craves really helps me relax. Julie is also so sweet with Pixie. Pix has a habit of getting under foot and can be very chatty. Julie has the patience of a saint navigating the one cat obstacle course to get through our kitchen while prepping her meals. We are thrilled to have come across Julie on Rover and already have discussed with her our next booking, which will be sudden and unpredictable as we go into the hospital to have our first child. She is so open to when we said "yeah, it will be sometime between this date and this date and could be 2-5 days long and will be a very last second booking". Not only did she respond immediately, but she told us no problem, she will be around and to let her know. Shes the best and we so highly recommend her to take care of the fur babies!”

“Jade has watched our cat 3 times now and she is wonderful. Great communication, lots of pictures. It makes our vacation so much more enjoyable knowing our kitty is well taken care of.”

“Sherry is wonderful. She has a lot of patience and gave our two cats the time and space they needed to adjust to her taking care of them while we were at our wedding. We did not worry at all about them while we were away.”
“We're new to Rover and needed a sitter for our 2 10-year old cats. We're very pleased with Jennifer and Michele. They're very friendly, responsive, easy to work with; and most importantly, they took great care of our kitties. We will absolutely be working with them again in the future!”

“Amber was absolutely lovely! Our regular cat sitter fell through, so we were a bit nervous to find someone else in a hurry. She was everything we needed and more. Very communicative, sent pics and it was obvious our cats took to her quickly. Would absolutely use again in the future. ?”

“This is our 3rd time having Danielle watch our cat Dusty. As usual she did a great job working to our schedule while away. Dusty is now comfortable with her considering he was a feral cat who was afraid of everyone just a year ago. I recommend her and would use again.”

“Anna was amazing! She watched our two kitties and stopped in three times per day. We got a lot of updates and photos. The kitties warmed up to her right away. We hope to use her again in the future!”

“Brooke has taken care of our pets multiple times and she is always kind, consistent, and caring as well as a clear communicator. We are grateful we can trust someone with our pets. Thank you!”

About: I worked at a doggy daycare so I’m reasonably confident in my ability to handle dogs of varying breeds and temperments and ages! I’m also not a person who’s scared around dogs, just cautious. I work part time sunday monday and tuesday at Fedex so wednesday thursday and friday would fill out the rest of my week hanging out with pets! I love playing with dogs and giving them the attention needed. I can feed them, I’m capable of following instructions, including medical instructions. I don’t have any experience poking pets with needles for medicine, but I can do pills and topical sprays and other things like that!
“Ruth is amazing! She went so far above and beyond for Penny and Stella, and they loved her! She kept us constantly updated with how the girls were doing and sent plenty pictures to make us feel like we were on the walks too.”

Kensington cat parents share their Rover experiences
Alex was amazing. She always let us know how the kitties were doing, sent us pictures and let us know if she was going to be early or late. She has a tough assignment with 4 cats, all having to be fed seperately and 2 on medicine. She played with the ones willing to come out of hiding and she patiently worked on the scardey cats. We were able to enjoy our vacation and not worry. We will definitely have her come back again!
