“Jade was wonderful with morning check-ins for our cat and giving her medication during a 10 day trip! She was incredibly thorough and sent tons of pictures and great updates. She even went above and behind to treat a stain on our couch after said cat decided to leave a hairball on it. Couldn’t have asked for more!!”

“Nataliia took great care of my 2 kitties while I was away for the weekend, including playing with them and sending lots of pictures! Will definitely re-book with her :)”

“Nora does an excellent job with our dogs! She is prompt, follows our directions and is great with administering meds. Our dogs feel very comfortable around her and her rates are great! Would definitely recommend.”

About: I have had dogs my whole life. My job has been to feed them, give them water, clean up after them, take them for walks, and give them medication. I also currently have a senior dog, so I have some experience with them! I have experience with small and big dogs alike. I am a college student who is home for the summer, so I have full availability. During the school year, I will work around my class schedule. Evenings and weekends will be free for sure. We have a fenced yard at home. Still, I watch my dogs just in case. In spring/summer I check for ticks every time they go out. When we go on walks, I am always diligent when we pass another dog. If my dogs aren't up for walks, especially my senior dog, we go out into the backyard and play fetch or run around.
About: Your custom care is here. I’ve taken care of German Shepherds and small teacup poodles. Let me know what you need and I will do my best! I’m a full-time teacher so I get out of school at four so I can walk your dog then. I work in Hartford so I can also let your fur baby out on my break. Let me know if you need me watch or sit any of your pets over the weekend. Blessings! I live in a large condo association with lots of paved areas to walk. Some elevation and other friendly dogs around here. There’s a large vacant parking lot if they want to throw a ball or frisbee. There is a trail nearby if they want to walk in the woods or on rocks and dirt.
“Kelsey was fantastic! I needed a new dog sitter last minute so we could go to a wedding that night, and she not only accepted the job, but came over in the afternoon for a lengthy meet and greet. My 1 1/2 year old pup is 75 lbs and very strong, and I had no worries that she could handle him even if they ran in to other people and dogs on their walk. Rocky took to her right away, and we were able to relax and have fun at the wedding. Thanks Kelsey!”

“Elizabeth was great! We were in the area from out of state for a wedding. We were also first time Rover users. Elizabeth walked us through the process, was an excellent communicator, and took great care of our dogs. We highly recommend her and if we lived in the area, would use her services again.”

“M did a great job watching our cats! They are a great communicator and we felt comfortable leaving our cats in their care! Would recommend M to take care of your pets!”

“Katie took care of our beloved Paco during Spring break and she was awesome. We got a lot of pictures and daily updates. We would love to work with Katie again 💖”

“Nina is very responsible and took great care of my new puppy, Charlotte. She played with her, took her outside gave her a snack and made sure she is left in her enclosed area. Will definitely re-hire!”

About: I have owned and cared for animals my entire life! From dogs to cats to horses, I have both domestic and farm animal experience! I currently own a 1 year old poodle rescue, and have in-depth experience from puppies and seniors, as well as with kittens and cats! My previous precious pet was a beautiful 15 year old standard poodle and we had the best times together :) I currently work full-time from home as a Registered Nurse (RN), so I am available all days of the week, both days and nights, for drop in visits to take the best care of your furry loved ones! “Samantha was so warm and attentive as a cat sitter! She included many pics of our 4 babies and I felt like they were perfectly safe when we went on our trip. She was also understanding when we had to end our trip early due to an injury. She'll be our go-to for any trips in the future :)”

About: Hi everyone - currently work from my house and have a really flexible schedule, my 9 year old dog, Kona, loves playing with other dogs, so I thought this would be a good fit. He is really social and well behaved. I have experience taking him on lots of pack hikes, usually with 2 or more dogs, off leash, but also spend a lot of 1x1 time with him. I have had him since he was a puppy, and have plenty of experience with younger dogs as well. I drive an SUV so I can easily accommodate dogs in my car as well. Hope to meet you and you dog(s) soon! I’m currently working part time and have a very flexible schedule. I work from home and also teach yoga a few times a week. I have an SUV so can transport! I’m also familiar with a lot of amazing hiking and walking spots in the area. I am certified in CPR and also hav extensive experience in dog walking/ handling my own dog and others. I take time to listen, feel and observe the dog in my care. I make sure to meet their needs and also listen to owners needs.
“This was Jordan’s first time watching our cats Aki and Haru, and we could not be more pleased. Jordan is an excellent communicator and made the process easy for us every step of the way. We loved getting pictures of the kitties, and they seemed to love having a visitor! Jordan made them feel comfortable and cared for. We are so grateful for Jordan’s help and would absolutely recommend them for looking after your furry friends!”

Nicola was a HUGE help coming on short notice to check on our critters while away. She had no problem with my lengthy list which included feeding and watering the chickens. She was quick to communicate and sent pictures showing me that everything was taken care of according to my wishes. Great job Nicola!!!
