About: I’ve had several dogs and cats to take care of since I was 5 years old. I have always loved animals and wanted to work with them in some way, so this is my way to do just that. I currently have a cat and I’m always spending time with my family’s cat and dog. I would love to care for other pets as often as I can. I always make sure that the pet is stimulated and getting enough love and affection. Pets need more than just food and water! I make sure to meet as many needs as possible.

About: I have had dogs and cats my entire life growing up. I have experience both taking care of dogs and cats of all ages. Since October 2025 I have been a puppy nanny for the cutest Wheaton as well as watching his senior siblings. In this position I was responsible for training, sitting, and walking the puppy and have recently ended this position due to moving to West Hartford to attend graduate school at UHart. I have also gained experience cat sitting for a coworker when she is away on vacation. I am currently starting my first summer semester at the University of Hartford so I am looking for opportunities mainly on the weekends but I am also available most Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays later in the day. My background has taught me patience, consistency, and how to stay calm in unexpected situations — useful skills whether handling an energetic shepherd, a stubborn bulldog, or a cat that operates like a tiny furry insurgent. I provide attention, cuddles and playtime for your fur babies- Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. As a retired Marine and first responder, I'm accustomed to maintaining a structured schedule and being dependable. I have the flexibility to provide walks, drop-in visits, feeding, companionship, and attentive care throughout the day. I enjoy staying active, and spending time with animals is something I genuinely look forward to. When caring for pets in their own home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine to reduce stress and keep them comfortable. This includes feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, litter box or yard cleanup, medication administration if needed, and plenty of attention and companionship. I also keep owners updated with messages and photos so they know their pets are doing well. If pets stay in my home, they will be treated like family in a safe, clean, and supervised environment. I'll follow their feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any special instructions provided by the owner. My goal is to ensure every pet feels comfortable, secure, and cared for whether they're staying with me or I'm caring for them in their own home.

About: My family has had dogs since I was 8 and I have always been the one to feed them, take them out, and play with them. I also have always been relied on to care for pets of friends and family. Dogs have been a source of happiness for me my whole life and I would love the opportunity to take care of other's dogs and bring joy to the dogs. I currently am in medical school at UConn and start back up the beginning of September. Thus, I would be able to care for the dogs after work and on the weekends. I am excited to fit caring for dogs into my weekly routine. I will care for pets in the client's home by following all instructions carefully.
