“Araceli and Uciel did a fantastic job of watching my dog for a week. They took such wonderful care of him and sent pics\videos with updates every day. It was clear he had a grand time playing with their two dogs and being spoiled rotten. I will definitely be using them again when I go out of town.”

Maria has been flexible with drop-off and pick-up times and accommodated us when we needed to switch up our plans. We will definitely be using her again! ”

“Julia took great care of our two cats while we were away. She checked on them each day, kept their bowls filled and their litter boxes clean, and played with them. “We really appreciate Liz for doing an excellent job! We booked daily drop-in visits for our 2 cats for 5 days, and Liz went above and beyond. Our "social cat" was very attached and got plenty of attention, and our "shy cat" actually hung out and had some interactions with Liz! Usually our shy cat does not come out or runs away from strangers, so we are really happy that Liz connected so well with her. Liz also gave our social cat lots of attention and played with her a lot, even with a list of daily chores. We highly recommend Liz and will definitely be booking when we need a sitter again!”

About: I have taken care of a family friend’s cat when they went on vacation. I also take care of my boyfriend’s sister’s cat when needed. I don’t have much experience with cats because I didn’t have any growing up. However, I can easily adapt!

“Kelsey was fantastic! I needed a new dog sitter last minute so we could go to a wedding that night, and she not only accepted the job, but came over in the afternoon for a lengthy meet and greet. My 1 1/2 year old pup is 75 lbs and very strong, and I had no worries that she could handle him even if they ran in to other people and dogs on their walk. Rocky took to her right away, and we were able to relax and have fun at the wedding. Thanks Kelsey!”

“Callan is excellent. He’s pet sit at my home before for our two dogs and drop ins. He is incredibly reliable and continues to be great with our dogs. Thank you Callan!”

About: I’ve had dogs since I was 12 and have experience with all kinds of personalities and ages, from puppies to senior dogs with medical needs. I currently have a senior dog myself, so I’m very patient, attentive, and comfortable with extra care routines. Friends and family always count on me first for pet sitting because I genuinely love animals and treat every pet like my own. I also have experience caring for cats and always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. My schedule is extremely flexible, so I’m able to accommodate all kinds of pet care needs including walks, drop-ins, overnight stays, puppy care, and senior pets who need extra attention. I make sure pets feel comfortable by following their normal routine as closely as possible. Whether I’m caring for them in my home or a client’s home, they’ll get plenty of attention, walks, playtime, and care throughout the day.

About: I have been cat sitting for over 20 years and have two of my own, brother and sister Monte Cristo and Muffuletta. I provide calm, loving care that respects each cat’s unique personality, whether they’re playful, independent, or a little shy. I make sure your cat’s daily routine stays consistent and that they receive plenty of attention, affection (on their terms!), and care while you’re away. I currently work 3:30 pm to 10:30 pm Wednesday through Saturday. This leaves me with mornings and days open or late night availability if needed. Mail retrieval services available. I’m an attentive cat sitter who understands feline behavior, health, and comfort. I have experience caring for cats of all ages, including shy cats, seniors, and those with special routines. I follow instructions carefully, keep spaces clean, and provide regular updates so you can feel confident your cat is in good hands.

“Emily was the perfect sitter for my cat! She cat sit for my Oreo for a month and was top notch. Her daily updates (along with pictures) were always very detailed and I knew Oreo was in great hands under her care. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking for a loving and responsible pet sitter.”

“Ricky was incredibly conscientious and good with our kitty and bunny. Our kitty had some medical issues come up the week prior to my departure, and Ricky stepped right up to the task. Gave our boy his meds, and was able to put a cone on him to put steroid crem on his tail. He befriended our boys quickly and seemed to enjoy their company as much as they enjoyed his. Ricky sent me updates and pics throughout his stay, and was quick to respond when I checked in. Our home was in order when we arrived home. I highly recommend Ricky. I am a bit bummed that he's leaving VT after college graduation next month, as we are in transition with pet sitters, as our one the past five years is heading to med school. Don't hesitate to book with Ricky!”

“This was our first time using Angela and was very happy with everything! Great communication! Our pup seemed happy and tired after spending the day with Angela! Love the nice fenced in yard.”

About: I’ve had multiple pets since I was young and always had a great love for all animals. I have had my dog since I was 6 years old and been taking care of her since then. Neighbors and family members have always trusted me taking care of their cats, dogs, bunnies, and birds and I love meeting and forming a connection with them all! I also have experience with senior and special needs as my dog had some behavioral issues in the last few years of her life and she has taught me a lot about having compassion for everyone. 🩷 My school year is over so I am currently home for the summer and will have plenty of time to take care of your pets! I also am available on breaks as well and would love to walk your dog during those times! I am majoring in animal studies with a minor in environmental studies in college and have a very strong love and passion for all animals. I have a big fenced yard for your dog to run around and play in! My both love all types of pets and are super welcoming.
“Jennifer is a sweetheart. She brought Lola right outside when I pulled up. She gave me photos and videos. My dog was so tired when I picked her up I can tell she had a great time cause when Jennifer turned around to leave Lola tried to follow her 😂 I will definitely use her again!”

“Michelle and her husband are wonderful. I am so lucky to have found such kind and caring people to take care of my dog. They send picture updates throughout the day which is nice to have and provide a doggie "report card" at the end of the day as well. I know my dog is in good hands when I drop him off. I would highly recommend them.”

“I’m extremely thankful that Michelle is able to accommodate my request to take care of Haru as I made a day trip to Tampa. It was very last minute request because my previous sitter had to cancel a day prior. She beautifully handled my sassy Shiba.”

About: Hi paw friends 🐾 I am somewhat new to Rover but I have grown up with dogs my entire life. I have always helped my family and friends care for their animals and I always enjoyed doing it. My husband and I got married four years ago and our little girl is three. It's so amazing to see her interact with the dogs because she gets more comfortable and happier each time. My husband and daughter are my best pet helpers when I am not around. Our family loves dogs and we will eventually get a dog when the time is right, but I love Rover because it’s give me the opportunity to still bond with pups. I truly love being around animals. Our families sometimes come to stay with us with their dogs and I get a crazy burst of happiness every time. Life is just better with a dog around and I would love to care and help with your pups! :) I know it can be tough trusting your animals in others hands but rest assured that your pet will be in great hands with me & I will send plenty of updates and pictures 📸🐾 I currently work part time (every weekend). So I am free to take care of your pups during the week and still on weekends when I’m home. My amazing husband and daughter are my best pet helpers when I am not around. I still offer some services on the weekends. I will care for the pet how the owner(s) want me to care for them. They will always bed fed, hydrated, clean, warm, and the happiest they can be in our home. Our home isn't that big so someone is always around. I am not much of an out-going person, I do have a good amount of friends but they all come to my house since I am the mama of the group :)
“Cruz Maria was so great with my dogs and with me! She is an expert dog person who catered to my dogs physical & emotional needs. I was in town for my high school reunion. Instead of boarding them for the weekend, Cruz Maria was flexible so that I could have them be in "day care" in the afternoon and evening. I was able to go to so many events for my reunion and still have my dogs with me at night. Thank you Cruz Maria!! You are the best!”
“Hoaran was so attentive to my pup and kept me up to date for the whole stay. She was extremely accommodating to last minute inconveniences in our travel. Kona enjoyed her stay and came home very fulfilled!! Will definitely book again!!!”

“Adrienne was Roo’s best friend for a day, and was everything I was looking for and more. Roo had a day full of adventures, and Adrienne sent us plenty of photos! We will definitely be return customers. Highly recommended!!”

“This was the first time that I used Eric. Eric and his wife were wonderful with Milo. Eric let me know that Milo was doing well and also sent a picture. Milo came home happy and tired. I will definitely use Eric again.”

“Left my baby for a trial stay. While it was hard to leave him literally crying Katie was so great about assuring me things had calmed down a few minutes later and all was good. I appreciated that peace of mind. Katie was also great about super responsive and timely communication. We would definitely reach out again.”

“Such a sweet family - took great care of my pup, was super responsive and we had a meet and greet before. Their house is beautiful, with a huge fenced in yard which my pup loved- very well set up for doggies. They sent pictures and updates all day and really took care of her like their own family. Would highly recommend and definitely book with them again!”

About: My fiancé and I are lifelong dog lovers who share our home with Maple, our golden retriever. I trained her myself, and she’s earned her Canine Good Citizen (CGC) certification — a reflection of the structure and consistency I bring to every dog I care for. I work from home full-time and intentionally keep bookings low-volume, typically accepting one dog at a time. This means individualized attention, regular outdoor breaks and walks, and a genuinely calm environment — not a house full of competing dogs. I have experience with large breeds like goldens and labs, as well as senior dogs who do best with quieter, personalized care. Cleanliness, safety, and reliability guide everything I do, and my goal is for every dog to feel like part of the household during their stay. I work from home during the week, so dogs are rarely left alone and follow a consistent daily rhythm of potty breaks, walks, rest, and supervision. Because I keep bookings low-volume, my availability is limited — I’d rather do fewer stays exceptionally well than take on more than I can give full attention to. My schedule works best for adult dogs already comfortable with a calm, structured routine. To make sure it’s a good fit for everyone, I typically accept dogs that are house trained, crate trained, friendly with people and other dogs, and able to settle calmly indoors. One note on our setup: our yard isn’t fenced, so all outdoor time is on-leash — this is part of how I maintain safety and consistency throughout the stay.
“Though new to Rover, Maritza was very good with our 15 yo Havanese Cisco for doggy daycare. There were two larger and younger dogs present as well. She’s working from home now, so she can take the dogs on frequent walks. She will soon have a large fenced in yard…even better! I will definitely use Maritza again, for overnights too.”

“Kevin was so patient with Winnie! I really appreciated the pictures and check ins throughout the day, long walks and flexibility with his schedule & mine. I would 100% recommend and will be coming back! His pup is super friendly as well”

“We had a great experience with Nataliia watching oir dog for a week while we were out of town. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. Nataliia pays close attention to detail — from monitoring food and water bowl levels to sending regular picture updates and check-ins throughout the week.”

About: Hi I’m Shannon, have a cat right now and used to have an 105lb Golden Retriever so i’m very experienced with big and small animals! I’m home from college and i’m on break so i have a lot of free time to walk dogs at any time of any day. I care for my cat and I used to have a big Golden Retriever who I would go play with and take on many walks.
“So grateful to have found Vanessa on here! Super reliable, very communicative and always takes lots of pics. My schedule is very inconsistent and she always quick to respond and be flexible with what I need.”

“Amber has been great! She worked with me and pup to get him comfortable with her before she took him on any walks! My guy has never had a dog walker and is stranger reactive, but loves Amber! His favorite part of the day is his walk with her!”
About: Hi! I love animals and have years of experience caring for pets. My very first job was walking my neighbor's dog every day after school throughout middle and high school. Since then, I've trained my own dog, regularly pet sat for neighbors, and have volunteered and advocated for animal welfare. One of my favorite activities is animal yoga—I’ve been to both puppy yoga and goat yoga! I'm currently starting medical school, and while my career is focused on caring for people, I've always had a passion for caring for animals. You can count on me to be responsible, attentive, and patient. I'll treat your pets with the same love and care I give my own. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your furry family members, and I'd love the opportunity to give you that peace of mind. I'm currently in my gap year before starting medical school, so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability for pet care. I also work part-time at a restaurant, which gives me flexibility during the day. I love spending time outside, so dog walks and outdoor play are something I genuinely enjoy. Caring for pets is the perfect way for me to spend my free time while helping owners. I always do my best to keep pets on their normal routine so they feel comfortable while you're away. I'm experienced with walking dogs, feeding, refilling water, crating when needed. At home, my dog enjoys daily walks and time playing in our fenced-in yard, so I understand how important exercise is. I will always make sure your pets get the love and care they need. I am also happy to keep you updated with photos and messages.

I live in a quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac with a fenced-in yard. I have a very friendly mini Bernedoodle. I love dogs that play and lazy dogs that just like to chill.
About: I have over 20 years of experience caring for dogs and cats, including puppies and seniors. I’m patient, dependable, and attentive to each pet’s unique needs. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, as this is my full-time job. I’m available throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, feedings, playtime, and bathroom breaks, ensuring pets aren’t left alone for long. While I’m not offering overnight house sitting at the moment, I’m happy to provide house sittings during the day or evening. If I have a dog walk or drop-in, I may step out briefly and return. I will always keep my clients informed of my availability so they know they can rely on me. I love shaping my day around the pets I care for—whether it’s morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening routines—so I can keep their comfort and consistency at the heart of everything I do. I take safety and trust very seriously and always care for pets as if they were my own. In a client’s home, I closely follow all instructions provided, including feeding schedules, walking routines, medications, and house rules. I keep the environment clean, calm, and familiar to reduce stress for the pet.
“Carla, thank you very much for walking with Pochi. It was very pleased with your kindness. He is very happy and trust you as a family member. I am sure Pochi miss you so much. I will definitely ask you next time too😊🙇♀️”

About: Ive had years of experience between puppies to senior dogs. All deserve the same love. I've had a litter of 8 puppies 11 years ago and it taught me more than any book could. I still have one from that litter to this day. All dogs are different and need to be catered to independently. They all have their own love language. I work part time and its flexible, so I'm looking to fill the gaps with zoomies, pets, treats and love from dogs and other animals. In home, I have a large fenced yard, but prefer a walk so we both get exercise. Clients homes depend on what they have available.

“If you need a pet sitter - Pauline is your girl!! I can’t thank her enough for hosting my two dogs in her home for the night. I received photos & an update within 30 minutes of dropping them off - & without having to check in myself - which I absolutely loved & appreciated. I then received updates all throughout the day which is exactly what I needed! She was VERY attentive to the dogs, asked about/followed their normal routine & updated me if she sensed anything was wrong or if the dogs seemed uncomfortable (one of them was exhibiting signs of an ear infection). I know my dogs were well taken care of and enjoyed their stay. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and we are so very grateful to Pauline!!!”

“My puppy was very happy to stay with Jenn. I loved getting updates and photos. I felt secure leaving my precious dog with her. I interviewed other sitters and correctly knew Jenn would be great. She was!”

“Lisa was an awesome sitter for my puppy Mattie. This was the first time I have left her for multiple nights and Lisa sent me tons of photos and was very responsive when I reached out for updates or questions.”

“We had a great experience with Kate! Our dog, Sampson, stayed in her home and was very well cared for. Communication was easy and consistent, and we felt completely comfortable knowing our pup was in good hands. Sampson is pretty easygoing, but it was clear he was treated with attention and kindness. We will definitely book with them again.”

“I recently had Gail take care of my dog, Dior, for a week while I was on vacation. The bond Gail and her dog Ginger formed with Dior was heartwarming. It was clear that she genuinely cared for my dog, providing plenty of love and attention. Dior came home happy and well-exercised, which is a testament to the great care they received. Safety was a top priority for me, and I felt completely at ease knowing Gail was watching over my pet. [He/She/They] followed all instructions regarding feeding and I appreciated the regular updates and photos that kept me in the loop. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Gail. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter.”

“Anna was the best sitter for our Doberman/German Shepard mix, Onyx! She watched Onyx for 4 days while we were out of town and did an amazing job at giving updates and sending pictures. Would definitely use her services again and gladly recommend to anyone looking in the future”
