“If you are looking for a dogsitter in the area, I highly recommend that you check out Luis and Alan. We scheduled a meet and greet, and they were the most gracious of hosts. All the humans chatted inside while the dogs got to socialize with each other in the huge, fenced in back yard. There is so much room for all of them to run and play. It's obvious that Luis and Alan love dogs and enjoy what they do. They are also very prompt with communication and they'll send you pictures every day.”
“We are so happy to find Khanh and Tommy to care for our Pluto while we are away for 2 weeks. We feel he is in good hands. He receives lot of loves and attentions like at home. My sons are excited seeing daily photos and videos of our Pluto playing with Khanh’s family and their dogs in their backyard. We will use them again and highly recommend their service! Thank you so much!”

“Katie and Storm make it easy. It's a very warm and welcoming environment. My pup Blue enjoyed his stay and seems very happy when we arrive. So glad to have found Katie. Good communication and she's obviously very experienced and comfortable with dogs. My new go to sitter ! :)”

“Kathryn and Jeremy took excellent care of our dog Max while we were away for a week. From our first meeting with them, it was clear that they had experience taking care of dogs and were very understanding and knowledgable about our dogs unique care needs. We felt so comfortable leaving Max with them and when we picked him up it was clear he LOVED his time there and can't wait to see them again! Thank you Kathryn and Jeremy for taking such great care of Max!”

“I’ve used Karine twice now with my golden retriever Thor, and am finally comfortable leaving him with someone else. It’s clear she cares about Thor and takes excellent care of him. He has a blast with her, which is evident in all the pictures she shares and his mood upon pickup. This is truly a home away from home for Thor, and he’ll be back for sure.”

“Rosmery was wonderful with our fur baby! I received many pictures and videos of Lana. Her and her family made feel our pup like home! Definitely, we will bring Lana back.”

“Jennifer and Inam were such great caretakers! I had a last minute trip for work and they were so flexible and accommodating on very short notice. I interacted mostly with Jennifer and I could tell how much love and care she pours into all the dogs. My pup was so sad to see her leave when it was time to go! Thank you for taking such great care of Olivia!!”
“Nicole took such good care of our sweet Charlie! She was easy to get a hold of and sent us tons of photos. Charlie got lots of walks and scratches while we were gone! Thank you again Nicole!”

“Morgan was super helpful when I needed a sitter on my road trip! She was so good with Molly and helped out extra since Molly wasn’t feeling the best on my trip and eating irregularly”

“Christle was very good with keeping us updated on how Rosie was doing. This was our first time boarding our puppy and we would go back to Christle again! Rosie even left with a bag full of treats! Thank you so much for watching our Rosie”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - West Simsbury
Sabrina was absolutely wonderful—we can’t recommend her highly enough. She took incredible care of our pups, including our elderly dog who required extra attention (and some cleanup!), and handled everything with patience and kindness. She kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind. We’re so grateful to Sabrina and her family for taking such loving care of Ollie and Remy!

Vanessa was amazing with our little guy — she was so communicative throughout the whole stay, sending lots of photos and videos. She also has three dogs that were all great with our super high energy puppy. She was has so much love for animals and that totally came through with her care for our puppy!
