Our dog gets very nervous being with new people, but he took to Maeve right away! She spent lots of snuggle time with him and we really appreciated her attentiveness and reliability. And he’s happy to have a new friend!

About: I've always been told that I have great energy and bring a calming presence. I have cared for multiple dogs and cats of all ages my whole life. Because of my Marine Corps training, I am always prepared to handle any situation. I think quickly on my feet and stay aware of my surroundings at all times. I'm 6'5" but I'm not afraid to get on the ground to make the animal feel more comfortable. My connection to the present moment allows me to create a unique bond with every animal I meet. Whenever I walk or sit, the animal is my sole focus. I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to care for pets on week days or weekends, day or night! I also know of many great dog friendly woodsy walks. Pets are safe with me! I stay in tune with their moods which allows me to meet their needs. I am very respectful of other people's homes, I treat it like it is a sacred space.

About: I grew up with dogs and cats, and for the last 6.5 years, I’ve had the pleasure of raising my own fur child, Melli Rose. She’s a black lab (my favorite breed) and is the chillest girl to ever exist. She’s great with other animals. I recently got engaged and am looking to make a bit of money on the side to help pay for the wedding along with getting to meet new pets! I work on a hybrid schedule—3 days remote, 2 days in the office. When I’m remote, I take my dog on multiple walks a day and would love to have yours join! I firmly believe pets are royalty and deserve to be treated as such. Nothing I do could ever repay them for their unwavering loyalty and unconditional love, but I’ll spend the rest of my repaying them with my love and affection.

About: I’ve cared for pets (cats, dogs, smaller caged animals) for as long as I can remember. I am the proud owner of 5 cats (I had a dog for 11 years), and have been volunteering with Boston’s Forgotten Felines, a cat-rescue organization that works to keep the feral cat population under control in this city and also helps abandoned/stray cats who need a home. I am currently working from home so my routine is flexible. Caring for pets is part of my daily life and I am in the habit of regularly looking out for stray/injured animals who need assistance. I am glad to work with you as a pet owner to develop a tailored plan for your pet’s specific needs in your home. Thanks!
