About: I have been around dogs my entire life and understand that every dog has their own unique personality, needs, and routine. As a current dog owner to my energetic 1½-year-old dog, I have hands-on experience with daily walks, exercise, training reinforcement, feeding schedules, and providing lots of love and attention. Growing up with dogs taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and creating a safe, comfortable environment where pets can thrive. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care, and I treat every dog as if they were my own. In addition to my experience with dogs, I have spent years caring for animals through my equestrian background, which has helped me develop strong animal-handling skills, attention to detail, and a calm, responsible approach to animal care. I have spent the last 5 years riding and training horses professionally am really passionate about all things animals ! Whether your dog needs a walk, drop-in visit, or companionship while you’re away, I’ll make sure they receive attentive care, plenty of affection, and regular updates so you can feel confident they’re in good hands. 🐾 I work as a professional rider and spend much of my day caring for and working with horses, which has given me extensive experience handling animals and maintaining consistent care routines. My schedule can vary depending on training and horse show commitments, but I do my best to keep my Rover calendar up to date and am often available for dog walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week. I always make safety and comfort my top priority when caring for pets. I pay close attention to each dog’s personality and routine so they feel relaxed and secure while I’m with them. I’ve grown up around animals and currently work around horses, so I’m very used to reading animal behavior and staying calm and responsible in different situations. I bring that same mindset to every dog I care for.

About: I have over 10 years of personal pet care experience with both cats and dogs. I work well with all ages but I have the most experience with senior care. My schedule is usually pretty flexible . Weekdays, I am available early mornings (before 11) and some evenings, depending on the day. Weekends, I am sometimes free. I give all the love, affection and cuddles I can to my own pets and will do the same for your fur babies. If your pet prefers their space, I will do my very best to make them feel as safe and comfortable as possible.

I’m retired and I have flexibility to drop-in and care for your pets during the day. I can play, feed and take your pet for a walk. I am available for drop-in care visits and dog walking services. About: I’ve taken care of multiple dogs since I was 14. I was a free-lance dog walker for my neighborhood so I’ve had plenty of experience with many kinds of dogs! I go to school part-time so I’ll be able to take care of your pups as long as I’m not in school. I enjoy taking dogs on walks as I enjoy being active. I have plenty of toys to keep your pups busy as well as my own dog, Tucker, to keep them company! I will play with them and give them as much attention and love as I can.

About: I grew up with dogs. I had a Great Dane that lived to be 12. I currently have a mini bernedoodle that is almost 5 years old. I also have a bunny. I currently work full-time and am available on Saturday and Sunday for boarding and dog walking. From late June through August, my schedule is more flexible. I will be available daily. I live in a quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac with a fenced-in yard. I have a very friendly mini Bernedoodle. I love dogs that play and lazy dogs that just like to chill.

About: I've raised my own cat, Bug, age 2, since he was 2 months old, alongside my roommate's cat whom I've lived with for 4 years. I've also raised over 30 houseplants and have vast knowledge of a variety of plants and their needs. Additionally, I've been around the many animals in my family my whole life and have sat for relatives' cats and dogs of all sizes over the years. I'm currently in between jobs as I relocate from North Carolina to Connecticut and ultimately back to NYC, so I have a pretty open schedule! Happy to alter my plans around pet care and house sitting. I'm also a gigging musician so there are sporadic nights and weekends that may become unavailable, but I am largely looking to be a sitter while I'm in CT. Willing and able to care for indoor/outdoor pets, go on walks, make sure cats and dogs get plenty of play and pets as desired, give treats, clean and maintain home spaces, and whatever else you may need!

About: I have over 20 years of experience watching and carings for dogs. I grew up with dogs, and absolutely love them! I have extensive experience walking, feeding, and bathing dogs, and also administering medication. I primarily work from home, so my schedule is very flexible during the day. I am also available on weekends to care for your pup! My husband and I have two friendly pups to keep your dog(s) company whenever he or she visits. And in addition to our large backyard where the pups love to play, we also have plenty of safe roads and trails nearby to walk your dog for exercise and potty breaks.

About: I have helped raise 3 dogs growing up. As well as dog sitting my brothers german shepherd for a few years. I am young and social and I have plenty of friends with dogs so I am constantly playing, walking, feeding dogs. Current college student who is off for the summer with no other job besides coaching a local baseball team 1-2 days a week. I’m looking for a buddy to go outside with for fitness/wellness! I live a young and social lifestyle so I enjoy going outside for walks, whether it be around your neighborhood, or driving to a destination. I have no problem staying at your house for a requested period of time to watch after your pet and take care of anything they might need. About: I've grown up around pets my whole life, so caring for animals has always felt natural to me. I also volunteered at a cat habitat, where I helped clean, care for cats of all ages, support adoptions, and keep the space safe and comfortable. I’m free all day! I have no other commitments. I am available and ready to begin, anytime and any day. I’m available as soon as 8am and as late as 10pm, and can do overnights! When caring for pets in a client's home, I try to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I'll follow your instructions closely for feeding, walks, litter cleaning, playtime, medications if needed, and any house rules. I'm respectful of your space and understand how important it is to trust someone in your home. I'll keep things clean, pay attention to your pet's behavior, and send updates and photos so you know they're safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away.

About: I have been working in the medical field for over 15 years so I am very experienced in caring for people and providing excellent customer service. I am excited about walking your pet or stopping by to see how they are doing because I am eager to spend more time with animals. I know what it means to consider pets family. I am honored to provide these services to you and your pet! I am currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to play with your pup. I will not be away from the house for more than 4 hours at a time, typically. I have a large backyard and always supervise dogs when they are out playing. Since I do not have a fence I would keep your dog on a leash and take them for walks for exercise or to a dog park if appropriate.

About: When I was 10 I joined a dog training program through my school, that’s where my training experience began. I provide a premium, low-volume dog care experience for owners who want their dog to have more one-on-one attention in a calm home environment. Your dog won’t be just one of many in a crowded space. I keep my care more personal so each dog gets plenty of attention, supervision, and outdoor time. I have a big yard for dogs to enjoy, but my indoor space is smaller, so I am very intentional about keeping the number of dogs low. That means I can focus on your dog’s comfort, safety, and overall experience much more closely. This is a great fit for dogs who do better with a quieter setting and for owners who value quality of care over high-volume boarding or daycare. I generally only take one to a few dogs at a time unless they are from the same household. I have a lot of experience with senior dogs. I took care of my childhood dog for 17 years of her long, beautiful life. I have experience working with small senior dogs specifically and I know all the little things that they appreciate. I also have experience with large dogs and can handle very big strong dogs. I also love hiking with dogs so if you have an energetic dog you need to burn off energy I am your guy. I have an acre yard with a fenced in front yard in a nice area. Any dog that boards with me would be treated like my own dog and let out very frequently to go to the bathroom and play outside. If I board a pet I will be with them full time to make sure they receive the care they deserve. I have a fenced in front yard, and a good amount of unfenced land in the back. My dog is very friendly and would keep your pet great company. He loves dogs and cats. I can easily crate your dog if needed, but would love to give your dog the pet experience and treat them like my own. I live in a nice are and have great access to the woods nearby as well.

About: I grew up taking care of my dog Waggles for 15 years. Have had other dogs and have taken care of friends dogs as well. Could help during the week and on weekends anytime. Happy to walk, care for and house pets overnight. Lots of love for cats and dogs. Our last cat was an indoor cat, but we have had outdoor ones as well. About: Hi I’m Shannon, have a cat right now and used to have an 105lb Golden Retriever so i’m very experienced with big and small animals! I’m home from college and i’m on break so i have a lot of free time to walk dogs at any time of any day. I care for my cat and I used to have a big Golden Retriever who I would go play with and take on many walks.
