I’m a full-time teacher so I get out of school at four so I can walk your dog then. I work in Hartford so I can also let your fur baby out on my break. Let me know if you need me watch or sit any of your pets over the weekend. Blessings! I live in a large condo association with lots of paved areas to walk. Some elevation and other friendly dogs around here. There’s a large vacant parking lot if they want to throw a ball or frisbee. There is a trail nearby if they want to walk in the woods or on rocks and dirt.

About: I've grown up around pets my whole life, so caring for animals has always felt natural to me. I also volunteered at a cat habitat, where I helped clean, care for cats of all ages, support adoptions, and keep the space safe and comfortable. I'm patient, reliable, and really understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets and your home. I also have close family members who work in grooming, so l've learned a lot from being around that environment. I'll treat your pets with the same care and attention I'd want for my own. I’m free all day! I have no other commitments. I am available and ready to begin, anytime and any day. I’m available as soon as 8am and as late as 10pm, and can do overnights! When caring for pets in a client's home, I try to keep their routine as normal and comfortable as possible. I'll follow your instructions closely for feeding, walks, litter cleaning, playtime, medications if needed, and any house rules. I'm respectful of your space and understand how important it is to trust someone in your home. I'll keep things clean, pay attention to your pet's behavior, and send updates and photos so you know they're safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away.

About: When I was 10 I joined a dog training program through my school, that’s where my training experience began. I provide a premium, low-volume dog care experience for owners who want their dog to have more one-on-one attention in a calm home environment. Your dog won’t be just one of many in a crowded space. I keep my care more personal so each dog gets plenty of attention, supervision, and outdoor time. I have a big yard for dogs to enjoy, but my indoor space is smaller, so I am very intentional about keeping the number of dogs low. That means I can focus on your dog’s comfort, safety, and overall experience much more closely. This is a great fit for dogs who do better with a quieter setting and for owners who value quality of care over high-volume boarding or daycare. I generally only take one to a few dogs at a time unless they are from the same household. I have a lot of experience with senior dogs. I took care of my childhood dog for 17 years of her long, beautiful life. I have experience working with small senior dogs specifically and I know all the little things that they appreciate. I also have experience with large dogs and can handle very big strong dogs. I also love hiking with dogs so if you have an energetic dog you need to burn off energy I am your guy. I have an acre yard with a fenced in front yard in a nice area. Any dog that boards with me would be treated like my own dog and let out very frequently to go to the bathroom and play outside. If I board a pet I will be with them full time to make sure they receive the care they deserve. I have a fenced in front yard, and a good amount of unfenced land in the back. My dog is very friendly and would keep your pet great company. He loves dogs and cats. I can easily crate your dog if needed, but would love to give your dog the pet experience and treat them like my own. I live in a nice are and have great access to the woods nearby as well.

About: Hello! I have 30 years of experience caring for pets. I own an 80lb lover-girl named Lobster and a 10lb rascal-cat named Trinity (from The Matrix!) My schedule is very flexible and I'm available for couch snuggles, energetic playdates, and walkies. My furry companions have other members of the family to care for them at home if I'm pet-sitting overnight. I can drop-in your place, go for walks, stay overnight, give your cat snuggles, or (with your approval) bring your pup(s) to my large fenced-in backyard!

About: I have had dogs my whole life. My job has been to feed them, give them water, clean up after them, take them for walks, and give them medication. I also currently have a senior dog, so I have some experience with them! I have experience with small and big dogs alike. I am a college student who is home for the summer, so I have full availability. During the school year, I will work around my class schedule. Evenings and weekends will be free for sure. We have a fenced yard at home. Still, I watch my dogs just in case. In spring/summer I check for ticks every time they go out. When we go on walks, I am always diligent when we pass another dog. If my dogs aren't up for walks, especially my senior dog, we go out into the backyard and play fetch or run around.

I am young and social and I have plenty of friends with dogs so I am constantly playing, walking, feeding dogs. Current college student who is off for the summer with no other job besides coaching a local baseball team 1-2 days a week. I’m looking for a buddy to go outside with for fitness/wellness! About: I grew up taking care of my dog Waggles for 15 years. Have had other dogs and have taken care of friends dogs as well. Could help during the week and on weekends anytime. About: I do have veterinary experience. Have taken care of friends dogs for many years. Basic experience with grooming and nail trims. Also have cat care experience. About: I love being with animals and have experience caring for a wide range of pets, including dogs, cats, jumping sliders, and lizards. I enjoy learning each animal’s personality and making sure they’re comfortable and well cared for. I am a student who goes to college out of state but is home for the month of January and is also working part time. Since losing a dog of my own I figured this would be a great opportunity to help others with their pets and still have a great time with animals. I do have a fenced in yard if I take dogs into my home but in other peoples homes, listening to the guardian is most important to me on how they coexist with their pet and respecting that. About: Not only have I cared for other people's animals, but I have a furry friend of my own. I know what it takes to love and care for our little family members, and I know what an owner would expect from a caregiver. At a young age I started caring for animals and slowly gaining more responsibility over their care. I have left food out and changed litter boxes for cats while owners are away, and stayed over for multiple days to care for rescue dogs who needed the company and support while their owner's were away. I work 100% from home, so my schedule is very flexible. I am a professional and already use my break times to get outside and take walks / go to parks, so getting your pet exercise is not an issue. I defer to the requests and comfortability of each client. Every pet is unique, and I want to give the best possible care for each furry friend.

About: Taken care of different breeds, small and big dogs, cats and small critters. Trained dogs used for disabilities. I walk small dogs with a harness only, and don’t allow them to jump from high places, due to their tiny bones. I make sure they are secured before opening any door where they might run off. I have an Instagram page where I upload dogs I meet , dogs I take care of or watch , dogs that were placed in safe homes. I will take photos to give updates. Can change day to day but if notified ahead of time , can usually work around my schedule. I do check my texts and email if something changes. My dogs are sociable, always keeping an eye out, they are like little kids. There is currently a Japanese Chin, Shitzu, Pekingese, Saint Bernard, a cat, a bird and 3 guinea pigs, in the home.

I am a high school Spanish teacher on summer vacation, and I am available every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday this summer to walk your dog or check in on your pets while you are away. I have experience with cats, dogs, horses, and chickens. Yo hablo español (et un peux de français!) I am available mornings and afternoons on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday throughout the summer, from late June to mid August. Check my schedule on Rover to see my availability !
