About: I have been around dogs my entire life and understand that every dog has their own unique personality, needs, and routine. As a current dog owner to my energetic 1½-year-old dog, I have hands-on experience with daily walks, exercise, training reinforcement, feeding schedules, and providing lots of love and attention. Growing up with dogs taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and creating a safe, comfortable environment where pets can thrive. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care, and I treat every dog as if they were my own. In addition to my experience with dogs, I have spent years caring for animals through my equestrian background, which has helped me develop strong animal-handling skills, attention to detail, and a calm, responsible approach to animal care. I have spent the last 5 years riding and training horses professionally am really passionate about all things animals ! Whether your dog needs a walk, drop-in visit, or companionship while you’re away, I’ll make sure they receive attentive care, plenty of affection, and regular updates so you can feel confident they’re in good hands. 🐾 I work as a professional rider and spend much of my day caring for and working with horses, which has given me extensive experience handling animals and maintaining consistent care routines. My schedule can vary depending on training and horse show commitments, but I do my best to keep my Rover calendar up to date and am often available for dog walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week. I always make safety and comfort my top priority when caring for pets. I pay close attention to each dog’s personality and routine so they feel relaxed and secure while I’m with them. I’ve grown up around animals and currently work around horses, so I’m very used to reading animal behavior and staying calm and responsible in different situations. I bring that same mindset to every dog I care for.

About: I am a former United States Marine, retired law enforcement officer, firefighter, and paramedic with decades of experience protecting and caring for others under pressure. Throughout my career, trust, reliability, situational awareness, and compassion were essential parts of the mission, and I carry those same values into pet care today. Whether your pet needs daily walks, drop-in visits, companionship while you’re away, medication support, or attentive overnight care, you can feel confident knowing they are in calm, capable hands. I understand how important it is to trust someone entering your home and caring for members of your family, and I take that responsibility seriously. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, as well as cats and senior pets. My background has taught me patience, consistency, and how to stay calm in unexpected situations — useful skills whether handling an energetic shepherd, a stubborn bulldog, or a cat that operates like a tiny furry insurgent. I provide attention, cuddles and playtime for your fur babies- Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. As a retired Marine and first responder, I'm accustomed to maintaining a structured schedule and being dependable. I have the flexibility to provide walks, drop-in visits, feeding, companionship, and attentive care throughout the day. I enjoy staying active, and spending time with animals is something I genuinely look forward to. When caring for pets in their own home, I do my best to maintain their normal routine to reduce stress and keep them comfortable. This includes feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, litter box or yard cleanup, medication administration if needed, and plenty of attention and companionship. I also keep owners updated with messages and photos so they know their pets are doing well. If pets stay in my home, they will be treated like family in a safe, clean, and supervised environment. I'll follow their feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any special instructions provided by the owner. My goal is to ensure every pet feels comfortable, secure, and cared for whether they're staying with me or I'm caring for them in their own home.

About: I’ve had dogs for most of my life and have been pet sitting on the side for over 2 and a half years now! I mostly do overnights, making sure dogs are well taken care of and attended to. I am currently pet sitting full time, so I will be available almost every day, at any given time! Whether that’s a drop in visit or an overnight stay! I try to spend as much time as much time as I have with your dog to make sure they have been let out to go to the bathroom and exercise if needed!

About: I do have veterinary experience. Have taken care of friends dogs for many years. Basic experience with grooming and nail trims. Also have cat care experience. I currently work early AM shift at my regular job. I am available after 11am for walks and check ins.I am unavailable on weekends at this time I have experience with giving medicine,oral and injectable. I’m a full-time teacher so I get out of school at four so I can walk your dog then. I work in Hartford so I can also let your fur baby out on my break. Let me know if you need me watch or sit any of your pets over the weekend. Blessings! I live in a large condo association with lots of paved areas to walk. Some elevation and other friendly dogs around here. There’s a large vacant parking lot if they want to throw a ball or frisbee. There is a trail nearby if they want to walk in the woods or on rocks and dirt.

I am a high school Spanish teacher on summer vacation, and I am available every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday this summer to walk your dog or check in on your pets while you are away. I have experience with cats, dogs, horses, and chickens. Yo hablo español (et un peux de français!) I am available mornings and afternoons on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday throughout the summer, from late June to mid August. Check my schedule on Rover to see my availability ! I am happy to feed and brush your pet; play with them; take them for walks. I can administer medication, clean up messes. About: I have over 20 years of experience watching and carings for dogs. I grew up with dogs, and absolutely love them! I have extensive experience walking, feeding, and bathing dogs, and also administering medication. I primarily work from home, so my schedule is very flexible during the day. I am also available on weekends to care for your pup! My husband and I have two friendly pups to keep your dog(s) company whenever he or she visits. Since October 2025 I have been a puppy nanny for the cutest Wheaton as well as watching his senior siblings. About: I have been working in the medical field for over 15 years so I am very experienced in caring for people and providing excellent customer service. I am excited about walking your pet or stopping by to see how they are doing because I am eager to spend more time with animals. I know what it means to consider pets family. I am honored to provide these services to you and your pet! I am currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to play with your pup. I will not be away from the house for more than 4 hours at a time, typically. I have a large backyard and always supervise dogs when they are out playing. Since I do not have a fence I would keep your dog on a leash and take them for walks for exercise or to a dog park if appropriate.
