“Katie took excellent care of Sadie while we were away on vacation - after meeting her during the meet and greet I felt super comfortable leaving Sadie at her house. Will absolutely use her again for any future vacations, she is quick to respond and very accommodating!”

“I'm so happy I found Angela (khanh) and Tommy before traveling halfway around the globe. After our meet and greet I knew I could relax on vacation knowing my pup was in good hands. Angela has that motherly instinct for all dogs big and small, and Tommy is an experienced dog groomer. I got picture and video updates everyday, I felt like my dog was at summer camp and she would never want to come home! I know she got lots of love and exercise and she will be coming back again.”

“Outstanding! Alan and Luis provided extraordinary care for our Black Lab mix Annie while we were on vacation for a week. They are truly the best! Compassionate, friendly, caring, trustworthy are just a few words to describe Alan and Luis. The house is beautiful with a gated fence and a "kiddy pool". Annie truly enjoyed her stay and playing with the other guests as evidenced by her disposition when I picked her up and the the daily photos. I will always check first with Alan and Luis in the future when I need a sitter for Annie.”

“Maria has watched our senior lab twice - one with home visits and once boarding. Both times we returned home to a happy healthy dog. She is very thoughtful and always has our dog’s best interest in mind. We will continue to use her as a great alternative to the kennnel.”

“Kathryn and Jeremy were great, can't recommend them enough. They were extremely communicative both before Bella's stay and during, updating us with pictures etc throughout the day. The couple are very well versed in dog behavior/needs and asked all the right questions to make us feel confident Bella was going to be well cared for and safe. When we picked Bella up she was very comfortable in their home and was resting with Kathryn and Jeremy. If you are looking for trustworthy couple to watch your pup with love and attention, this is it!”

“Hoaran was great and her communication was excellent! We appreciated that she took Roman to the dog park to make new friends! She took lots of photos and made my husky feel like he was part of that gang! He can’t wait to hang with Hoaran again!”

“I recently had Gail take care of my dog, Dior, for a week while I was on vacation. The bond Gail and her dog Ginger formed with Dior was heartwarming. It was clear that she genuinely cared for my dog, providing plenty of love and attention. Dior came home happy and well-exercised, which is a testament to the great care they received. Safety was a top priority for me, and I felt completely at ease knowing Gail was watching over my pet. [He/She/They] followed all instructions regarding feeding and I appreciated the regular updates and photos that kept me in the loop. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Gail. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter.”

“Klaudia was awesome! Our elderly dog had a health crisis while she was caring for him, and she took him to the vet, was very good with communication, and really cared about our guy for 2 days while we made our way home early from vacation. Highest recommendation!!”

“Being that this was Hannah's first experience away from us, and with the separation anxiety she has, Karina showed a lot of patience and compassion in helping Hannah feel at home. I would highly recommend her if you are in need of a sitter.”

“Adrienne took very good care of our baby and treated her as if it was her own. Our dog had a wonderful time staying with her. She sent lots of updates throughout the day which made us feel very comfortable. Thank you!”

About: I grew up with dogs and cats, and for the last 6.5 years, I’ve had the pleasure of raising my own fur child, Melli Rose. She’s a black lab (my favorite breed) and is the chillest girl to ever exist. She’s great with other animals. I recently got engaged and am looking to make a bit of money on the side to help pay for the wedding along with getting to meet new pets! I work on a hybrid schedule—3 days remote, 2 days in the office. When I’m remote, I take my dog on multiple walks a day and would love to have yours join! I firmly believe pets are royalty and deserve to be treated as such. Nothing I do could ever repay them for their unwavering loyalty and unconditional love, but I’ll spend the rest of my repaying them with my love and affection.
“Hank loves his stays at MJ’s. He has so much fun playing with her dogs. He comes home happy & tired from having so much fun. MJ sent pics to ease my mind, and he was having a blast. If you need someone who is comfortable handling a very large breed puppy/dog she is your girl!”

“Wonderful couple! They give your pet lots of love and ensure that your pet is happy and well taken care of. They send photos and updates on a regular basis. I would recommend highly to use this couple for dogsitting your loving pet! Amazing! I am definitely having them again!”

“I unconditionally and without reservation recommend Tyler for dog boarding. Tyler was excellent with my 7-yrs old female Australian Cobberdog, Abby (AND with her nervous parent, me). Abby has not ever been boarded prior to this 14-days boarding. Abby is quite shy when first meeting people. A week prior to the boarding, I visited Tyler in the front yard of his house and after Abby checked him out, she was wagging her tail, licking his hand and then snuggled up against him inviting him to pet her. During the 2-weeks boarding, Tyler was attentive to Abby's needs for reassurance which helped her to adjust to his house, his girlfriend, and their two dogs. Abby found a place for herself on his kitchen breakfast booth seat. Tyler gave Abby her required daily medication, fluoxetine. Tyler reported Abby's status daily with a picture. He used treats appropriately. Tyler even cooked Abby plain chicken at the beginning of the 2-wks boarding to help her to eat. In sum, Tyler has a lot of knowledge about dogs- training, exercise, diet, and boarding. I will be comfortable to leave Abby with him again, as soon as late October for another 2 weeks when I'm off to New Zealand for a biking tour.”

About: I have been working in the medical field for over 15 years so I am very experienced in caring for people and providing excellent customer service. I am excited about walking your pet or stopping by to see how they are doing because I am eager to spend more time with animals. I know what it means to consider pets family. I am honored to provide these services to you and your pet! I am currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to play with your pup. I will not be away from the house for more than 4 hours at a time, typically. I have a large backyard and always supervise dogs when they are out playing. Since I do not have a fence I would keep your dog on a leash and take them for walks for exercise or to a dog park if appropriate.
“Ifan was a great sitter for our big boy Dom. He was very good with communication both before and during the sit. He sent pictures and updates about how Dom was doing and all pertinent information. He was very accommodating with our flexible schedule and wr truly appreciated that. We would definitely utilize his services again and we would recommend him for anyone looking for a top notch sitter.”

“Triba was great! Super responsive, gave lots of attention to my cat, and took great care of him. She was also flexible with dates. Would definitely hire her again.”
Weatogue dog parents share their Rover experiences
Sabrina was absolutely wonderful—we can’t recommend her highly enough. She took incredible care of our pups, including our elderly dog who required extra attention (and some cleanup!), and handled everything with patience and kindness. She kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, which gave us great peace of mind. We’re so grateful to Sabrina and her family for taking such loving care of Ollie and Remy!
