“Midori is one of the most honest and trustworthy people I know. We have been friends for over 35 yrs. She absolutely loves pets. Dogs and cats are her favorites. She is just good with them. Able to read their actions.”

Elissa U.
“I think Elissa is a phenomenal pet sitter. She has watched my pets many times and always takes amazing care of them (sometimes I think they love her more than me). She is amazing with both cats and dogs and always makes sure my pets are as happy as can be. Definitely recommend.”

Katie L.

“Katie was great! She provided very quick responses to any questions, and getting the pictures was nice. I also appreciated her willingness to take an extra step (feeding a fish!) after I did not bring it up when I first met with her.”

MJ M.

“MJ was so accommodating and helped us with our two dogs last minute. She also came the night before to meet them! Such a sweetheart! Highly recommend”

Cruz Maria D.

“Maria was wonderful...took great care of my cat. It was so nice to be away for a week and have the confidence that all was well at my house and with my cat. Signing up with Rover was super easy, the price is fair and I had excellent service. Extremely happy with Maria and my first Rover experience!”

Nina W.

“This was my first time using Rover and leaving my 8 month old kitten, Tuna, in the safe keeping of an EXCELLENT pet sitter, Nina. Nina took exceptional care of Tuna, who is a handful at his age. She gave him all the attention and affection that a kitten could need. Nina went above and beyond for Tuna, always was responsive, and sent frequent updates about her visits with Tuna. I HIGHLY recommend Nina for pet-sitting and her love for anyone’s fur babies. They will be in great hands! Will definitely be booking with Nina for future visits with Tuna. 5 stars! Thanks Nina!”

Chris D.
“Chris provided excellent care for my dog. He was very professional and made sure to give me picture updates. My dog is a rescue and is often nervous around new people. He was patient and took time to get to know my dog before his stay, which was reassuring.”

Priscilla W.

“Priscilla is the best! Excellent communication, prompt and very professional. My dog loved her the minute they met. She took care of my dog like it was her own. I will have her take care of my dog in the future.”

Joshua N.

“Reliable, friendly, good communication. Gave us peace of mind to go away and have our blind, diabetic dog in great hands! Will definitely re-book & recommend to all :)”

Julia H.
“Julia genuinely loves and understands animals. She seems to understand what is going on in their world and wants to make sure they are happy and having a good time. She is not just an animal lover, but is a qualified and experienced veterinary nurse, so she knows better than most what may be happening if a pet does not seem to be well. recommend her for any caring dog or cat parent.”

Tyler S.
“Tyler is one of the only people I trust my dogs with. He is attentive and patient and cares for animals as if they are his own. All of my dogs adore him and look forward to spending time with him. Responsive and communicative, I always feel updated when it comes to my pups while they are in his care!”

Veronica M.

“Veronica was great with my dog and great with checking in with me. I appreciated that she texted me to make sure my dog would be ok going outside when there was thunder. I highly recommend her!”

Andrea U.
“I will shout this: ANDREA IS AWESOME! Andrea has worked for me on an all-volunteer squad (dog rescue team working out of Wethersfield, CT) at Protectors of Animals (companion animal rescue headquartered in East Hartford/Glastonbury CT) for a number of years now and she's my right hand, go-to gal. She's fearless but smart and careful when handling dogs of all sizes. She let's me know when a dog gets her hackles up for any reason which is so appreciated as many vols aren't honest with themselves about their skill level when handling unpredictable rescue/impound dogs. Andrea is reliable, focused, and an all-around great team member. If I could clone her, I would! On her homefront: Andrea recently adopted a sweet pittie girl to add to her family of critters and humans and has gone to great lengths to nurture Miss Bella through an extensive surgery procedure. Last year, Andrea adopted a cat that required surgery to remove one eye and did what ever was needed to make sure he healed and thrived. Andrea's furry friends are well cared for and well loved. She's a wonderful human and I'm lucky to know her.”

Gianna R.

“This was my first time using Rover and after booking with Gianna, I have nothing but good things to say about the experience. I was really worried about having someone I don’t know watch my cats as they have always been watched by friends and family, but after our meet and greet I was so much less nervous about it. Gianna was so kind, immediately gave the cats some love and pets, and was very actively listening to the (probably excessive) information I was giving her. She seemed to really want to get to know the personalities of my cats which was really appreciated. She kept me updated every day, always letting me know when she was heading over to care for them and sending me multiple pictures during both of the daily drop-ins. One of my cats was pretty stressed during the whole experience, due to no fault of Gianna’s or the care she provided, but because she’s not a fan of people she doesn’t know. She was pretty freaked out and even scratched Gianna a couple times, and Gianna was so gracious about it and instead of being upset, she was only concerned that my cat was so scared and reached out to see if there was anything she could do to make her feel more comfortable. You can tell that Gianna just loves animals and does her best to give each animal the care that they need as an individual. I definitely recommend her if you are trying to find someone who will love your babies like their own while you’re not there.”

Marisa M.

“Marisa was a wonderful pet sitter for our very shy rescue cat. She communicated with us every day we were away. Our kitty was well taken care of! I would highly recommend Marisa.”

Alex M.
“Alex was great with our cat! We felt completely comfortable allowing him into our home and he has helped our family out on multiple occasions. The last two times were for a full week each and required two supervised feedings a day due to her specialized diet. He has an extremely calm demeanor and he took and followed our instructions well. He was reliable, timely, and trustworthy in our home. Our family will continue to use his services and are happy to be able to enjoy our getaways knowing that our kitty is safe and taken care of.”

Stacey G.

“Stacey is always amazing with my dog and formed such a great bond. She even checked on him with a last minute notice which I can never thank her enough for!! Stacey is THE BEST!”

Emma P.
“As far as pet people go, Emma is the best there is. She has always had a caring heart for and loved animals. Emma is responsible and I have no doubt your pet would be well cared for.”

Brittany W.

“Brittany is very responsive and took excellent care of my cats. I would highly recommend Brittany and look forward to working with her in the future.”

Grace S.

“Grace did an excellent job taking care of our two cats while we were away for a couple of weeks. She was very punctual and did not miss anything. We do recommend her highly! Thank You Grace!”
