Hi! I’m a dedicated and experienced dog lover who has cared for a wide range of breeds, including Labs, Mini Pins, Beagles, German Shepherds, Boxers, and French Bulldogs. I’ve worked with both energetic puppies and older rescue dogs, so I’m comfortable handling everything from basic training to providing extra patience and care for dogs who may be anxious or need a little more attention. I’m very intuitive when it comes to animals and take pride in understanding each dog’s unique personality and needs. Whether your pup loves long walks, playtime, or just relaxing and feeling safe, I’ll make sure they’re happy, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away. Safety and trust are my top priorities, and I’ll treat your dog like one of my own. I’m also happy to follow any specific routines, training methods, or special instructions you have. Jonathan is very friendly and responsive. He met the dogs ahead of time, and they took to him right away. Our three dogs are elderly, and two of them need a bit more care such as special diets and meds. This was completely fine with Jon. Upon coming back, we find our three old pups bright eyed and bushy tailed!! Very grateful to Jon for his help while we were away!
Hello I think Jonathan will make a wonderful team member for Rover.com. He loves animals, is very warm & personable and, as a fomer ski patrolman and an EMT trainee, Jonathan knows how to handle emergency sistuations should they arise. I think the animals will feel at ease around Jonathan too- my own cat, who usually very shy, always comes around when Jonathan visits. I am confident that he will do his best to insure the pets are very well cared for and that he will be an asset for your organization.
Jon is a lifelong lover of animals, including his taking excellent care of his cat from an early age. I trust Jon to take care of any of my pets.
Your pet will be in good hands with Jonathan! Jon has always had pets in his life, wherever he was living. Jon will be resposnsible with your pet, but he will also show your pet care and love. Your pets will be safe and they will have a good time! Jon will also be responsible about scheduling and about attention to your unique needs.
Jonathan did a wonderful job taking care of my 16 year old (Millie) dog. I was passing through Connecticut from Utah and needed someone to take care of Millie. She a bit of high maintenance and requires medications in the morning and in the evening which isn't always easy to give her. Millie was very comfortable with Jonathan from the start and she had no issues taking her medicaton from him. I was extremely lucky to find him and I can't thank him enough. George B

I currently work part-time while going through a career change and taking online classes, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability. Because of this, I’m able to dedicate real, unhurried quality time to your furry loved one rather than rushing through visits or walks. My routine allows me to be dependable and accommodating for a variety of care needs, whether it’s daytime visits, walks, or extended time with your pet. I’m happy to work with your schedule and make sure your pet gets the attention, consistency, and care they deserve.
