“Julia was super responsive and was really patient with my dog. My dog was really struggling at the beginning when she stopped over but she continued to update me and ensured he was feeling comfortable! She was also so flexible with what I needed. She was great! Would recommend!”

“We were really lucky to find Carol! She took great care of a grumpy, elderly Shih Tzu and was clearly patient with my old lady. I received regular updates and photos, and she reviewed all of the crazy instructions for Coco’s care. She also left the house in great shape! I would highly recommend her!”

“Hunter was really accommodating when we got sick while trying to schedule our meet & greet for a last minute trip. She did great with the dogs & allowed us a stress free weekend away!”

“Mary was a literal godsend. We booked her kind of last minute for a 4 day weekend and she was an absolute rockstar!! She was great with our animals, very respectful and clear with her communication. She did exactly what we agreed too and even went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our pets were well cared for and safe. We even had an incident were one of the dogs was refusing to go back inside when the visit time was over and instead of getting frustrated and upset, she remained professional and was extremely smart in managing the situation and getting it under control. We would absolutely use her again and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is looking for a true pro in animal care.”

“This was my first time using Rover so I was a bit nervous to dive in with a 3 night house sit. Josh made sure to send daily photos of my dog on walks or playing. He left my house clean and without asking he brought in the mail and took out the trash. I already have another service booked with him and would recommend him to others.”

About: I grew up with dogs and cats, and for the last 6.5 years, I’ve had the pleasure of raising my own fur child, Melli Rose. She’s a black lab (my favorite breed) and is the chillest girl to ever exist. She’s great with other animals. I recently got engaged and am looking to make a bit of money on the side to help pay for the wedding along with getting to meet new pets! I work on a hybrid schedule—3 days remote, 2 days in the office. When I’m remote, I take my dog on multiple walks a day and would love to have yours join! I firmly believe pets are royalty and deserve to be treated as such. Nothing I do could ever repay them for their unwavering loyalty and unconditional love, but I’ll spend the rest of my repaying them with my love and affection.
“Alex was amazing with taking care of Duke (dog) and Lagertha (bearded dragon). Duke has been super skiddish with new people and she was super patient with him as we did lots of drop in visits leading up to this trip to attempt to make him more comfortable with her. During our trip Alex sent me photos and communicated concern when she noticed Dukes nose was a little dried out from him licking it. We got home and Dukes nose was all better and he was excited to see us. Have already rebooked with Alex for our next trip.”

“Chris took such good care of our dogs. During our initial meeting, he asked follow up questions so that he clearly understood the feeding routine. He asked other questions that let us know he read the profile ahead of time. His daily updates provided excellent information and great photos. We are so happy for what Chris did. We highly recommend him. We will always check his availability when we are going out of town.”

“Maeve took the extra step to go to our vets to drop off a sample when she thought Piper had a UTI. She was correct and then went back to pick up meds. Treated Piper like her own. Piper has anxiety and I felt very comfortable leaving her in Maeve's care”

“Annie was so wonderful with Sunny -- giving lots of love and keeping us up-to-date with photos and messages. It was our first time away from Sunny and Annie made it easy. Thank you!!!”

About: I’ve been pet-sitting since I was 16 years old. I have experience doing multiple overnight visits with both cats and dogs. I’m also confident handling energetic dogs on walks. I work from home and my schedule is very flexible, so I’m essentially available from Monday-Sunday. My neighborhood has a walking trail that leads into Stratton Brook Park so we can definitely go for some long walks if that’s what your dog requires. I’m a recent college graduate living at home with my parents. I work from home right now so my availability is pretty flexible. We have an unfenced yard but definitely big enough to roam around comfortably on an extended leash. I think on my profile it says no dogs allowed on furniture and beds, I don’t know how to change that but dogs are allowed on furniture in my house.
“God/Goddess thank you for Katie & her hubby too. Quilly was so so happy in the pictures and when I came home. Incredibly trustworthy and friendly lady (neighborly too! ) to care for pup.”

“Gianna is warm, friendly, competent and great with dogs. On short notice she was able to accommodate us and our needs for both dog and house sitting. She left the house in great shape, too. We are very pleased with her services and look forward to having her watch our dogs again!”
