“I don’t doubt that Thomas doesn’t absolutely bring a smile to Quilly’s face & that he dotes on her. My only feedback is that I would encourage more sitter initiated communication (using the Rover chat function or close to real time check in & out functions on the app, there’s a function where it lets me know she’s used the bathroom or got fed in the app report. I definitely panicked today because I wasn’t sure if Thomas had arrived and saw Quilly yet. He had been at my home for a bit but I wasn’t sure. I don’t have camera inside. )”

About: I have had dogs my whole life. My job has been to feed them, give them water, clean up after them, take them for walks, and give them medication. I also currently have a senior dog, so I have some experience with them! I have experience with small and big dogs alike. I am a college student who is home for the summer, so I have full availability. During the school year, I will work around my class schedule. Evenings and weekends will be free for sure. We have a fenced yard at home. Still, I watch my dogs just in case. In spring/summer I check for ticks every time they go out. When we go on walks, I am always diligent when we pass another dog. If my dogs aren't up for walks, especially my senior dog, we go out into the backyard and play fetch or run around.

“This is my first time using Rover or requesting dog sitting and I wasn’t sure if someone would care for not 2, but 3 little dogs for one day… especially my first dog who barks anlot and is reactive a lot to the point when I worry he may not like anyone except family. Well, color me surprised when Drake came to meet and great the day before the booking and my 1yr Chipin took a quick liking to him and the other two! Drake was very professional and kept me up to date on the dogs and didn’t hesitate to ask questions and reply in a timely manner . He respected not only me, but my dogs and home. He was very flexible if something came up on my end and I appreciate the photo updates of my dogs snuggling up with him because I knew they were taken well care for. Thank you again and I will definitely hire again!”

About: Dogs have been a part of my life since I was young. We had a dog growing up, and I've taken care of other people's dogs too. Many dogs seem to instinctively get a good reading of me and warm up to me quickly. Right now, I'm making a career switch and have a lot of open time. My work search activities schedule varies, so I can easily juggle taking care of your pets. Some people say that I'm a "dog magnet." It's not unusual for dogs, even unfamiliar ones, to instinctively be drawn to me. I also make sure to read any messages or printouts about care and routines so I can get a good idea of the How, What, and Where.

She stayed at our home for a week with our two high-energy dogs, and from the start, we felt completely comfortable leaving both our boys and our home in her care. Nataliia came by twice before our trip—once for an initial meet-and-greet and again to go over all the details. Her great disposition won our dogs over instantly, and her professionalism gave us peace of mind. While we were away, she kept in regular communication, sending us photos and even videos of our boys happily playing games with her. Those updates were such a highlight for us! When we returned, our home was exactly as we left it, and our dogs were happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for (we think they were wondering when she’d come back!). Having them at home and cared for made all the difference—it was wonderful to walk in the door and see them right away instead of picking them up elsewhere. Our first Rover experience with Nataliia was fantastic, and we will absolutely request her again. She gave us peace of mind and gave our dogs the love and attention they needed. Highly recommend!”
