“Adrienne was absolutely amazing. I have never had someone dog sit in my home before as I was never comfortable with it, but Adrienne I could tell was a trustworthy person from the start. I have one extremely hyper puppy and a senior who barely leaves her bed, and she did an amazing job watching both. She went above and beyond what I could of asked of her, and we will most definitely use her in the future.”
“Julia was super responsive and was really patient with my dog. My dog was really struggling at the beginning when she stopped over but she continued to update me and ensured he was feeling comfortable! She was also so flexible with what I needed. She was great! Would recommend!”

“Pros: Professional , flexible & timely My dog seemed to really enjoy cuddling with him. No cons: I’ll ask more next time for feedback how she was, what activities they did (play or walk?) etc.”

“Nina was great. She stayed at our house for the week with our two dogs and you could tell by the pics they loved being with her. When we got home music was playing and the bed was stripped and in laundry. Would highly recommend.”

About: I have had dogs my whole life. My job has been to feed them, give them water, clean up after them, take them for walks, and give them medication. I also currently have a senior dog, so I have some experience with them! I have experience with small and big dogs alike. I am a college student who is home for the summer, so I have full availability. During the school year, I will work around my class schedule. Evenings and weekends will be free for sure. We have a fenced yard at home. Still, I watch my dogs just in case. In spring/summer I check for ticks every time they go out. When we go on walks, I am always diligent when we pass another dog. If my dogs aren't up for walks, especially my senior dog, we go out into the backyard and play fetch or run around.
“Jared stayed over night with our dog Moose. He was very communicative, sent constant picture updates and was also very flexible on timing. He made sure Moose was well taken care of. We will definitely use Jared for any future needs for Moose.”

“Katie was absolutely lovely, and the pets got on with her really well. She sent through updates and photos, and made sure we felt comfortable (all on a holiday, too!) -- thank you Katie!”

“Where do I begin, Midori exceeded my expectations in every way! She is gentle and loving toward our pets, flexible and trustworthy. She kept me updated with pictures and daily activities. At the last minute my daughter dropped her cat over too and Midori took care of both animals with TLC!!! I will hire Midori again and again…she is wonderful and accommodating and I was so relaxed on vacation because of her care!!!”

“Hunter was really accommodating when we got sick while trying to schedule our meet & greet for a last minute trip. She did great with the dogs & allowed us a stress free weekend away!”

“Carol is simply the best sitter I’ve ever used! She is so caring, kind and accommodating and provides sweet updates for my girl. I know that Harper is in excellent hands with her and will be so well taken care of. She loves the dogs like her own and will be SO missed after her move!!! Thank you 🥰”

“This is my first time using Rover or requesting dog sitting and I wasn’t sure if someone would care for not 2, but 3 little dogs for one day… especially my first dog who barks anlot and is reactive a lot to the point when I worry he may not like anyone except family. Well, color me surprised when Drake came to meet and great the day before the booking and my 1yr Chipin took a quick liking to him and the other two! Drake was very professional and kept me up to date on the dogs and didn’t hesitate to ask questions and reply in a timely manner . He respected not only me, but my dogs and home. He was very flexible if something came up on my end and I appreciate the photo updates of my dogs snuggling up with him because I knew they were taken well care for. Thank you again and I will definitely hire again!”

“Elizabeth did a great job watching our two labs (one is a puppy!) at our home. She was very easy going and easy to work with. When we got home the dogs were happy and quite tired! I would definitely use Elizabeth again!”

About: I have raised dogs, cats, a turtle, and parakeets since I was the size of a puppy, and I’ve treasured every minute of the experience. I’m always looking for ways to improve the lives of all animals I share a space with, from brushing teeth and giving baths to hiking and basic training - plus plenty of scratches and love. I'm currently working part-time, with a ton of availability for you and your pet family! Nights, weekends, even potentially some holidays are all on the table. I am an attentive and caring pet owner, and an animal lover in general, and am happy to suit your loved one’s needs and tempo. I’ve been around many different animal personalities in my life, and am well adjusted to frequent walks and attention, as well as capable of handling minor first aid should the need arise.
“Zachary was so kind and conscientious of my older dog. Stayed a couple of nights and took great care of my home. Also, I came home to a calm dog and a clean home. He also gave me some great advice on end of life for my 17-year-old boy.”

“This was our very first time using Rover, and we truly struck gold with Nataliia! She stayed at our home for a week with our two high-energy dogs, and from the start, we felt completely comfortable leaving both our boys and our home in her care. Nataliia came by twice before our trip—once for an initial meet-and-greet and again to go over all the details. Her great disposition won our dogs over instantly, and her professionalism gave us peace of mind. While we were away, she kept in regular communication, sending us photos and even videos of our boys happily playing games with her. Those updates were such a highlight for us! When we returned, our home was exactly as we left it, and our dogs were happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for (we think they were wondering when she’d come back!). Having them at home and cared for made all the difference—it was wonderful to walk in the door and see them right away instead of picking them up elsewhere. Our first Rover experience with Nataliia was fantastic, and we will absolutely request her again. She gave us peace of mind and gave our dogs the love and attention they needed. Highly recommend!”

About: I had a childhood cat named Sophie since I was born. We grew up together and she was definitely the reason I knew I wanted to work with animals because I enjoyed helping them so much. I have experience in an extremely busy environment both at an ER and at a dog daycare. I loved working at the Vet and can’t wait to get back to it! I’m on a break from school and want to keep working with animals but give myself a small break from schoolwork and animals are the best mental health tool. I can’t wait to get to know your baby and create a safe, fun and loving environment for them. I am currently on a break from college until I go do my practicum experience at Penn vet hospital is philly. I’m not working during the days right now, I spend them with my cat and would enjoy having a fun baby to take a walk with or just play with! I have a long haired tuxedo cat named juliet. When i’m home from school we have a lot of fun during the day since my family works. She’s so sweet and never fails to make me laugh or to catch random zoomies mid nap. I feed her in the mornings and clean her litter box during the day.
About: I grew up with dogs and cats, and for the last 6.5 years, I’ve had the pleasure of raising my own fur child, Melli Rose. She’s a black lab (my favorite breed) and is the chillest girl to ever exist. She’s great with other animals. I recently got engaged and am looking to make a bit of money on the side to help pay for the wedding along with getting to meet new pets! I work on a hybrid schedule—3 days remote, 2 days in the office. When I’m remote, I take my dog on multiple walks a day and would love to have yours join! I firmly believe pets are royalty and deserve to be treated as such. Nothing I do could ever repay them for their unwavering loyalty and unconditional love, but I’ll spend the rest of my repaying them with my love and affection.
About: I’ve had dogs for most of my life and have been pet sitting on the side for over 2 and a half years now! I mostly do overnights, making sure dogs are well taken care of and attended to. I am currently pet sitting full time, so I will be available almost every day, at any given time! Whether that’s a drop in visit or an overnight stay! I try to spend as much time as much time as I have with your dog to make sure they have been let out to go to the bathroom and exercise if needed!
“Hector was absolutely fantastic with our cats and they liked him a lot. He was also very professional and friendly with us, sending us daily updates and pictures. We loved having him and already have him booked to watch our cats for our next trip.”

Collinsville pet parents share their Rover experiences
Jonathan is very friendly and responsive. He met the dogs ahead of time, and they took to him right away. Our three dogs are elderly, and two of them need a bit more care such as special diets and meds. This was completely fine with Jon. Upon coming back, we find our three old pups bright eyed and bushy tailed!! Very grateful to Jon for his help while we were away!

Midori is amazing! She really cares for animals in a sincere way. We were traveling for a week and she gave us daily updates with pictures, and even brought extra special treats from home. We came home and the animals were all well adjusted and happy, even our cat who is very anxious. I will most definitely be using Midori again!

We never left our pets overnight, let alone multiple nights. Both dogs are on medication, and one is diabetic. Hunter gave us consistent updates and photos, and it put my mind at ease after the first update. 100000/10 recommend Hunter, we will definitely be using her again!

I don’t doubt that Thomas doesn’t absolutely bring a smile to Quilly’s face & that he dotes on her. My only feedback is that I would encourage more sitter initiated communication (using the Rover chat function or close to real time check in & out functions on the app, there’s a function where it lets me know she’s used the bathroom or got fed in the app report. I definitely panicked today because I wasn’t sure if Thomas had arrived and saw Quilly yet. He had been at my home for a bit but I wasn’t sure. I don’t have camera inside. )
