About: I have been surrounded by animals since I was little, and not just family pets. While I grew up in a golden retriever family (on golden 4 now), I also currently have a cat, have had fish, guinea pigs, and bunnies. I don’t doubt that Thomas doesn’t absolutely bring a smile to Quilly’s face & that he dotes on her. My only feedback is that I would encourage more sitter initiated communication (using the Rover chat function or close to real time check in & out functions on the app, there’s a function where it lets me know she’s used the bathroom or got fed in the app report. I definitely panicked today because I wasn’t sure if Thomas had arrived and saw Quilly yet. He had been at my home for a bit but I wasn’t sure. I don’t have camera inside. )
