Pet care fits into my scheduyle as a non-negotiable daily routine that starts early to ensure your pet is fed, excercised and settled before I begin my day. I block 20-30 minutes each morning for a quick walk and play time. I have a trusted caregiver in the event of an emergency. Meet and greet introductions, emergency contacts, including veteranian and backup caregiver. My home is safe and secure from and toxic foods, I will provide gates if necessary, learn leash and harness preferences, feeding and medication schedules, routines, any protocols I need to be aware of for safety. Safe and happy place for your pup!

About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was 8 years old and got my very first dog. I love all types of dogs, I can even handle aggressive dogs with ease! I always love to spend my free time with animals. Any availability I have is used to to go towards my pets and hopefully yours! I never let animals I don't know very well be off leash outside without my supervision, it is dangerous to me to be careless like that. I never take it too fast and id love to scedule a meet and greet.
About: I've raised my own cat, Bug, age 2, since he was 2 months old, alongside my roommate's cat whom I've lived with for 4 years. I've also raised over 30 houseplants and have vast knowledge of a variety of plants and their needs. Additionally, I've been around the many animals in my family my whole life and have sat for relatives' cats and dogs of all sizes over the years. I'm currently in between jobs as I relocate from North Carolina to Connecticut and ultimately back to NYC, so I have a pretty open schedule! Happy to alter my plans around pet care and house sitting. I'm also a gigging musician so there are sporadic nights and weekends that may become unavailable, but I am largely looking to be a sitter while I'm in CT. Willing and able to care for indoor/outdoor pets, go on walks, make sure cats and dogs get plenty of play and pets as desired, give treats, clean and maintain home spaces, and whatever else you may need!
