I’ve taken care of multiple dogs since I was 14. I was a free-lance dog walker for my neighborhood so I’ve had plenty of experience with many kinds of dogs!

I don’t doubt that Thomas doesn’t absolutely bring a smile to Quilly’s face & that he dotes on her. My only feedback is that I would encourage more sitter initiated communication (using the Rover chat function or close to real time check in & out functions on the app, there’s a function where it lets me know she’s used the bathroom or got fed in the app report. I definitely panicked today because I wasn’t sure if Thomas had arrived and saw Quilly yet. He had been at my home for a bit but I wasn’t sure. I don’t have camera inside. )
Pros: Professional , flexible & timely My dog seemed to really enjoy cuddling with him. No cons: I’ll ask more next time for feedback how she was, what activities they did (play or walk?) etc.
Thomas was very responsive and helpful. Was able to provide quick updates and great care for Bella. I recommend his services!
