I received photos & an update within 30 minutes of dropping them off - & without having to check in myself - which I absolutely loved & appreciated. I then received updates all throughout the day which is exactly what I needed! She was VERY attentive to the dogs, asked about/followed their normal routine & updated me if she sensed anything was wrong or if the dogs seemed uncomfortable (one of them was exhibiting signs of an ear infection). My family was worried about leaving our pets with a 'stranger' but Valerie didnt feel like that to us. Her property was GORGEOUS! and had so much room for the puppies to run around and play.
