About: I work as a vet assistant at an emergency hospital, and have cared for dogs, cats, hamsters, Guinea pigs, mice, horses, and even zoo animals. I am comfortable handling a wide range of animals, and am currently planning on applying to veterinary school next fall. I work part time and work from home the rest of the time; I thus have lots of flexibility in my schedule. I don’t have set days that I usually work, but I update my schedule regularly in Rover. I’m usually up early because of my puppy, and I usually walk her twice a day. On the days that I’m not at the ER, I am home and thus can be out and about as much as needed to care for your pet. I offer drop in visits and walks for clients. I usually take dogs out for a walk so they can eliminate and get some fresh air, and I make sure they get plenty of water afterwards so they stay hydrated. I usually spend a bit of time playing and cuddling before I leave. I can give medications/food/treats as desired, and I am comfortable giving topical and oral medications as well as subcutaneous injectables.

About: Hi! I am a recent graduate looking to make some extra income. I love dogs and I have 2; a labradoodle named Jeter and a golden doodle named Lilo. They are both my loves! I want to help people with their dogs and play with them! I have watched a good amount of dogs in the past year for some family friends. I can do dog walking, drop ins, and over nights. I am good at following set directions, good with dogs, patient with animals who may be skiddish, and willing to learn whatever I need! I have a full time job but can check in or walk your pups morning and night and even mid day! I work about 8 hours a day but can check on them at least once in the middle of the day if needed I can’t take pets in my home as I have 2 roommates but in others homes, I am respectful of other houses and property. I understand it’s the dogs home and respect their boundaries while also making sure they have fun and are comfortable.

About: I have just recently moved to the VA beach area from PA where I worked as a groomer's assistant and sales associate for a Mom and Pop Pet Store since October 2001. I volunteered for many pet fairs, worked on farms and ranches and helped train abused dogs for the local animal shelter, fostered a lovely Pit Bull in 2009 who was saved from abuse. Lua happily was adopted within 3 months to a wonderful home on the outskirts of Philadelphia! My Mother was also a dog groomer and worked out of our house for 20 years, so I've constantly been around them my whole life. I also grew up with German Shepherds and Great Danes. Back in 2008 I adopted a Chihuahua that got dropped off at the Pet Store from a couple that saved her from being abused but they couldn't keep her, so I brought her home. Her and my German Shepherd became best friends and were the cutest things to see when they would go for walks! Work right near my home so I am pretty much always in the area! ***With enough notice I can request my schedule to be as attentive as possible to you and your dog's needs.*** Flexible and friendly! About: I've taken care of pets since I was young. I currently have a cat, turtle, and a bird, and have had multiple other family pets. I have trained my parent's dog since she was a puppy to perform assisted care for them. I used to work for a pet store for multiple years before I moved. I have a flexible schedule so I am home 90% of the week. I am a college student graduating in December and only have school 2 days a week. My sister has a dog in our apartment, but I have a patio and take her out regularly. I can take our pups together or solo and have a kennel and multiple gates if you would prefer them separated. We have a large living room space for playtime and/or reinforced training. We have multiple dog beds throughout the apartment and have many toys for them to play with.
