“Amy was very communicative and helped us out last minute to take Blue on a walk. We highly recommend and look forward to working with her again”

“I was extremely nervous about using rover my Koda is 70Ibs and absolutely insane in the best possible way. Tyler reassured and explained to me how everything was going to work. When tyler came to the door Koda was in protective mode, thankfully tyler didn’t get scared off instead he suggested a new approach to them meeting and once Koda sniffed him he immediately let tyler take the leash! He was amazing and I will definitely be scheduling with him again!”

“Brendan was wonderful with my dog and was great at communicating. I felt like my dog was in good hands and I would highly recommend him to anyone!”

About: I am very patient and understanding. I will work with you as much as I can. I have experience giving medications. I will update daily. I am free everyday. I can check in on them any time. I have 10+ years experience and references and reliable transportation. I can come to you if needed. I will make sure to tell the owners to give me a checklist of things that needs to be done and how to care for their pets.

About: I grew up with two dogs, one very shy and one very happy but scared of other dogs. Both sadly passed due to illnesses; therefore, I have experience in caring for sick pets. I have dog walked in the past with a variety of dog sizes and breeds. I am a graduate student (2 evening classes a week + workload) and work part-time (~10 hours weekly). Pet care will fit in around school and work, but I stay on top giving me free time to help out fellow pet parents. I have experience with an anxious dog and currently an anxious cat so I am able to create a safe and comfortable atmosphere. I like to allow the pet to get comfortable with me in their own way and time and only greet them in small bits (i.e., letting them sniff my hand a few times before petting). I am organized to ensure pets have what they need before I leave (whether my own cat or for client's pets).

About: Animals are my passion. Treating each and every fur baby like my own, you will not only be more than satisfied with my care, but your fur baby will be too. My name is Danielle and throughout the week I am strictly a pet walker/pop in and pop out sitter. The weekends is when the party starts! Saturday and Sunday I am available to walk multiple times a day, pet sit, and anything in between. After Pet safety, following your fur baby’s rules/schedule is my number one priority. Whether I am in my home or yours, your pet will be loved on, fed, and retuned back with wags!

“Krystyn’s been an absolutely awesome dog walker for my puppy! She’s reliable, patient, caring, and provides great updates/pictures. I always come home to a happy, calm dog on days Krystyn walks Violet. Definitely will continue to book and would highly recommend!”

About: I have a genuine love for animals- I have two cats, who feel like my children, and I grew up with dogs, a snake, and bearded dragons. I'd love to walk, bathe, play with and care for your pet, and am happy to stay at your house to watch them while you're away. I have no problem doing what's asked of me to meet your pet’s needs! My day job currently makes me unavailable from 9-5:30 Monday through Friday. However, outside of those times, I am happy to drop in and care for your pets! Downtown Norfolk area is especially convenient for me. I will keep an attentive eye on your pet at all times. I will also pay special attention to any instructions given to me to ensure the safety of your pet, like keeping them inside or in a certain part of the house.

About: I grew up with a dog and cat so I have plenty of experience with taking care of both kinds of pets! Right now I have an adult cat at home who is kind and friendly to humans and other animals! I’m free on weekdays after 4pm and all day on weekends. Monday - Friday: 4pm -10pm, Saturday - Sunday: 8am - 11pm. Can customize hours if needed. I keep the spaces of my care as clean as how I found them, double-checking any water dishes, food dishes, toys, and litter boxes for any sign of filth. Anything abnormal will be treated and updated with the owner.

“Julia has been so communicative! She is detailed in her notes and really takes care of my puppy!! 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a reliable dog walker!”

About: I have loved dogs since I was a toddler! My first dog was a golden retriever mix and later I grew up with Yorkies and other small to medium-sized breeds. I currently have one fur-baby (Adonis) and he is a social butterfly! I believe our four-legged companions are family, which is why I'm dedicated to treating them with care and respect so they know they are loved. Adonis has his bedroom (The Doggie Suite) and would love to share his space with happy friends to play with! Working remotely from home allows me to accommodate our fitness goals. Adonis walks at least twice a day (morning and evening) and runs around in the yard in between. We enjoy exploring new and larger spaces throughout Hampton Roads such as various parks, beaches, and other safe & clean areas that promote healthy living. Most of our longer, more adventurous walks take place on the weekends. Due to my current full-time occupation, I am working in the office once per week on Thursdays only. If you need a visit through the week, Thursdays are the only days I am not physically home for most of the day (8am-6pm). I work remote all other weekdays and I am off on weekends. We have a fenced-in backyard for playtime or potty breaks. I can accommodate any specific routines regarding meals or medication that your loved ones need. Even though we do love music & movement, we keep the volume at a peaceful level and live in a non-smoking atmosphere. Whether your pal enjoys having their own space with quiet time or lots of cuddles with belly rubs, we have just the place they need. We hope you will allow your fur-baby (or fur-babies) to visit us for a relaxation session or an active adventure!

“Aaron was great! He was very kind, calm, respectful, and sweet. He asked me thoughtful questions about my dog on the initial meet and had a very laid-back and calm demeanor. He was very prompt and gave a great report after walking with my dog. He was available on short notice and really helped me out. I would use Aaron again and would recommend him as a potential dog walker.”

“As always, Ryan is incredibly accommodating and always takes such great care of Nelson. Always prompt, responsive, and communicates frequently when he’s caring for Nelson. Thanks again!”

“Carmela seems like such a sweetheart and good Ruth my boys. She’s punctual and very alert and responsiveness. Will definitely use Carmela over and over again.”

“Kept me in the loop with how Teela did on her walk and her potty breaks.”

“Karyn is an amazing dog caregiver! She is very kind, loving, and careful with my senior dog. She is trustworthy and I am very comfortable leaving my precious pup in her hands. She is attentive to his special needs including medications (pills and eye drops), limited, slow walks & stroller use as needed due to his older age. She graciously handles all his needs & is a true dog lover . She even made some suggestions to help me a better mother to him. Very intuitive caretaker !!! 5. Julie M.
“Julie has lived with both dogs and cats growing up for over 20 years. For several years there were 2 dogs and 2 cats in our household of 5 humans. Julie helped out with dog walks, feeding all animals and accompanying me to the vet on numerous occasions. Julie has had her own cat (Rin) for over 18 months and has been solely responsible for her care and feeding. Julie is a very responsible person and loves taking care of and being around pets.”

9. Jacqueline R.
“Jacqueline (aka Lina) is the pet equivalent of a servant leader. Not only does she have professional experience as a dedicated military service member, but she is also a trusted animal caretaker among friends and family. Her own cat lives like a king, and frankly I'm jealous of any pet in her care. She works in a community which relies heavily on animal care for fur babies, and I know any pet in her care has received nothing but pure love, strict adherence to schedule and regiment, and maybe even a little worship.”
