About: I have one small 3 legged rescue and just adopted another rescue September 2025 who is recovering from being hit by a car. Both are chihuahua s Prior to moving to Virginia I fostered both cats and dogs. I was known as a foster failure since I adopted many of my fosters and at one time I had 8 dogs. About: I’ve taken care of my dog and my aunt’s dog since I was nine. I’m twenty now and both of my fur babies are still kicking, barking, and happy. I’ve always loved animals, even helping to rescue some when I was little such as these two baby ducks and other little birdies and frogs too. In school, my teacher had a pet chameleon and turtle and I always was excited to help feed them. I actually started majoring in Biology at first in college to be a veterinarian or zoologist. I am a college student as mentioned before but I have all online classes this upcoming Fall semester and I live on campus but can be at home when needed for boarding. I live in Suffolk, Virginia and do my boarding and doggy daycare there. My location says Norfolk but that’s only for house sits and drop ins and walking. I go to Old Dominion University so I can take business there in nearby area that is within 60 minutes of walking distance as I do not have a car or drive and rely on family and my boyfriend and friends for transportation. I do rely on my mother, brother or friends for transportation but they are willing to help and be available as needed. Please give me a chance and you won’t regret it. :) I make sure the pets first get to know me, smell me, and recognize me to be comfortable with me. Then, I interact with them more by playing with them and giving them rubs and cuddles so they can feel more connected and comfortable. Then, definitely make sure they eat and drink the right food for their health and nourishment. Then, walk them so they can do their business and get exercise and always make sure they have a leash on. Next, make sure they are groomed and cleaned well and freshen up from the outdoors. Then spend more time with them until our fun is over and they are returned with their beloved owners. I will have a whole day well planned and you and your fur babies will appreciate it. :)

About: I have always grown up around animals, I love them all cats, dogs, birds, lizards, you name it! I have been pet sitting and walking since I was 13. Since then I have learned cpr for dogs and cats along with administering medication if necessary. I believe that communication is key! I have dog walked in the past with a variety of dog sizes and breeds. I am a resident in counseling which is my primary job. About: I’ve had pets my entire life and have always loved animals of all kinds. My experience includes caring for cats and dogs, and I grew up with other animals such as hamsters and tortoises, giving me a well-rounded understanding of different pets’ needs, personalities, and routines. About: Due to frequently moving around for my moms job, I wasn't able to have a pup to myself, however that never stopped my from caring for others. Where ever we called home, I became the go-to pet sitter in my community. In the beginning I advertised myself to my moms coworkers and before I knew it, people already new my name and would refer me to others. I was only allowed to care for these fur babies on school breaks during my primary years and I still do so now when I visit my mom overseas. In the past I have done boarding, drop-ins as well as walks. Walks: I usually walk dogs about 3-4 times a day. At wake up usually around 8am around human lunch time (noon) another about 4 or 5pm and another before bed 10/11. My walks usually span from 15-45 minutes. Lunch walks are on the shorter side as well during peak heat hours. Longer walks are morning and afternoon/night times as I have more time to dedicate and its usually cooler. If your doggie needs more or less walks/time outside I am happy to accommodate. Attention: I am more than happy to accommodate to your pups personality and regular home life. If your doggo loves cuddles and kisses I am free for all the above but if that is not their style let me know and can provide space for alone time (or parallel laying lol). I allow pets on my bed but if this will interfere with their learning and home training, let me know these limitations. Playtime: I usually play with pups when they show signs that they will like to play. Whether they have the zoomies and we round around or if we are playing tug-a-war. If you have a more active dog, I will accommodate with more activities and longer walks. If they enjoy running I can also comply as I am trying to get better at running. If your dog has a preference for dog parks, let me know so I can accommodate as well. Being a college student, I am flexible when it comes to a pups needs. I work a part-time job as well as attend classes but, I live a block away from both so quickly getting home or to my car is not a problem. I am a pretty active person as I like to walk and experience nature to its fullest. I know some nice spots to walk and stretch your doggos legs. I also know how to get comfortable and cuddle :) For this fall semester I have classes during the day and have a part-time job during the evening (3-4h) but I am able to work a proper, caring schedule to care for you babies. Emergencies: PLEASE provide me your dogs medical records as well as your vets number and location. This is for emergencies only and I will contact you first if anything arises.
About: I am in the military and am unable to have a pet of my own that lives with me full time, unfortunately. But I would love to be able to care for yours while you are away! I am currently on medical leave from the military (nothing physically prohibiting), so my schedule is almost completely open to accommodate your fur babies. About: I took care of my neighbor dog before and I love it and I love small dogs and I love to take dogs for a walk in the morning. We all can get out exercise and soak up some sun. I'm not working right now so I have plenty of time to walk the dog for a couple of hours of the morning that will be fine I don't have any dogs of my own right now because of where I live but I enjoy being around dogs because they make me happy. Certain cases, when communicated, I can adjust my schedule/time! ☺️ I will always follow house rules when coming to new/returning homes. I will spend the entirety of the drop in, with your baby. I want to make sure they are getting my full attention. If other tasks are needed, I will attend to them afterwards.
About: Hi there, I've had dogs growing up, from small indoor princess types of sweethearts to larger, outdoor pups that take care of the home and property. I've taken care of pets in my home and have gone to house/pet sit while pup parents are on vacation. I pride in caring for your pup as my own because I know what it's like to have to leave them behind. Rest assured you will receive many updates. I am available to meet you and your pet before booking a visit so we can all get time together. I lpve walks and belly rubs or petting cats and just spending time with them at home or on the go. About: I walk dogs for my local animal shelters frequently and i have raised and trained all of my dogs (i had 4) form when they where puppies so adults. I am a college student in my senior year, so my schedule is fairly flexible. However, my best availability is on the weekends and fridays. I have so much respect and love for animals, and I understand that they are family and someone’s babies. I’m happy to follow your pet’s routine and do whatever they need to feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

About: 👋Hi everybody! My name is Madison and I can’t wait to meet your fur babies! I am a current Masters student at EVMS studying surgical assisting. I am unable to work full time due to the rigor of the program so I love watching pets as a part time job. 🏡 I currently live in an apartment in downtown Norfolk with my boyfriend of 8 years, Grant. Grant helps out with potty breaks and walks if I am ever not home. We are both students and have internships so if your pet needs someone with them at all times, we unfortunately can only provide this on the weekends. 🐶I have experience with senior & adult dogs, cats, administering medications & puppies! I also volunteer at the Norfolk Animal Care Center in my free time to help out the shelter animals and be involved in my local community. We have no pets in our apartment currently. 🐱If chosen to care for your pets I will treat them with the love and respect that I would give my own pet. My class schedule is very flexible so I am able to offer frequent potty breaks and walks as needed! About: I have five years of pet-sitting and house-sitting experience as a form of income, but I have been a pet owner and lover of animals for my entire life! Friends, neighbors, and colleagues have hired me by word of mouth, so pleased with the level of care I provide to their home and/or fur-baby. I currently work full-time, Mon-Fri with late afternoon (starting at 3pm) and full weekend availability. I have two cats that I love and care for with all my heart. While I make coffee, I obey their need for a morning treat and roll up the window blinds so they can watch the birds as the sun rises. Our morning routine. I go to work, come home, and give them all of my attention. I care for my clients’ pets in their preferred way, with whatever is relayed to me. Then I always add a little extra love and care. I make sure to know any allergies, places or animals to avoid on walks, and preferred discipline strategies. When I am house-sitting, I follow the instructions handed to me while being sure to make it seem as though I was never there upon my departure. Clean, cozy, and better than when you left it.

Michelle returns your calls quickly if you have any questions and as a bonus she sends you lots of photos of your baby while you are gone. With Michelle you get personal care that feels the same as home unlike a boarding facility that has your babies in a 5 x 7 area with 2 potty breaks (that may be okay for a one night stay but not for a one week stay). Ryu will be returning to Michelle in the near future.”
