About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience working in animal shelters, dog daycare centers, and boarding facilities. Caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life, and I truly enjoy getting to know each pet's unique personality and needs. After recently losing my beloved dogs, I realized I wasn't quite ready for another long-term commitment, but I deeply missed having dogs around. Rover has given me the perfect opportunity to open my home and heart to dogs while helping other pet parents feel confident their pets are in good hands. I'm a stay-at-home mom, which means your dog will have plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. We have a large fenced-in yard for safe outdoor play and exercise. I also have two cats who grew up with dogs and are comfortable sharing their space, as well as two young children who have been around dogs their entire lives and know how to interact respectfully with them. For the comfort and safety of every pet in my care, I only accept dogs from one household at a time. This allows me to provide individualized attention and create a calm, stress-free environment during their stay. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I will care for your dog as if they were my own. I look forward to meeting you and your pup! As a stay-at-home mom, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide attentive care throughout the day. My mornings typically begin with feeding pets, potty breaks, walks, or playtime before my family's daily activities start. Because I am home most of the day, pets receive frequent attention, supervision, and companionship rather than being left alone for long periods. Throughout the day, I can accommodate additional potty breaks, outdoor time in our fenced yard, feeding schedules, medication administration if needed, and plenty of affection and enrichment. In the evenings, pets are included in our family's relaxed routine, with more playtime, walks, and cuddles before bedtime. For boarding and daycare, dogs are rarely left unattended, and I only accept pets from one household at a time to ensure each pet receives personalized care and attention. I care for every pet as if they were my own, taking the time to learn their routine, preferences, and personality. I understand that being away from their family can be stressful, so I strive to provide a calm, safe, and loving environment where pets feel comfortable and secure. For dogs, I provide regular potty breaks, exercise, playtime, enrichment activities, and plenty of affection. Dogs have access to our large fenced yard for supervised outdoor time, and because I am home throughout the day, they receive consistent attention and companionship. I only care for dogs from one household at a time, which allows me to focus on their individual needs and maintain a low-stress environment. For cats, I ensure they have fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and attention at their comfort level. About: Hi! I've been lucky to have had dogs in my life for over 20 years, and I can't imagine life without them. I am currently doing a longterm foster for a military family and can only accept dogs that do well with a large dog. I don't have a fenced yard, but I make up for it with plenty of walks around the neighborhood and fun trips to the park or the beach. At home, I've got lots of cozy spots for your furry friend to curl up, plus belly rubs and snuggles on demand. I'll treat your dog like my own and keep you updated with lots of photos and notes so you can relax while you're away. I work from home most of the week, which means plenty of time for cuddle breaks and attention throughout the day. I'm happy to take dogs on multiple walks and give them lots of love between work tasks. I don't have a fenced yard, but I live in a walkable neighborhood and love taking dogs out for regular walks. Pets are always welcome on the furniture, and they'll have free range of the house while I am at home. For everyone's comfort and safety, a meet and greet is required before confirming a reservation.

About: I have one small 3 legged rescue and just adopted another rescue September 2025 who is recovering from being hit by a car. Both are chihuahua s Prior to moving to Virginia I fostered both cats and dogs. I was known as a foster failure since I adopted many of my fosters and at one time I had 8 dogs. I love all animal but have a special place in my heart for dogs. I am retired and have lots of time on my hands and would love to spend some time with your dog when you are not able to. I will treat them as if they were mine9. I have two small dog that does fine with other dogs. My yard is fenced and secure. I believe dogs belong in the house since they are part of the family.

About: I love dogs all sizes and ages! My family has a pitbull named Emma who is 4 years old! Unfortunately, I do not spend much time with her since I live 3 hours away. I am loving, caring, trustworthy, and responsible! Your pet is free to roam around the house with me! About: Hi! I've been operating on Rover for about 5 years now! I've had dogs for as long as I can remember and love being around them. I have experience with all sizes of dogs from Papillons to German Shepards. I am accepting of all breeds, sizes and ages. I've had several dogs with allergies and other health issues, so I am experienced in giving medications, applying any topicals, and noticing any developing symptoms. I also have lots of experience with cats and even have one of my own with medical issues, so I would love to do drop ins for your feline friends! I am currently a student at Eastern Virginia Medical School and am in my last year so my schedule can be somewhat variable. However for the next few months I will be available for mid-day walks/cat visits! I have a 7 year old Pit Bull Terrier that absolutely loves all other animals and can adjust his play style according to other dogs sizes. I also have a small fenced in outdoor patio where your dogs can relax outside with some sun in between walks. I live alone so there won't be too much stimulation from others, and there's plenty of space for your pup to take some time to their selves if needed.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and guinea pigs and bunnies all my life. I treat every single animal as if it were my own and take pride in the small achievements they help provide as well as the experience they help make I currently work early morning so I’ll have time to play with them and show them love. As well as take them potty as needed. I can easily crate your dog if need be I have a small apartment but lots of areas to move around. I also house bunnies.

About: I’ve had dogs since I was younger and I love training and teaching them new tricks. I am willing to distribute medications to your family members if needed. I will also be sicking to the schedule you have for your dogs. I work from home so I’m basically home 24/7. I have a fenced in backyard, that I enjoy sitting on the back deck while my dog plays. About: My name is Molly! I lived on a farm for 6 years and raised Australian shepherds so I have a lot of experience with dogs. My family adopted my first dog named Shiloh when I was 7 and she was a beagle mix. We lost her when she was 15, but she lived a long, happy, and healthy life. I have a lot of experience with my own dogs as well as dog sitting for others. I am currently a Physician Assistant Student so I will be in class for a few hours per day, but otherwise I am mostly at home. I have a small chihuahua/Pomeranian mix that is 5 years old. Her name is Luna and she is one of the sweetest dogs I have met (maybe slightly biased, but she really is so sweet ;)). She loves to play with dogs of all sizes (she grew up with labs and Australian shepherds). Dogs must be friendly with other dogs and be potty trained. We typically go out for a walk/potty break every 3-4 hours, but can go out more/less if needed. -raised, trained, and bred Australian shepherds -cared for diabetic dog requiring insulin injections -cared for handicapped pug that has seizures and requires several medications throughout the day -have done house sitting / dog sitting with many different breeds: pit Bull, German shepherd puppy, boxer, vizsla mix, plott hound, husky, beagle, Maltese, and more! Dogs are my life and they bring me so much joy. I don’t know what I would do without my furry best friends <3 In school, but home most of the day. Never gone for more than 4 hours at the most. Home all weekend. Potty breaks/walks every 4 hours at most I live in a safe neighborhood. My apartment is very spacious and safe. My dog has beds all over the house and plenty of toys to share. She sleeps with me in my king sized bed or in her bed.
