About: Greetings/Bon Jour! Let me welcome your small pooches (25 lbs or less) to my home for pamper and play while you are away. I have a natural love and affinity for dogs and have owned and cared for them from childhood. I understand what it means to have peace of mind knowing your dog is well cared for and having fun while you are traveling. I recently lost my beloved dog and now I am ready to turn that grief into loving and caring for other little fur babies. Why I love dog sitting? They bring immense joy and happiness to my life. About my yard I have a small yard and common area. There are plenty of walking paths along the bay in front of my house and I walk my doggie guests regularly. I do not leave them out doors unattended or unleashed. My experience administering medication No injectable medication. I am retired and home on a daily basis so your baby will get all the attention they need.We can do as much or as little as they require. Please make all requests for pet bookings prior to 9pm at night. All requests after 9pm will be responded to the next morning. Your baby will get up with me get their breakfast, take walks and cuddle and play with me during the day. I live in a beautiful historical walking district by the river that is a dog friendly community. We will walk to cafes and see other pet parents out and about.

About: I've had dogs for as long as I can remember and love being around them. I have experience with all sizes of dogs from Papillons to German Shepards. I am accepting of all breeds, sizes and ages. I've had several dogs with allergies and other health issues, so I am experienced in giving medications, applying any topicals, and noticing any developing symptoms. I also have lots of experience with cats and even have one of my own with medical issues, so I would love to do drop ins for your feline friends! I am currently a student at Eastern Virginia Medical School and am doing rotations, so I am mostly only available for Cat visits with semi flexible drop-in schedules, but still feel free to shoot me a message anyway to check on my schedule! I have a 7 year old Pit Bull Terrier that absolutely loves all other animals and can adjust his play style according to other dogs sizes. I also have a small fenced in outdoor patio where your dogs can relax outside with some sun in between walks. I live alone so there won't be too much stimulation from others, and there's plenty of space for your pup to take some time to their selves if needed.

“You can tell she loves dogs. Autumn cared for our pup with love and understanding, and made sure she got her walks and play time in. Riley was tuckered out on the way home and looked like she wanted to go back for more day care! We will definitely be booking with Autumn again. Thank you!”

About: Animals have always been a constant part of my life. I grew up in a home where there were always dogs and cats around, caring for them wasn’t just a responsibility, it was part of daily life. Over the years, I have personally raised and cared for three dogs of my own, each with different personalities and needs, which taught me patience, structure, and how to connect with animals on an individual level. Most recently, I adopted another dog into the family, adding even more joy and playful to the house. From energetic puppies to gentle seniors, I have experienced it all training, playtime, feeding routines, crate care, walks, and of course, lots of cuddles. Whether your pet is shy or social, active or relaxed, we understand how to make them feel safe, loved, and at home. I have a partner who has been pet sitting for her friends and co-workers last 4 years. I work at shipyard, but my work is pretty flexible that I can check out our dogs or any other pet frequently to make sure they receive enough attention love and most importantly care. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. In my home, I provide a calm and secure environment where dogs can relax and be themselves. I have a fully fenced big yard for safe outdoor play, and I supervise all interactions to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. I follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible — from feeding schedules to crate preferences and bedtime habits — so they feel right at home. I never use harsh corrections; instead, I rely on positive reinforcement, patience, and gentle guidance. I also keep my home clean, pet-proofed, and free of anything unsafe. Whether your dog is playful, shy, or somewhere in between, we make sure they always feel safe, respect. I will keep sending regular updates and pictures or videos so you can relax knowing your pet is in good hands

I have a lot of experience with my own dogs as well as dog sitting for others. I am currently a Physician Assistant Student so I will be in class for a few hours per day, but otherwise I am mostly at home. I have a small chihuahua/Pomeranian mix that is 5 years old. Her name is Luna and she is one of the sweetest dogs I have met (maybe slightly biased, but she really is so sweet ;)). She loves to play with dogs of all sizes (she grew up with labs and Australian shepherds). Dogs must be friendly with other dogs and be potty trained. We typically go out for a walk/potty break every 3-4 hours, but can go out more/less if needed. -raised, trained, and bred Australian shepherds -cared for diabetic dog requiring insulin injections -cared for handicapped pug that has seizures and requires several medications throughout the day -have done house sitting / dog sitting with many different breeds: pit Bull, German shepherd puppy, boxer, vizsla mix, plott hound, husky, beagle, Maltese, and more! I will care for your pet like they are my own! I am also CPR and first aid certified! I look forward to meeting your furry, scaly or feathering friends! Currently I do work full time as a pet stylist. If your pet is used to you being away for an 8 hour shift of work I am the sitter for you!
