About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience working in animal shelters, dog daycare centers, and boarding facilities. Caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life, and I truly enjoy getting to know each pet's unique personality and needs. After recently losing my beloved dogs, I realized I wasn't quite ready for another long-term commitment, but I deeply missed having dogs around. Rover has given me the perfect opportunity to open my home and heart to dogs while helping other pet parents feel confident their pets are in good hands. I'm a stay-at-home mom, which means your dog will have plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. We have a large fenced-in yard for safe outdoor play and exercise. I also have two cats who grew up with dogs and are comfortable sharing their space, as well as two young children who have been around dogs their entire lives and know how to interact respectfully with them. For the comfort and safety of every pet in my care, I only accept dogs from one household at a time. This allows me to provide individualized attention and create a calm, stress-free environment during their stay. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I will care for your dog as if they were my own. I look forward to meeting you and your pup! As a stay-at-home mom, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide attentive care throughout the day. My mornings typically begin with feeding pets, potty breaks, walks, or playtime before my family's daily activities start. Because I am home most of the day, pets receive frequent attention, supervision, and companionship rather than being left alone for long periods. Throughout the day, I can accommodate additional potty breaks, outdoor time in our fenced yard, feeding schedules, medication administration if needed, and plenty of affection and enrichment. In the evenings, pets are included in our family's relaxed routine, with more playtime, walks, and cuddles before bedtime. For boarding and daycare, dogs are rarely left unattended, and I only accept pets from one household at a time to ensure each pet receives personalized care and attention. I care for every pet as if they were my own, taking the time to learn their routine, preferences, and personality. I understand that being away from their family can be stressful, so I strive to provide a calm, safe, and loving environment where pets feel comfortable and secure. For dogs, I provide regular potty breaks, exercise, playtime, enrichment activities, and plenty of affection. Dogs have access to our large fenced yard for supervised outdoor time, and because I am home throughout the day, they receive consistent attention and companionship. I only care for dogs from one household at a time, which allows me to focus on their individual needs and maintain a low-stress environment. For cats, I ensure they have fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and attention at their comfort level. Whether your cat enjoys playtime, cuddles, or simply having a quiet and reliable caretaker, I respect their personality and routine. I am also comfortable following special instructions, administering medications when needed, and providing regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away.

About: I have multiple years of experience babysitting and pet sitting. I also have a few friends with pets that I help take care of as well. My schedule is pretty flexible during the week since I work from home. I am available during the week and occasionally on the weekends as well. Please don’t hesitate to reach out even if the date is blocked off. I definitely try my best to make it work schedule wise. I live in an apartment complex but there are various nearby parks and open spaces that are pet friendly. There's also a lot of walking space around the complex. I take care of my grandpa currently and he would love to have company of a four legged friend. 🥰

I’ve spent my entire life around animals, and for over 30 years (beginning as a volunteer at age 14 with my local wildlife museum), I’ve worked hands-on with animals in a variety of settings. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do—it’s something I truly love and feel deeply connected to. Every pet has their own personality, routines, and little quirks, and taking the time to understand what makes each one feel safe, comfortable, and happy is what makes me an exceptional pet sitter. Whether it’s keeping up with your furry family member's familiar routines (such as going for walks, play, and mealtimes) or simply offering calm companionship in whatever form that takes, I cater to each pet individually so they feel as at ease as possible while you’re away. My background in nursing makes me comfortable administering most medications—including pills, injections, and specialized treatments—with confidence and ease. I always follow your care instructions and often take pictures or videos at our meet-and-greet to refer back to later as well. (I can also do more than one meet-and-greet if necessary for an additional cost based on time and driving distance.) In addition to practical care, I bring a grounded, gentle presence and am certified in animal Reiki, which can be especially comforting for anxious or high-energy pets. I also treat your home with the same respect and care I give your pet so that you can return to a calm, tidy space and a happy companion. I currently have a very flexible schedule that can be adapted to a variety of needs, including caring for birds, rodents, reptiles, and more, ensuring I can meet your pet's unique needs. I am not currently working outside the home, apart from Rover, and do not accept other jobs while I am caring for your pet (s). About: About Me I have a deep love for animals and years of experience caring for them. After losing our family dog of 15 years, I spent two years fostering pets. While I’ve chosen not to commit to a permanent pet due to future retirement plans, I still enjoy providing a loving and safe environment for animals through short-term fostering and pet sitting. I also care for my son’s dog on weekends, so I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member. I work from home a few days a week and on the days I'm in my office, if I should have your pet I will arrange to work from home if given enough notice. I work from home Wed - Friday and of course, on weekends I'm home. I have a fenced-in backyard with a dog door that can be opened or closed. I do have my sweet grandpup (who was a foster) a couple of times a week and is used to all dogs and cats. We go to Woodstock Dog Park, so she has others to play with. I have one large crate and one med crate. I only crate if I'm out running errands and if your pet needs to be crated for safety and security reasons. Our family dog loved to lie in his crate while we were gone or he was napping with the door open, so I know that some pets feel safer with an open door crate. I will discuss with you and your preferences. My grandpup does not use a crate anymore at anytime but she is now three.

About: I love dogs of all sizes and ages! My family recently lost our pitbull, Emma, who was 7 years old, so my mom has temporarily kidnapped my Chihuahua so the house doesn't feel so lonely. Now my house feels a little too quiet without her around. I am loving, caring, trustworthy, and responsible! Your pet is free to roam around the house with me, and I'll make sure they feel comfortable and at home. I enjoy taking dogs on walks, to dog parks, on car rides, to the beach, and anywhere they can have fun and enjoy themselves (with your permission, of course). I like to keep dog parents updated with pictures & texts throughout their pet's stay. I understand that every dog has their own personality and unique needs, and I am committed to giving them the very best care while providing you with peace of mind. I will make sure your pet feels welcomed, loved, and right at home here! I work from home, so I'll be with your doggie for most of the day. The only time they'll be home alone is when I run errands. I care for pets in a safe, loving home with a fenced yard where they can play and get fresh air. They are treated like my own. I follow their normal routines, including feeding, walks, and playtime. I also send regular updates with photos and messages.

I will care for yours the exact same as I would my own. Being someone you can trust with your family member while you are at work or away from home is my goal. I have fostered for a trusted animal rescue and screened for potential adopters as well! I work from home so I will have plenty of time to go on walks, play and let them out for potty breaks. I make sure your pup stays on their “at home” schedule to keep them comfy and relaxed during their stay. I have a fenced in yard and a clean home with nothing laying around on the floors. Your baby will have their own space (with or without crate) and will be cared for like they are my own.

About: Hi! I've been operating on Rover for about 5 years now! I've had dogs for as long as I can remember and love being around them. I have experience with all sizes of dogs from Papillons to German Shepards. I am accepting of all breeds, sizes and ages. I've had several dogs with allergies and other health issues, so I am experienced in giving medications, applying any topicals, and noticing any developing symptoms. I also have lots of experience with cats and even have one of my own with medical issues, so I would love to do drop ins for your feline friends! I am currently a student at Eastern Virginia Medical School and am in my last year so my schedule can be somewhat variable. However for the next few months I will be available for mid-day walks/cat visits! I have a 7 year old Pit Bull Terrier that absolutely loves all other animals and can adjust his play style according to other dogs sizes. I also have a small fenced in outdoor patio where your dogs can relax outside with some sun in between walks. I live alone so there won't be too much stimulation from others, and there's plenty of space for your pup to take some time to their selves if needed.
