About: Hello! I come to Rover with over 40 years of experience caring for pets of all kinds. I’ve spent my entire life around animals, and for over 30 years (beginning as a volunteer at age 14 with my local wildlife museum), I’ve worked hands-on with animals in a variety of settings. Caring for animals isn’t just something I do—it’s something I truly love and feel deeply connected to. Every pet has their own personality, routines, and little quirks, and taking the time to understand what makes each one feel safe, comfortable, and happy is what makes me an exceptional pet sitter. Whether it’s keeping up with your furry family member's familiar routines (such as going for walks, play, and mealtimes) or simply offering calm companionship in whatever form that takes, I cater to each pet individually so they feel as at ease as possible while you’re away. I always follow your care instructions and often take pictures or videos at our meet-and-greet to refer back to later as well. I also treat your home with the same respect and care I give your pet so that you can return to a calm, tidy space and a happy companion. I currently have a very flexible schedule that can be adapted to a variety of needs, including caring for birds, rodents, reptiles, and more, ensuring I can meet your pet's unique needs. I am not currently working outside the home, apart from Rover, and do not accept other jobs while I am caring for your pet (s). When you book me as your sitter I can guarantee that your pet will have my undivided attention the whole stay. Earning your pets trust and ensuring they are always safe, (both inside the home and outside on walls, etc.), is my top priority as a pet sitter. I follow the rules you put into place for their care and will always contact you should there be any concerns. (Thankfully there rarely are!)

About: I've taken care of my family dog, my sister's dogs and friend's dogs for over 15 years. They relied me to walk, feed, play, bathe, take them to vaccination appointments & spa appointments. I also have experience walking large dogs in local animal shelters. I am a mom of a toddler boy and I work from home most days and I am able to take walks every 3-4 hours. I have a big fully fenced yard for dogs to play. have a large living room where the dogs have plenty of space to hang out inside the house.

About: Hi there! My name is Allyson, I am 49 and I have had dogs my entire life. They are truly special, each with their own unique personalities! I have owned small dogs, large dogs, energetic dogs, and the not so energetic ones! I currently have a 1 English/French Bulldog, 1 French Bulldog and a Siberian Husky. The Siberian Husky has attended puppy boot camp so can assist with training if needed. I will treat your babies with all the love and respect they deserve in a loving home while you are away. I work from home Monday - Friday so I have plenty of time to love and play with and take care of your fur babies! I live in a nice home with a fenced in yard, with 3 energetic friendly dogs who love to play. River is 3, Lily is 2 and Zeus is 1 and they all love others dogs and also get along with our indoor cat Sebastian! I work from home so I will have plenty of time to take care of your pups whether that means cuddling, playing, or going for a walk outside! I have a fenced yard and 3 friendly pups to keep your baby company. I can also crate your pup if needed as we have 2 large crates and a small crate available!

About: I was fortunate enough to grow up in a household with many different kinds of pets. At the age of 12 I began to take on more responsibility over my pets, such as taking them on walks and feeding them. In college, my boyfriend (now husband) and I decided to get our own dog and she has been the best decision ever. We have been dog walking, pet sitting/boarding, and grooming for quite a few years. I can 100% guarantee that if there’s an animal nearby you can bet I’m petting and playing with it. We will treat your fur baby like our own. Animals truly are our passion and we hope to one day open up a pet day care/hotel. My husband and I have pretty flexible schedules in which one of us is usually home. He has the ability to work from home. I am currently a nursing student and have classes 2x per week and the rest of the days I am free. A typical day in our home usually begins around 7am, we’ll let the dogs out to the bathroom and take them on a 30 min- 1 hour walk. We come back home and feed everybody. We pretty much let them play around the house with tons of options for toys and bones. In the afternoon we head to the dog park in our neighborhood and play for 1-2 hours. We come back home and then around dinner time they are fed again, let out one last time and start to wind down for the night (at this point they’re tired and ready for bed) We are very good about making sure to stay in contact with our clients on a daily basis with picture updates. We also understand that each pet has their own individual needs and we do everything to cater to them and make them feel as comfortable and safe as possible. Rest assure that they will be loved and cared for throughout their whole experience. About: I have multiple years of experience babysitting and pet sitting. I also have a few friends with pets that I help take care of as well. My schedule is pretty flexible during the week since I work from home. I am available during the week and occasionally on the weekends as well. Please don’t hesitate to reach out even if the date is blocked off. I definitely try my best to make it work schedule wise. I live in an apartment complex but there are various nearby parks and open spaces that are pet friendly. There's also a lot of walking space around the complex. I take care of my grandpa currently and he would love to have company of a four legged friend. 🥰

About: I have been taking care of my family and friends' dogs for over 30 years now and have decided to do this to help out family, friends and to meet new friends as well. I absolutely love animals, but dogs are the best! There is something about them that gives me peace, comfort and joy! I am available whenever you need, except when I travel. My apartment will only accommodate small and medium dogs. Preferably hypoallergenic. I would prefer meeting the dog prior to boarding. I have experience administering meds if needed. I do work during the day from home, so I will be home all day with my pups!! Special skills would be lots of loving and cuddling! :) I will love and care for your dog as if they were my own! I work from home, so unless I need to run out or have an event, they will not be left alone for no more than 4 to 6 hours depending on the event. Generally speaking, I do not have that many events. 😊 I do have carpet and the majority of my dogs are crate trained for when I need to leave the house. Since I'm home, I will only need to crate if I can't take them with me. I do not want to risk any damages so this is non-negotiable. Crate-trained only.
