About: I have been a pet owner since I was a little girl. I love any kind of animal, but dogs have a soft spot in my heart! I currently have three puppers that get along with children, other dogs and other animals. 2 of them I have adopted from clients! I will care for your baby like I care for mine! They are part of our family! I work outside the home, Mon-Fri from 8 to 4pm. I go home at lunch time to let the pups out for potty breaks and play in the yard for a bit! The whole family is back at 5pm, and we have a big fenced in yard! Lots of play time for them! I'm very attentive, active, and love playing with dogs! I can trim nails, wash them, clean their ears, etc... Evening walks around the neighborhood are great!

About: I have always loved animals of all kinds since I was a child. Any little creature, I would quickly take in and care for. The most precious of all was our sweet mini longhair black and tan dachshund - Willow (aka Snoozy and Lovey), who for 16 beautiful, snuggle-filled years, we were honored to be her mommy and daddy! We got her when she was just 8weeks old from some friends of ours, who's doxies had puppies, and she was our very heart for all those years. We sadly lost our baby November 11, 2025 at 16yrs old. Not a moment of every day doesn't go by where we do not think of her, remember her or talk about her. I am very experienced with the care, attention, and love these sweet babies need from puppies all the way up to senior care. Our baby-girl Willow developed CCD (canine cognitive dysfunction the last year of her life and my husband and I became extremely knowledgeable of the meds needed, traditional meds as well as herbal, along with the various adjustments that were needed with the focus of keeping her happy, comfortable and safe. This has helped me to be able to lovingly care for doggies of all stages of life and various needs. In February 2026, we began volunteering for Chesapeake Humane Society and Chesapeake Animal Services as foster parents. We wanted to share a loving home with animals who unfortunately, don't have what our baby girl had. I have also done pet sitting for quite a few of our friends over the years for a variety of doggies. My husband and I both work from home and our jobs are not stressful or overly demanding. So, it would not be an inconvenience or out of the norm for us to have a furry visitor during the week. Our weekends are a bit busier, but again our schedules are usually flexible, and with sufficient advance scheduling we have been able to sit for our friends, and foster dogs and cats successfully. In my home it is catered to each individual animal, we have a large kitchen area that we use as an introduction to our home, then if the dog or cat feels comfortable, we bring them upstairs with us to sleep in our upstairs hallway or our bedroom (either in their crate, or I have setup a sleeping area in our upstairs hallway with safety gates, also depending on the specific care, size of dog and age). I have never done client home care for pet sitting, but I plan on getting specific details from each client to know their individual pet's needs, comfort level, and any other details in order that their baby is safe, and happy.

About: I've had dogs my entire life and love caring for them as if they are my children. I've had puppies to senior dogs who have passed on, so I am very comfortable with any stage in a dog's life. I treat my dogs like my own children and I know how difficult it can be to find someone who cares for your pets the same way you do, but I promise you that I will care for your pets in the same way I care for my own! I am currently not working, so I will have plenty of time to care for your pet(s). Whenever you need me, I will be there. I am comfortable doing whatever you need me to do in order to take care of your pets. I can give your pets any medications they might need as well as tender loving care.

About: I have been watching peoples pets since I was thirteen, and have found much joy in getting to know new animals and their individual needs. I’m currently home from college for the summer, so I have lots of available throughout the week! I am free on both weekdays and weekends! I do not have the ability to care for animals in my own home; however, when taking care of peoples pets in their own home, I will do so in a manner that does not cause any disruption.

About: We really enjoyed pet sitting. Our first dog was named Bowden. We had her from when she was a few weeks old, to her becoming a senior dog. After she passed away, we realized we had the space and time to open our home for pet sitting. We enjoy walking our two woofies and the dogs we pet sit. Sometimes we even go twice a day! We have baby gates to seperate the dogs while they are eating. We also pay close attention to dogs getting overstimulated and need a break from dogs or children. We are a family of nurses, and can help medicate or care for health conditions. Puppies are no problem as well as senior dogs. We only have one step leading to our fenced in back yard. We have a lived in house, and have even let woofies up on the couch if they do that at home.We can't help ourselves and will send pictures and updates if you would like them! We do have children,but they respectful of animals. Ideally we only have 1 to 2 other dogs join us at a time. If you have more than two,we can definitely see if Jimbo and Carter can join the dog pack. You can trust that they will have a vacation themselves, will be safe, and our hopes are that they will feel right at home with us. My husband and are nurses and have flexible work schedules. One of us is typically at work, sleeping after night shift, or caring for the family and their needs. We walk twice a day most days, and can let animals out every 2 to 4 hours. We have 2 dogs and a senior cat. We have a fenced in back yard. We enjoyed going on walks and playing with the pups when they visit.

About: I’ve been around all types of dogs since I was little. I have worked with all ages including the puppy stage. I currently have 3 dogs of my own. I am currently enrolled as a student at Longwood University, but come home during the weekends. I will be available Friday through Sunday to care for fur babies! My responsibilities include; administering medication (not including injections or rectal administration), providing fresh food/water, and maintaining a safe exciting environment! My life is mostly revolved around my cats, dog and hamster! I currently am a part time student unemployed. My schedule is very flexible, so I have much free time to care and keep company for your critters! I always ensure certain items stay stationary especially when they are fragile or toxic to my own and clients pets! Dogs/cats are quite curious so I’ve developed an extra set of eyes for their tomfoolery. Most importantly to gain the trust and comfort of your pets I typically greet them while sitting on the floor, so they aren’t intimidated and can sniff away!

About: I’m a nature lover with several years experience working at a vet and boarding facility. I have experience with dogs of all kinds including disabled, senior, and mischievous misbehaving. I’m able to administer oral medication as well as cuddles when needed, and I love doggies of all sizes (even the ones larger than me). I’ve had several pets of my own including a few cats, one pair of rats, and very silly golden retriever. My weekdays are currently free so I am completely open for services Monday through Friday. I usually reserve weekends as time to spend with family while they are off work but if needed I can be available in a case by case basis. Emotional needs are just as important as physical needs. Providing food, water, and a place to potty is the bare minimum! Having cats, I know how much mental stimulation also goes into giving them a happy life.
