“Holly was phenomenal. She sent many photos over our trip away which was nice not having the feeling that I needed to check in. She was very respectful of all of Lucy's complications. She kept her animal aggression in mind on all outings and her and her family spent so much time with our dog. Lucy was happy and tail waging when we arrived. She will for sure miss this family until we go to Holly again for watching Lucy. She asked many questions to make sure that Lucy's needs were being met and even went out of her way to buy our puppers her favorite soup bone treats. “Marina is an amazing caregiver. My wife and I are so pleased with the excellent care our senior dog received from her. Our dog wouldn't eat and became very ill just before our scheduled boarding service. I took her to the vet the day we dropped her off. Our dog was prescribed a few different medications. I let Marina know the situation and she was undaunted. She welcomed our pet into her home and did an amazing job taking care of her and administering her meds. The quality of care she provided was way above and beyond what we expected. She was very patient with our pet and nursed her back to good health. Marina also provided daily updates which we greatly appreciated, she even sent pictures. We are absolutely thrilled with the care Marina provided for our dog and hope we are able to make more bookings with her in the future.
