About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience working in animal shelters, dog daycare centers, and boarding facilities. Caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life, and I truly enjoy getting to know each pet's unique personality and needs. After recently losing my beloved dogs, I realized I wasn't quite ready for another long-term commitment, but I deeply missed having dogs around. Rover has given me the perfect opportunity to open my home and heart to dogs while helping other pet parents feel confident their pets are in good hands. I'm a stay-at-home mom, which means your dog will have plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. We have a large fenced-in yard for safe outdoor play and exercise. I also have two cats who grew up with dogs and are comfortable sharing their space, as well as two young children who have been around dogs their entire lives and know how to interact respectfully with them. For the comfort and safety of every pet in my care, I only accept dogs from one household at a time. This allows me to provide individualized attention and create a calm, stress-free environment during their stay. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I will care for your dog as if they were my own. I look forward to meeting you and your pup! As a stay-at-home mom, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide attentive care throughout the day. My mornings typically begin with feeding pets, potty breaks, walks, or playtime before my family's daily activities start. Because I am home most of the day, pets receive frequent attention, supervision, and companionship rather than being left alone for long periods. Throughout the day, I can accommodate additional potty breaks, outdoor time in our fenced yard, feeding schedules, medication administration if needed, and plenty of affection and enrichment. In the evenings, pets are included in our family's relaxed routine, with more playtime, walks, and cuddles before bedtime. For boarding and daycare, dogs are rarely left unattended, and I only accept pets from one household at a time to ensure each pet receives personalized care and attention. I care for every pet as if they were my own, taking the time to learn their routine, preferences, and personality. I understand that being away from their family can be stressful, so I strive to provide a calm, safe, and loving environment where pets feel comfortable and secure. For dogs, I provide regular potty breaks, exercise, playtime, enrichment activities, and plenty of affection. Dogs have access to our large fenced yard for supervised outdoor time, and because I am home throughout the day, they receive consistent attention and companionship. I only care for dogs from one household at a time, which allows me to focus on their individual needs and maintain a low-stress environment. For cats, I ensure they have fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and attention at their comfort level. Whether your cat enjoys playtime, cuddles, or simply having a quiet and reliable caretaker, I respect their personality and routine. I am also comfortable following special instructions, administering medications when needed, and providing regular updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you're away.

About: I’ve sat for my friends dogs over the years and they have relied on me when they go on vacation . My house is dog friendly very spacious with lots of room to roam . We also have a big patio your pup can run around and do they’re necessities . I’m a stay at home mom who will occasionally work some nights which my husband and young adults are here and they too will watch over your pup . My two boys are 18 and 24 and they are dog lovers aswell. My dog graham is pet friendly but is very chill . He’s 8 years old plays catch and fetch and loves to just roam around the house and nap ! I stay home during the day and work an occasional weekend 7-11pm . My husband and adult children will be here as well to watch over your pup .i do have a crate if needed for running errands . With that being said i would prefer a dog that can stay alone and be house trained for a few hours . I have a schedule when dogs come over . We play go on walks take nap brakes all depending on your dogs schedule . My dog is house trained . I will cater to your dogs needs and it won’t interfere with graham since he’s very self sufficient. He’s an older pup and very trained . He lets me know when he needs to go potty and obeys my every command .with that being said I would prefer a pup with some training . I cannot take dogs that mount . (Jump on other dogs ) the pup has to get along with other dogs . I can definitely separately small dogs from large ones if needed . I also prefer to have a meet and greet before we can sit for your fur baby . My home is very spacious and dog friendly . My yard is huge and fenced in . I can help crate train your dog if needed . I preferred a potty trained dog . And your dog has to be dog friendly . I don’t have any small children everyone here is an adult and can handle your dog with much love and care .i do require a meet & greet before caring for your pup to assure he’s the right fit for you and our family .

About: Genuinely love and care for fur-babies. Have had a ton of experience with farm animals and domestic with a genuine compassion for all. Looking for ones that absolutely want genuine sincere care for their fur-babies. I'm home full-time and fur-babies have access to a fenced in back yard at all times with the option of indoor anytime as well. Lots of love and attention. Fenced in big back yard with lots of room to explore. Large home to be mischievous inside as well. Tons of love and attention to be given

About: I have multiple years of experience babysitting and pet sitting. I also have a few friends with pets that I help take care of as well. My schedule is pretty flexible during the week since I work from home. I am available during the week and occasionally on the weekends as well. Please don’t hesitate to reach out even if the date is blocked off. I definitely try my best to make it work schedule wise. I live in an apartment complex but there are various nearby parks and open spaces that are pet friendly. There's also a lot of walking space around the complex. I take care of my grandpa currently and he would love to have company of a four legged friend. 🥰

About: My home can offer you the level of care and attention you want for your pet. I’ve always believed dogs shouldn’t just be “checked on”—they deserve attention, interaction, and a sense of comfort while their owners are away. Your pet will be loved on as if he/she were my own. I’ve had dogs my whole life and have raised several from puppies through their senior years, including a rescue, so I’m comfortable with a wide range of needs and personalities. My home is very pet-friendly, with a large backyard for play and space to relax. I also have a 5-year-old lab and a young child, so safety is a top priority. I only accept dogs that are gentle and a good fit for a family environment. My goal is simple: to give your pet a safe, calm, and genuinely cared-for place that feels as close to home as possible. I am currently working part-time, so I am home frequently. Your pet won't be left alone for long periods of time. My schedule is pretty flexible, so I'm available 24/7 unless I am going out of town. I usually work Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights from 5pm-10pm. I prefer to do a meet and greet before boarding. I cant always accommodate last minute bookings, but don't hesitate to reach out. I have a large fenced in yard, one very playful 5 year old lab, and a friendly toddler. My dog has free rein of the house and yard. When I am home, I leave the back door open so she can come and go as she pleases. When I leave, I can separate the dogs and crate as needed.

About: About Me I have a deep love for animals and years of experience caring for them. After losing our family dog of 15 years, I spent two years fostering pets. While I’ve chosen not to commit to a permanent pet due to future retirement plans, I still enjoy providing a loving and safe environment for animals through short-term fostering and pet sitting. I work from home a few days a week and on the days I'm in my office, if I should have your pet I will arrange to work from home if given enough notice. I work from home Wed - Friday and of course, on weekends I'm home. I have a fenced-in backyard with a dog door that can be opened or closed. I do have my sweet grandpup (who was a foster) a couple of times a week and is used to all dogs and cats. We go to Woodstock Dog Park, so she has others to play with. I have one large crate and one med crate. I only crate if I'm out running errands and if your pet needs to be crated for safety and security reasons. Our family dog loved to lie in his crate while we were gone or he was napping with the door open, so I know that some pets feel safer with an open door crate. I will discuss with you and your preferences. My grandpup does not use a crate anymore at anytime but she is now three.

About: Hi there! I’m a friendly, bubbly dog lover serving the Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Portsmouth areas. Whether I’m caring for a tiny puppy, a gentle senior, or a big goofy breed with lots of personality, I treat every dog like they’re part of my own family. Dogs bring so much joy into my life, and I love giving that same joy right back through reliable, attentive care. I am in the military, but my schedule is really flexible and im off every weekends, I go to work at 08am on weekdays so I have time to take the dogs out before work and at 2pm when I get back. I take safety seriously. I monitor all dogs closely, follow your instructions carefully, and make sure every walk, visit, or stay is secure and stress‑free. I’m comfortable with leashes, crates, feeding routines, and managing multiple dogs at once.
