About: Hi! I'm a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience working in animal shelters, dog daycare centers, and boarding facilities. Caring for animals has always been a huge part of my life, and I truly enjoy getting to know each pet's unique personality and needs. After recently losing my beloved dogs, I realized I wasn't quite ready for another long-term commitment, but I deeply missed having dogs around. Rover has given me the perfect opportunity to open my home and heart to dogs while helping other pet parents feel confident their pets are in good hands. I'm a stay-at-home mom, which means your dog will have plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. We have a large fenced-in yard for safe outdoor play and exercise. I also have two cats who grew up with dogs and are comfortable sharing their space, as well as two young children who have been around dogs their entire lives and know how to interact respectfully with them. For boarding and daycare, dogs are rarely left unattended, and I only accept pets from one household at a time to ensure each pet receives personalized care and attention. I care for every pet as if they were my own, taking the time to learn their routine, preferences, and personality. I understand that being away from their family can be stressful, so I strive to provide a calm, safe, and loving environment where pets feel comfortable and secure. For dogs, I provide regular potty breaks, exercise, playtime, enrichment activities, and plenty of affection. About: i’ve taken care of animals since I was a kid and have had lots of dogs that I absolutely adore. I love just being around animals and will always do my best to make them feel safe and comfortable I am currently a college student and I want a job where I have more flexibility. I have a lot of free time and to me would rather spend it with animals over other things. I am very good with lots of different dogs and am very attentive so in your home I will make sure to be respectful of their space and treat them with the upmost care.

About: I always send pictures to update the owners, and let them know what we did that day or how the animal was that way they know everything is going smoothly. Just got home for the summer from college. I’m working part time tuesday-thursday 4pm-10pm but other than that i’m super flexible. I care for people’s pets as if they were my own, growing up with animals has made me love each and every animal I see out in public, I’m one of those people who will ALWAYS ask to pet your dog.

McKayla did a great job caring for my community cat, made sure the food was put out, sent helpful updates, and included pictures so I could see that everything was okay. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
