All went very well and we will call on Tiffany again in the future. On a different note, I found navigating the website challenging and had difficulty choosing my dates to be gone. I was planning to be gone 3 days and thought I had it but only had the 1st and 3rd day. How terrible that would have been for my dogs! No food,water or medicine for my dogs. Tiffany to the rescue. I contacted her and she helped resolve the issue.”

“Jeanne was a total lifesaver for my family! The kennel that we had arranged boarding for our doodle cancelled as we were just about to get on the road for a trip out of town and our hotel reservations were non-refundable. Having never met us before, she responded almost immediately to my booking request and showed up at our home about a half hour later to meet our doggo even though she had other visits on her schedule that evening. She is very personable and our dog warmed up to her instantly. She sent detailed updates with multiple photos throughout the weekend, and even included our young cats in some pics though she wasn’t responsible to look after them. I cannot thank Jeanne enough for her help and we will definitely book with her in the future.”

About: Ive been in the veterinary field for 10+ years and have plenty of experience with dogs and cats. Im comfortable with everything from basic care like feeding or walking, to oral/injectable medication administration I work full time monday-Thursday. I can do check-ins during my lunch break and have no problems staying the night. I have 2 cats of my own who get routine healthcare. My cats are water fountains that are filled daily along with automatic timers to be fed. While I dont personally have a dog right now, i’ve grown up with a variety of breeds from whippits to german shepherds. I’m well aware each pet needs different approaches to trust and care and am more than willing to work with your pet how ever it needs

She and her daughter came over every day to play with, feed, and care for my babies. She was very communicative, innovative when any pets might not eat enough or seem too stressed, and knowledgeable. She was willing to try any ideas I had on how to help my pets cope, too (my dog especially is a very anxious boy). This allows me to provide individualized attention and create a calm, stress-free environment during their stay. Throughout the day, I can accommodate additional potty breaks, outdoor time in our fenced yard, feeding schedules, medication administration if needed, and plenty of affection and enrichment. In the evenings, pets are included in our family's relaxed routine, with more playtime, walks, and cuddles before bedtime. For boarding and daycare, dogs are rarely left unattended, and I only accept pets from one household at a time to ensure each pet receives personalized care and attention. I care for every pet as if they were my own, taking the time to learn their routine, preferences, and personality. I understand that being away from their family can be stressful, so I strive to provide a calm, safe, and loving environment where pets feel comfortable and secure. For dogs, I provide regular potty breaks, exercise, playtime, enrichment activities, and plenty of affection. Dogs have access to our large fenced yard for supervised outdoor time, and because I am home throughout the day, they receive consistent attention and companionship. I only care for dogs from one household at a time, which allows me to focus on their individual needs and maintain a low-stress environment. For cats, I ensure they have fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and attention at their comfort level.
