About: Hello, I’m a retired Army medic and stay at home mom. I have owned 2 Beautiful Boston Terrier from birth until they received their heavily wings and once I married my husband I welcomed his beautiful Husky to our family while he was with us. I am a puppy empty nester and miss having a dog around. I will gladly take care of your dog(s) and love them just like family. I have two small children so your pup must be family friendly. I am experienced in young and elderly pup care, I have no issues bathing or giving medication to any dogs if needed. I also have two kennels for small dogs if needed. My home is set up to be dog friendly with a fenced yard. I will follow any specific guidance or requests by dog owners for dog care. If you need a sitter, I’m here in Virginia Beach! During the summer I leave at 7:20 am and get home at 8:45 am, to take my kids to a therapy program and I leave again to pick them up at 2:20 pm and get home at 3:45pm. Before after and In between I’ll be home with your pup! This upcoming 2026/27 school year I haven’t locked in my transportation times for my kido’s yet, so I will update in Aug 2026. I have a fenced backyard and a separate fenced side yard for puppy potty breaks. My fence is only 4 feet high so if you have an escape artist please let me know that they can only go out on leash. I won’t leave a dog outside all day. I’m an inside dog sitter; your puppy will be part of my family. I have hardwood floors in main living areas so potty accidents won’t be the end of the world. We know how it is as our dogs get older and can’t control their bladder so if special care is needed, I can provide that.

“The circumstances surrounding our need for a pet sitter were less than desirable: just moved to the area, unexpected 10 day trip, house still full of boxes. I usually board my dog but she is not a dog that benefits from traditional boarding confinement and daycare. She always has to be alone as she is not comfortable with other dogs in the play yards, so I decided to give Rover a try. Am I glad I did! Since the first time we met, Victoria was amazing and put me immediately at ease. I contacted several sitters and she was by far the most professional. She was quick to get the ball rolling and lead me through the steps of a rover sitting (which I needed!). I was so relieved to leave my dog in such good hands. She is clearly an animal lover and enjoys doing this. I could tell from all the photos she sent me on a daily basis and her general enthusiasm. Victoria even took home an bird that my dog injured. She provided Roxy with the most attentive care and went above and beyond her contractual duties to deliver a trustworthy and personable service to our dog and to us. I greatly appreciated her willingness to look beyond the dog and offer help wherever it was needed. We came home to a very happy dog that was relaxed and did not get sick frim exhaustion or stress. I am so thankful we found her.”

About: I’ve always had a dog in my home growing up, I even trained my family’s current household dog, a German Shepherd, when she was a puppy. I have experience pet sitting all shapes and sizes of dogs but have more experience in medium-large sized breeds, I love them all! I’m currently not working as I’m finishing up my EMT academy/certification while also in school full time. I’m using this as income for the time being. Unfortunately with my grumpy cat I am not able to board pets in my home but am more than willing to stop by and visit your fur baby when needed!

About: I have had dogs since I was a young kid and now have one of my own. Over the years I have trained her to do some tricks (minimal!) and she is a very well behaved dog. I have a remote-work schedule leaving flexibility to walk, play, cuddle, and care for your dog. This schedule leaves extra time in my routine to care for another animal and share the love I have for animals. I’m currently working remotely and have time throughout my day to check in on your pet. I am available to come anytime throughout the day. I live in an apartment complex so have the common spaces to walk your dog throughout. I will follow any instructions you provide me for where your pet feels most comfortable in your home/neighborhood.

“Ashtyn did so well with my puppy Blazer and kitties Choco, Kimchi, and Cider. I had to be away for 2 weeks apartment hunting, and was afraid Blazer wouldn't do well. As soon as she met him they were friends, and I felt so much better about chosing Ashtyn. She took so many adorable pet photos and even cared for the outdoor kitty Cider that I feed with her scabby ears at the time. The pets seemed to really love Ashtyn, as she treated them all like her own. Ashtyn even cleaned up when Blazer freaked out and made a mess in the kitchen and ate pillows...she really kept me updated on everything. I definitely 100 percent recommend Ashtyn for Rover sitting. She's compassionate, thoughtful, caring, and really has a heart for animals. 5 stars!!!”

I currently work full time through the week, so I can easily take care of your pet mornings and evenings in between! I also am able to provide in home, overnight care if your pet needs extra love. When I arrive at your home, I will not only give your pet the bare necessities, but ensure cleanliness, safety, and happiness, by ensuring all is well when I arrive, and before leaving.

About: ✨ I have worked at a pet store since 2016, and now manage my own. I have also had dogs & cats the majority of my childhood, so I am a huge animal lover. Whether you need me to watch your fur babies while you’re out of town or just need me to check/love on them while you’re at work, I got you covered! ✨ I always give the best care to your home and your pets! Also, with permission I sometimes will bring things from my job like treats, toys, etc. When I house sit, I make sure to take your pets out first thing in the morning and again later in the day — keeping their needs in mind. I love letting them run around, and with your permission, I sometimes take them to the dog park or for car rides. One of my clients works a lot of 12’s so she will often have me drop by and walk/give her dog some love. I also check on her cats making sure they have food and water until the next morning. 🐾 All the pictures you see are dogs/cats of my own, dogs I already sit for and fur babies that came into the pet store. 🐕🐈‍⬛🐩🐈 🐾 When I do visits/walks I make sure to take the full time to love your fur babies and make sure they’re okay before I head out. My schedule is pretty flexible, but as long as I’m not already booked for the days I will be more than willing to watch your fur babies! The way I care for your pets is different for everyone that I sit. Whatever it is you need me to do while I pet sit, I will do exactly that & more.
