About: Hi!👋🏼 I'm Jenna! Animal lover who has been surrounded by pets for as long as I can remember. Rescue animals will always have a special place in my heart, but at the end of the day, I truly love all animals and treat every pet like family! About: I am a veterinary assistant at an animal hospital so working with and dealing with animals is nothing new to me! Whether small chihuahuas or large st Bernard’s, animals of all shapes, sizes, breeds, or ages are welcome and accepted! About: I have grown up with a mix of big and little dogs my whole life. I am comfortable with up to four dogs at a time. Comfortable with puppies and dogs with lots of energy. I'm currently taking classes at TCC. I work at a restaurant at the oceanfront at night. And I tend to split up my time between Norfolk and Virginia Beach pretty evenly. But I love animals, and I'm so happy to help people take care of them. I’ve grown up with a variety of animals, including reptiles. I feel comfortable with almost any animal. And I have no fear. I’ve also grown up with some special-needs animals like diabetic cats and stuff like that.

Kayla is so attentive to both our cats. She remembers things from prior visits that happened months ago, down to the toys we had. Virginia was an amazing help with my pup, Cooper! I needed someone to walk him 4–5 days a week, and she never missed a beat. She always kept me updated with any notes or fun details from their walks. When new obligations came up that meant she couldn’t continue walking Cooper, she gave me plenty of notice and even offered to keep walking him for a couple more weeks while I found a replacement. I’d definitely recommend Virginia to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog walker or sitter!

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
