I offer safety for your pets by coming into the house slowly and making sure no pets escape, making sure all dogs are secure in harnesses and leashes before going on walks, making sure dogs are safe on walks and there are no run ins with other animals, and ensuring that animals are safe in the yard during yard let outs and there are no holes in fences. I also watch animal's behavior during visits to ensure they are not acting sick or injured. I also offer safety for your pets by ensuring they are safely locked in the house before I leave.
About: I’ve had animals all of my life, and I currently have a dog and a cat now. Also, I’ve taken care of dogs/cats since I was old enough to do so! Whether it was as a job or for a friend, I bathed, fed, and cared for them like they were my own! I currently only work a couple hours a day so I am usually available after 10 A.M. Other than those few hours, I am home every day! I live right in front of a big park as well as an actual dog park so your dog will have plenty of space to play! I myself have a dog and a cat who are very playful and get along with anyone and everyone. My dog would love to keep your dog company, as he thinks that play time is anytime! I can also crate your dog if needed!

About: I walk dogs for my local animal shelters frequently and i have raised and trained all of my dogs (i had 4) form when they where puppies so adults. I am a college student in my senior year, so my schedule is fairly flexible. However, my best availability is on the weekends and fridays. First of all, I have a reactive dog and Rachel’s demeanor and way with dogs had Jameson like putty in her hands within minutes! She goes above and beyond - not just letting him out, but doing little trainings with him while outside and keeping him engaged. I would recommend Rachel to anyone and everyone! This has been the best experience, ever!
Communication was very easy with Brielle! Brielle came to meet our Lab prior to the drop-in dates. She also communicated prior to make sure everything was set for the doggie's weekend care. She got our packages from the door and took good care of our dog very lovingly.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
