I have used Jessica as a sitter for Chloe when I travel and a few special occasions, but this time was different! I was seen in a local ED and admitted with two large kidney stones. Chloe at home and I didn’t know when I would be back. I contacted Jessica to pick Chloe up and for two days of boarding. She said I could extend the booking one day at a time time as needed. That’s amazing flexibility. In addition she contacted me a couple of times to find out how I was doing. I ended up staying in the hospital for 5 days and knowing that I didn’t have to worry about Chloe was a real blessing. I will always remember Jessica’s kindness. Thank you, Jessica

Very accommodating of our annoying and numerous change requests!

The communication before booking were fast responses. After booking we had to initiate daily in order to know how our dog was doing. Either we would get a response hours later, the following day after asking again, or none at all. This was an 8 day stay so, updates w/pictures were requested but we only received 3. The pet sitter was not there on arrival on time and did not bother to show up during pick up time. No explanation or follow-up was provided! A male adult&child was at the home to hand over our dog and said "he did good." We had to wait for someone to get home although we sent a message in advance we were on the way & followed designated arrival time from booking. The male rinsed out the bowls and placed everything we dropped off in the bag. 4days worth of dog food scoops were returned. Which means my dog did not eat it. Which is odd because via short text messages we were told he was always "doing good." I cannot guarantee my dog was cared for 100% by Jessica or at all. Overall, we were not pleased and would not rebook with this sitter.

Jessica is wonderful!!!!! She is the only one I leave my fur baby with. She has walked her too for me when life got busy!!!

Jessica really helps me out. Not only does she cover my travels, but she does home visits when I have a long day as an election officer. Highly recommended.
