About: I have one small 3 legged rescue and just adopted another rescue September 2025 who is recovering from being hit by a car. Both are chihuahua s Prior to moving to Virginia I fostered both cats and dogs. I was known as a foster failure since I adopted many of my fosters and at one time I had 8 dogs. I love all animal but have a special place in my heart for dogs. I am retired and have lots of time on my hands and would love to spend some time with your dog when you are not able to. I will treat them as if they were mine9. I have two small dog that does fine with other dogs. My yard is fenced and secure. I believe dogs belong in the house since they are part of the family.

About: Ever since I was young animals have played a huge role in my life. From my first dog to the mini zoo I have today. I am familiar with many breeds of dogs and cats as well as reptiles and recognize each one has its own characteristics and personality. Whether it's a walk, play time, or just someone to keep your pet company, I will appreciate and enjoy my time with them. I am a stay at home father of two. I am available most days. I have been working with pets for the past 4 years M-F with the occasional weekend visits. I love what I do and I take pride in my ability to befriend all pets. I can give quality love and attention to any animal that is in my care. I have not started my full time position so I am available for care 24/7. I currently live in an apartment with 1 cat. My complex has several dog-friendly areas and a park within walking distance. I will be very attentive and follow any directions left for your pet when they are in my care. Whether it is at my place or yours, I will do my best to treat your dog like family and to make sure they are as happy and comfortable as possible while you are away. If you create your pet, I just ask that you bring their crate as well as any blankets, toys, or treats that might help them feel more comfortable.

About: Hi! I've been operating on Rover for about 5 years now! I've had dogs for as long as I can remember and love being around them. I have experience with all sizes of dogs from Papillons to German Shepards. I am accepting of all breeds, sizes and ages. I've had several dogs with allergies and other health issues, so I am experienced in giving medications, applying any topicals, and noticing any developing symptoms. I also have lots of experience with cats and even have one of my own with medical issues, so I would love to do drop ins for your feline friends! I am currently a student at Eastern Virginia Medical School and am in my last year so my schedule can be somewhat variable. However for the next few months I will be available for mid-day walks/cat visits! I have a 7 year old Pit Bull Terrier that absolutely loves all other animals and can adjust his play style according to other dogs sizes. I also have a small fenced in outdoor patio where your dogs can relax outside with some sun in between walks. I live alone so there won't be too much stimulation from others, and there's plenty of space for your pup to take some time to their selves if needed.
