About: I have taken care of dogs for over 10 years. Overseas during covid that was my main job and I had over 25 clients. I can help with medications given, dog walks, dog check in or do in home boarding. I do live a short walk from a park, so can also do playtime and walks at the park as well! I am available for drop ins visits, long or short walks or boarding in my home. If you are Active Duty, going TDY, etc. Or just a fur parent with no help, please let me know ahead of time so I can help you the best I can! I have a fenced in back yard with a lot of space. “We stressed about going to a family event in Fla. I did not want to leave our two Labradoodles behind as we were transitioning a new puppy into our household. Putting them in a kennel was not an option, and taking them on the long trip was unreasonable. The puppy had an ear infection and with changes in diet, both pups had some digestive issues. I almost canceled the trip. Then I learned that Michelle was available and I was immediately relieved. WARNING*** your pooch will be so spoiled s(he) might not want to come home! :) Michelle cares for her charges as if they were her very own. Her schedule keeps them plenty busy with lots of playtime. She has a lovely home and a large yard with plenty of space for them to run. She even cooks for them, so they will have lots of yummy meals and treats. Michelle sent me pictures daily which assured me that they were happy and doing well. As much as I missed them, I was happy to know that they were getting the very best of care. Because we now have two young dogs, we don't travel very much, but whenever we do, if we can't take them along, Michelle will be the first person I call. 5 stars PLUS!!”

About: I’ve taken care of my dog and my aunt’s dog since I was nine. I’m twenty now and both of my fur babies are still kicking, barking, and happy. I’ve always loved animals, even helping to rescue some when I was little such as these two baby ducks and other little birdies and frogs too. In school, my teacher had a pet chameleon and turtle and I always was excited to help feed them. I actually started majoring in Biology at first in college to be a veterinarian or zoologist. I go to Old Dominion University so I can take business there in nearby area that is within 60 minutes of walking distance as I do not have a car or drive and rely on family and my boyfriend and friends for transportation. I do rely on my mother, brother or friends for transportation but they are willing to help and be available as needed. Please give me a chance and you won’t regret it. :) I make sure the pets first get to know me, smell me, and recognize me to be comfortable with me. Then, I interact with them more by playing with them and giving them rubs and cuddles so they can feel more connected and comfortable. Then, definitely make sure they eat and drink the right food for their health and nourishment. Then, walk them so they can do their business and get exercise and always make sure they have a leash on. Next, make sure they are groomed and cleaned well and freshen up from the outdoors. About: I absolutely adore dogs! I’ve had dogs for as long as I remember so I’m very experienced with them. I did a lot of dog-sitting as well as a kid and still help out with my friends dogs as well. There will always be someone in the home to care for the dogs. My 16 year old daughter is also home and can let the dogs out too. She has grown up with dogs her whole life as well. I have a fenced yard and an easily accessible walking trail behind my house. I have crates if needed. Dogs are a part of our family and I treat them as such. They are allowed on furniture and beds. About: I am a devoted pet parent and caretaker. I have had many childhood pets including the care of family/family friends animals. I have 8 years of experienced pet care. My responsibilities include; administering medication (not including injections or rectal administration), providing fresh food/water, and maintaining a safe exciting environment! My schedule is very flexible, so I have much free time to care and keep company for your critters! I can help with medications given, dog walks, dog check in or do in home boarding. I do live a short walk from a park, so can also do playtime and walks at the park as well! “We stressed about going to a family event in Fla. I did not want to leave our two Labradoodles behind as we were transitioning a new puppy into our household. Putting them in a kennel was not an option, and taking them on the long trip was unreasonable. The puppy had an ear infection and with changes in diet, both pups had some digestive issues. I almost canceled the trip. Then I learned that Michelle was available and I was immediately relieved. WARNING*** your pooch will be so spoiled s(he) might not want to come home! :) Michelle cares for her charges as if they were her very own. Her schedule keeps them plenty busy with lots of playtime. She has a lovely home and a large yard with plenty of space for them to run. She even cooks for them, so they will have lots of yummy meals and treats. Michelle sent me pictures daily which assured me that they were happy and doing well. As much as I missed them, I was happy to know that they were getting the very best of care. Because we now have two young dogs, we don't travel very much, but whenever we do, if we can't take them along, Michelle will be the first person I call. 5 stars PLUS!!”
