“Stephanie was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I had a weekend trip planned and my 86yr old mom had just moved in with us again. I booked Stephanie to walk the dog 2x a day for 4 days. Not only was she always on time, she watched out for my mother as well and made sure I knew she was doing OK. I'll be booking every future need with Stephanie as long as she is available!”

“Katherine was fantastic! Helped with my last minute request for my pup, who had a great time on her daily walks. Katherine was communicative and kind, going above and beyond to care for my pup while I was working long hours.”

“Dalton was excellent with my dog! He was very attentive and made sure everything went smoothly over the few days he was walking him. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing my pup was in good hands. 5 stars!”

About: I’ve taken care of family, friends and neighbors dogs since i was younger. I love learning new things about your dog or cat and finding ways i can help. If your dog needs any shots I have personal experience giving them. I work part time, but i’ve had a lot more time on my hands, so i would love to help take care of your dog and or cat. I feed, play, take walks, bathe, cuddle, and give lots of attention when they want it. I give them their space when they want it.

About: Growing up, I've had a total of 5 dogs in my house ranging from a chihuahua to a chocolate lab. Like many other dog owners, I am a firm believer that my dogs are my children. And no matter how old they get, they are still a puppy. I am also now a mom of 2 cats, who love to play and of course are very sassy. I currently have a flexible work schedule that allows me to look after your pet. Just let me know whenever you need me and I will be there! I am very respectful of your home and property. It is my goal to create a safe space for your pet to feel comfortable and have fun because that is their home, I am just visitor.
“Briana has taken such great care of Huey. He seems to be always very happy to see her. She is very communicative and punctual for Huey’s walks. Looking forward to continue working with her!”

About: I have owned dogs since I was 14. I currently have 2 dogs of my own. I also volunteer with animals and have dog sat for several friends over the years. I love cats but have not babysat any, only loved them at others homes. I currently work full time but mostly from home. Some days I am out in the world but usually for no more than 6 hours at a time. Majority of work hours are Monday - Friday 8-5 Pets have free range at home unless they need to be crated. Have a fenced in backyard and can also walk dogs if preferred. Large neighborhood to walk them around. Also have a responsible teenage daughter who can help with feedings and bathroom breaks. Trash can is in the pantry for little to no access.
About: Between my own family pets and those I’ve looked after, I’ve experienced the full gamut from puppy to senior. Having never had the opportunity to own a cat myself, I’ve taken every opportunity to do so for family and friends, and am now just as confident in my cat care. Summer is in session, so there are no classes in the way. I do have a job, but my shifts are short, and in short supply. With my free time, I am more than available to look after your pets. I like to ask owners a lot of questions about any rules, issues and concerns, or preferations they have, whether I’m housesitting as well, or coming over throughout the day. I am unable to board any animals at this time.
About: I have pet sat many times through my life, including puppies. I am very familiar with the puppy stage and how little sleep you get 🫣😴🥵 I have owned cats for the last ten years, including fosters. One of them was a geriatric cat, so I am familiar with administering meds to the most difficult of cats. I currently have an ex feral, so I am familiar with the patience needed to care for pets of all types. I currently work full time, so I am really only available for last minute trips or work on the weekends. I would love to be your regular day trip/weekend trip sitter! I will make sure your pet receives the type of love that they are used to receiving. I am a lover of all animals and I HATE leaving mine home alone, so I will make sure that even though they miss you, they will still know they are loved, cared for, fed, watered, and cleaned 🙂↔️💖

About: I've loved dogs and cats my whole life and I have a good reproir with them. As a Rover sitter, I think it is important to give them lots of love and attention, and to keep them safe. A good sitter always keeps in mind how important people's pets are to them, and should make them feel at ease while they are away, and confident that thier babies are in good hands by communicating with them regularly and meeting all of thier needs. I have many repeating clients, and thier pets have become like family members to me over the years. We are always happy to see each other, but also sad when it's time to leave. My most cherished achievement was when I trained my friend's Dotson (Titus) with a fun snack-training system and prepared him for the dog Olympics tournament in Ohio, in which he came first place. I taught Titus to jump and spin, dance and roll-over and etc by directing his motions with the snack and repeating the commands until the snacks were no longer necessary. I used three brands of treats: Bronze treats (hard food); silver treats (soft dog snacks); and gold treats (a piece of white meat. It took a lot of repetition and patience, but after a couple of months, he became the most clever and talented dog i've ever trained. I also taught him to sing "Walk Like A Man" by The 4 Seasons. I work part-time in the early evening at Bach To Rock, which makes it easy to feed the dogs in the morning and at night. I also get gaps in my teaching schedule which allows me to drop in and take them for a walk or let them out if necessary. I also substitute teach which allows me to make my own schedule and that makes it easier for me to spend plenty of time taking care of people's pets when I have bookings. My other job is very close by so commuting is convenient as well. The safety and well-being of the pets is my top priority. Their emotional well-being is important too. Dogs get anxious and even depressed when their owners leave so it's my job to keep them comfortable and entertained. When I'm staying at a client's house, I make sure to keep doors shut and stay mindful when going in and out so they don't run out or get into anything they're not supposed to. I always make sure to ask about the layout of the house and the backyard, so they cant run off. When I'm walking them, I avoid stopping and talking with other people who are walking their pets, and I always make sure I know how their leash or harness goes on so they don't slip out of it. And then if they take meds, I set an alarm on my phone with a reminder note.

About: I have a 7 year old poodle Bichon mix named Willow. She is looking for some friends to play with. We have two nice parks to walk to and play. I have been dog sitting for for one poodle when her owner goes out of town for 5 years. She lives in Kings Grant also. I have 24 years of experience with small dogs. A total of 4 dogs all poodle mixed. If you are looking for someone to give your dog baby lots of love and walks give me and Willow a call. I only take care of small dogs no big ones. I can give medication. We can play hard and snuggle time is always available! Love all dogs but my specialty is small up to 16 pounds. I work from home part time . I'm very flexible, so I have plenty of time to take care of our dog friends. I have a passion for dogs . I love being able to brighten their day. I am part time working from home. Willow needs a playmate. She gets along well with al her old friends. Looking for daycare time 9am to 2pm to just have a fun time at Willows place! I always take each dog out on a leash every hour or two. If dogs get over tired I separate each by baby gates for a bit.

About: I have been an animal lover my entire life. As soon as I was capable of walking, I was helping care for our family pets. The majority of my life was spent in a household with three dogs (and two cats!) at any given time. We have had multiple Labradors, a German Shepherd, a Newfoundland, a St. Bernard/Collie mix, and a Greyhound mix. I am very comfortable around large-sized dogs! I have also house-sat for friends and neighbors many times over the years, so I am quite familiar with the understanding and respect required when not only looking after a beloved pet, but the home as well. I can also tend to cats as well, emptying litter boxes and checking on food and water, or just providing a good cuddle if necessary. I'm currently working part-time, so have plenty of time for taking your pup on a walk or dropping in to check on your pet during the day, Wed-Fri and most Saturdays. I cannot board dogs in my own home, but if you require drop-in visits or overnight stays, I treat everyone's home with respect, taking care to follow any and all house rules as discussed.
