This was my first time using rover, and I was really nervous because I have only ever left Koda with close family or friends. Ben watched our dogs, Watson and Maggie, for two weeks and did an excellent job. One of our dogs needed medication during the stay, and Ben handled it without any issues. He kept us updated regularly with photos and was always easy to communicate with, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. We really appreciated how willing he was to do whatever our dogs needed to feel comfortable and cared for. A funny bonus from their stay is that our dogs are now completely comfortable using stairs. Watson used to be very hesitant to go upstairs, and now both dogs go up and down on their own all the time — something they never did before. Clearly they felt right at home with Ben. We’d definitely trust him to watch Watson and Maggie again and highly recommend him to others.
Highly recommend!! Katherine took amazing care of our pups, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They had so much fun during their stay and loved playing with Stella - it was clear they were comfortable and happy the whole time! Katherine kept us updated with lots of pictures and videos. You can tell she genuinely cares and treats your dogs like her own. We will definitely be booking again!
Mrs. Rhonda was amazing with our dog bella. We went on vacation for 7 days and she always made sure to send me pics of bella and keep me updated. This was our first time using rover and leaving bella with anyone that long and im so glad we picked Mrs. Rhonda to watch bella for us, I would def recommend her!!🤗
Jason is our best sitter we've ever had for our pups. This last time he took care of our little Annie. She has a history of seizures and he gave her her medication and no seizures noted. He took her for walks, and she is always happy to see him when she comes. You can feel confident by having Jason take care of your pups while you're away.
Brenda is HANDS DOWN the BEST ROVER! Like award worthy... lol. I cannot express this enough. I've had to use a lot of different rovers because I move around a lot and travel sporadically for work. Since she has a pup and cat, she took the time to meet up a few days before to test the waters - while we chatted, Millie got to roam and sniff around, and I was able watch those initial jitters go away and see that she felt comfortable... and comfy enough to romp around with her pup Sebastian. Seeing Millie act like herself in Brenda's home, Brenda's home and backyard 😄 and Brenda's caring nature is why I booked with her. Obviously everyone likes photos of their pups, but Brenda would send multiple at a time without me ever having to ask... AND some were of her, Millie, and Sebastian snuggling together. The photos she sent were basically replicates of the thousands I've taken of Millie before so I knew she was having a good time throughout the week. Brenda was incredibly reliable and responsive, and spent the same time and energy with Millie that I do myself.
Heidi goes above and beyond caring for our senior dog Max! She gives him extra care to make him comfortable and at home. We appreciate the updates and pictures seeing how much Max enjoys his time in her home and loves his walks! We know Max is in capable loving hands each time we’re away!
Jose and his family were amazing!!! They gave updates throughout my sweet boys stay and ensured he was a happy camper. They took him on walks, played, and made sure he was a snuggly comfy boy! Usually Bentley is very sad when I pick him up from sitters and this time he was really happy. I can tell he was well cared for and I will not be looking for any new sitters for him! Luis was amazing. I had a death in the family and had to travel home for a funeral last minute. Luis was quick to respond and his prices were exceptionally reasonable. He handled my 125lb Daniff puppy and his anxiety ridden terrorist of a brother with no problems! 10/10 will reuse him in the future!
